It's something to be happy if people living in cities like London New York are alive.
Nuclear bomb attack two days ago
Ukraine is launching missile attacks on us.. We are responding with a nuclear bomb.
It is an open secret that England and America countries are behind Ukraine attacks. America is behind any corner war and terrorist activities in the world. This is a history of many years.
The world is now running in the hands of mad people. Putin.. Kim .. Mad kings at full level . Putin's madman is ready for a nuclear bomb attack on the cities of London and New York.
It seems London and the White House initially dismissed his warning, thinking he was just saying it to scare them.
A stone in the hand of a madman is an outdated proverb.
Atomic bomb in the hand of a madman .. Imagine that .
America old man got intelligence report saying he is all ready for attack .. Immediately he stepped into the field... "Oh dog.. As Tony .. Please wait,.. Stop Ukraine.. " London has made Tony stand up.
With it, humanity survives today..New York in just 72 minutes .. London and many cities in Europe would have been burnt to ashes it seems.
It is simply about living with the faith that there is a God and that things won't turn out that way—nothing more than that.

Good evening ma'am. Donno what kind of teaching or training you teachers give at school.
I was awestruck by the words of Akhira today. I asked him who won the competition today n he replied " We all are winners as we all participated in 4th round. And Swapna maam told that no one should feel bad as all are winners. Winning should not be measured by trophy". This was his reply who is just 9 years old. After listening this my eyes got wet maam. Seriously hats off to all the teachers specially you Beulah maam, Swapna maam and other teachers who motivate kids n tell them that no one will be judged by their winning trophies. Kids think n become so matured from now it self. Infact, I too learnt from him how to be strong whether I lose or win in life. Thank you once again for teaching us also FREE OF COST ...I mean it ma'am Kind regards, Parent of Akhira Nandan Mypali (4th C) Ameerpet branch

Those in power, political leaders, IAS officers, anyone will definitely see a trend.
If we try to approach them, they feel like we are trying to please them for our own benefits. They will cut it.
The first days when Telangana state was formed. Vanni has seen the role of students and unemployed in the special state movement. I know their thoughts and preferences completely.
I have prepared an action plan on the new government can do on things like competitive exams in the education system without spending much. I tried to join a person who was in a key position in those days.
If it had been implemented, then a lot of progress would have been possible.
But not much of a response from the other side. I don't like when I call and ask for the same work.
I was thinking that I am hoping for my own benefits and trying to get closer to the government.
Ten years have passed.
In two Telugu states, the situation is that wherever the gongali is kept there.
Textbooks written on the day of forty years. Outdated syllabus . . The education system is in turmoil.
Now the newly formed governments are trying to make some changes. The story of the seven blind elephants comes to mind.
Just keep watching like that.
If you try to say something, you will face the same reaction.
Something... As if we need something, are we supposed to have to wait around their offices for hours?
While spending time imparting my knowledge and experience for the people especially for the students and young people .. Why do you need to bend and bend and bend as if it is my own work?
Your positions .. titles .. titles are not important. Just one hour is enough. Not much expense. No room for controversy. I am a practical man .
Father surrendered to some low level officer .. Give him your presentation .. No words like let's see.
The need is yours .
You are the one who will benefit.
The time is mine.
What kind of salaries do you give.. No to allowances .
I will come in my own van . I will not wait for more than five minutes . When I arrive, a glass of water .. A high official / leader who listens carefully to what I say and understands is enough .
I know it will not happen .
What is the loss for me if it doesn't happen? I think so .
If we could have done this much.. This post is with a guilty feeling that they are not able to do anything. { He is struggling for recognition. Eno batch uncles might think that he posted unconsciously that it didn't happen.. But still .. Posta }
"I will give you Falana's number .. Please don't comment saying "Go and meet". I told you .. Necessity is not mine .
For a year or two years .. Venkanna Darshanam for recommendation letter, I will not go to the authorities. I will not do the phone. {Today in both Telugu states, at least twenty people are in the most important positions. If you call, you will pick it up .. But I told you .. I will not lower my respect by doing it }
That's a surprise..

Good job Deepsikha !
( Real home work by Deepsikha , class -7. Slate Tirupati )
A soldier serving for no wages! My sympathies go out to you!
An Indian man working in Dubai applied for a job in Russia, lured by the promise of a good salary. Instead, he ended up being forced into a role tending to wounded Russian soldiers near the Ukraine-Russia border.
15 hours of work a day.
Bomb blasts all around.
Freezing cold conditions.
Finally, thanks to the intervention of the Indian government, he returned alive, breathing a sigh of relief.
Kidnapping... implies being forcibly abducted.
The Russian army effectively kidnapped him by coercing him into the job.
The man had been ensnared in the trap while seeking a better salary.
Let me tell you a story.
This story is not fiction.
It is a true picture.
It is the story of the kidnapping of millions.
All these people are in a state where they do not even realize they have been "kidnapped."
Slaves who, after being kidnapped, find themselves fighting as soldiers.
Not a penny of income.
Forced, unpaid labor is inevitable.
Soldiers serving without wages, attending to assigned tasks while neglecting their wives, children, and families.
This is an endless war; it never concludes.
There are no victories or defeats.
It is all about meeting the targets set by the one orchestrating it.
He is the one who succeeds.
One task after another is completed by these millions of unpaid soldiers—battle after battle—in a strange, unending war.
It never happened in the past.
And now, it will not stop.
You might be wondering, "What is this? Millions of people kidnapped, turned into slaves, and fighting—how did this happen without us even knowing?"
You, too, could be one of those millions who have been kidnapped and are fighting day and night—engaged in forced, unpaid labor—for someone else's benefit.
This is a story of a mind hijack!
The anguish of millions! If mobile devices are used constantly for the same tasks, changes in the brain lead to stress, anxiety, depression, hopelessness, and frustration.
This is a proven fact.
Interaction with fellow human beings diminishes, while an understanding of nature, empathy, and adaptability fade away.
They don't just fade; they vanish completely.
In a brain conditioned this way, the seeds of hatred germinate and grow endlessly.
Social media...
You might think it is merely a waste of time.
You plunged into it without understanding the full implications.
Your wasted time is someone else's business.
It is a business of losing wealth—wealth that can vanish in the blink of an eye.
In the past, Westerners invaded various countries, established colonies, and looted the wealth of the local populations.
Just when you thought the era of colonial empires had ended, a brand-new form of colonial exploitation began.
Back then, the tools were knives, guns, ammunition, and bombs.
Now, the tools are mobile devices and social media platforms.
The social media industry is now worth 258 billion dollars.
That translates to twenty lakh crore rupees.
Yes, twenty lakh crore rupees annually.
And do you know the sales figures for mobile devices like phones and laptops? Brace yourselves: 37 lakh crore rupees.
Not one million, not two—thirty-seven lakh crore rupees.
What if people used mobile devices solely for commercial, educational, or professional purposes? Sales would drop to one-tenth of the current volume.
The social media business would shrink to one-twentieth of its size.
Your weakness is their business.
An infant still at the breastfeeding stage is expected to use it.
A retired person sitting at home is expected to use it.
It shouldn't be used, yet one feels compelled to keep using it.
You take it with you to the toilet first thing in the morning. At night, you keep staring at it until you drift into a fitful, restless sleep.
This is a net.
This is the trap. A web that has ensnared countless millions throughout human history.
Millions who, with their minds hijacked by this web, fight tooth and nail to fuel the business empires of the powerful.
For them, there is only one caste—their own!
In the past, when the British invaded, local rulers became subservient—literally drinking the water dripping from the colonizers' elbows—and plunged the country into colonial subjugation.
It is the same story today; political parties in various nations act as cheerleaders for neo-colonialists. By aiding the latter's business interests, they ensure their own ventures flourish abundantly.
Caste hatred, religious hatred, regional animosity, racial prejudice—coupled with an insatiable, intrusive curiosity about the lives of others and a craving for scandal—this defines the mindset of today's digital slaves.
This is the capital invested by digital profiteers and politicians—a kaleidoscope of lust and a tree of pure fantasy. That is why we see "Breaking News," "Major Breaking News," and "Shocking Updates" every single minute.
There is a method to this chaos.
The more views garnered, the greater the profit.
Digital profiteers understand human weaknesses perfectly; the content must be highly controversial.
The discourse is often banal, repulsive, and grotesque.
Controversy must be stoked.
A few in support, others in opposition—what a talking point it becomes. Some comments hurl abuse, others offer support; some berate the critics, while others back the supporters. On and on it goes—this is the business model. A veritable *Kalpavalli* (wish-fulfilling tree) that generates a sensational thrill.
This takes me back twenty years.
Among those selected for the Indian Revenue Service, Mumbai was often the top choice.
The Bollywood industry... black money... bribes taken by Income Tax officers...
This is just one perspective.
If posting comes there, along with money, companionship is the real hope.
Every politician sitting with his back to his chest, IAS, IPS All India Services officers .. except everyone has one or two houses ..
For achieving so much in life, how can we not enjoy this much? That's their logic .
So many women ready to go where the power money is.
Puvvada Poovulu is a super hit movie!
In this world, flower story is very routine.
But ten days a week every digital media house is full.
Lakhs of revenue . .
What about the Puvvaiyas who watched Puvvada Poovulu for a week and put flowers in their ears?
... Bokka . Time is a waste. Health is the best. Mind bogka .
When one movie is over, another.
Business must go on . The profits have to come .
The land is ready to harvest the crop. Why do the cold people keep quiet?
If a controversy is raised in the name of caste.. religion.. god.. then digital boxes will be full for fifteen days.
If only elections would come once in five years.
They used to talk about politics for a month. Or a while after watching the morning paper. Not like that now.
It has not been three months since the elections are over. The war started in two Telugu states then itself.
My bonda. What is that already?
If it really stops, right?
Before the counting... After counting .. It's 365 days now .. The war that goes on without holidays, festivals and pubs. They said they did .. They said they did .. The war will continue to go on. Money will not be income.
They have no idea that someone has hijacked their minds. We are becoming mercenaries and fighting a war.. This is reducing family time. Happy hormones decrease and the stress hormone cortisol increases, so there is no thought that the house will be flooded.
Facts don't know. Winners of the war they fight.. Digital traders.. Political leaders..
... There will be no common sense if they are limited.
Rent free.. Soldiers who are fighting a war with no destination..!!
Don't cry for someone.
Cry for yourself and for your children.
My sympathy if you don't.
Rest in peace.
Rest in peace.
Vasireddy Amarnath
Onam special lunch. Taj in Tirupati!
Studies suggest that the Y chromosome
which carries genes essential for male development, is shrinking and losing genes over time. However, this does not necessarily mean the end of the male gender.
Here's what's happening:
1. *Gene loss*: The Y chromosome has lost about 1,300 genes over the past 300 million years, leaving only about 50-60 genes essential for male fertility.
2. *Shrinking Y*: The Y chromosome is also shrinking in size, which could lead to its eventual disappearance.
But, there are a few reasons why this might not spell the end of males:
1. *Genetic compensation*: Other chromosomes, like the X chromosome, might compensate for the lost genes, ensuring male development continues.
2. *Evolutionary adaptations*: Humans might adapt and find new ways to maintain male fertility, even without the Y chromosome.
3. *Non-Y chromosome factors*: Male development is influenced by multiple genetic and hormonal factors, not just the Y chromosome.
While the disappearing Y chromosome is an intriguing phenomenon, it is unlikely to lead to the immediate extinction of males.
I said it's Sunday..
I said it's Monday ..
When duty calls u must go. Home for nine on a Sunday morning! Back home for eleven tonight! Duty in Tirupati in the middle.
Feeling ill despite having no actual illness;
wanting to undergo a comprehensive health check-up regardless of necessity; and frequently getting all kinds of medical tests done simply because sample collectors come right to one's doorstep-this characterizes the modern lifestyle.
Relatives—or Vultures?
Every individual is a soldier.
What if the four of them come together?
An army.
So many problems in modern times... the negatives... the challenges.
The philosophy of unity is strength.
Its absence is weakness.
A man bought an herbal medicine to lose weight.
His kidneys were damaged as a result.
It would benefit everyone if he shared the lessons learned from his experience with his relatives.
Is that so?
What if, instead, that same medicine is sold to all his relatives just for a commission?
A man enrolled his child in an educational institution.
It turned out to be a disaster—a total mess.
He got his fingers burnt.
What if he told his relatives—and friends, if possible—"Look, this is a terrible institution; don't enroll your children here and get your fingers burnt like I did"?
All four would be safe.
But what if you told those four people, "If you bring in four new admissions, you'll get a discount on fees," and claimed the company was great?
Another person.
His son or daughter is studying at a different educational institution.
That company... the fees paid by parents... marketing... quality education—it should be appreciated for its merit, not for massive advertisements.
"What if I told the four of you that it would be great to enroll your children here?"
"Our children will face competition..." What if this matter is concealed, or if one warns, "Why join a useless organization and get your fingers burnt?"
Chit fund scams... high-interest scams... pharma scams... cybercrimes... educational institution scams... and many more.
They all stem from the same source.
Greed.
The only thing that curbs this is a moral philosophy.
"I don't want others to be deceived the way I was..."
"Even for a profit of ten million, I will not lie to my relatives and friends... I will not deceive them." "For my close ones... recommending a remedy or a boost... I don't hide the truth from friends..."
If everyone adopted this mindset, the lion's share of the scams occurring today would cease.
People would gain a proper understanding of many issues—such as children's education, school selection, the quality of engineering colleges, the best medical colleges, advertisements for medical education abroad, or promotions for herbal weight-loss medicines.
Some things in life come to us through experience.
When our school first opened, we had admissions from a specific caste (a group with roots in North India).
I never cared about which caste someone belonged to.
I didn't notice it during the first year.
However, admissions from that caste increased manifold in the second year.
That was when the principal brought it to my attention.
"Sir... they have a strong system of family and kinship ties. If one person has a positive experience, they tell all their relatives. People trust their word. That is the reason for this rush of admissions," he said.
I observed this same pattern in Hyderabad from 2001 to 2020—not just with the caste mentioned earlier, but with several other castes and communities as well.
While traditional kinship ties have weakened over time, they remain strong in the communities mentioned above.
As our organization expanded into new regions, I realized something else: community links and bonding do not manifest the same way everywhere.
In Hyderabad—specifically in areas like Abids, Karmanghat, and Himayatnagar—if a single parent is satisfied, the news spreads to ten others.
In contrast, in places like Ameerpet, the joint family structure is absent, and there are no strong community ties. Consider places like Bourampet, Vijayawada, and Tirupati. While word-of-mouth publicity certainly has an impact, the situation differs from areas like Abids and Karmanghat.
We gathered information over the past four days from parents who enrolled their children in our institution last year regarding the basis of their choice.
At the Slate school in Abids, 96% of new admissions came through recommendations from relatives and friends.
That is the figure for Tirupati; in Vijayawada, the number is 75%.
The others came through sources like Facebook and social media.
Parents associated with our school everywhere are very happy with the institution.
We do not follow a policy of reducing fees in exchange for bringing in new admissions.
The reason is that we do not compromise on profits.
The matter of Slate's admissions is a minor detail;
I merely cited it as an example.
Regarding marketing scams—why are they more prevalent in certain areas? A thought struck me—there is just one reason.
There are two types of relatives: those who are dangerous—the vultures.
Someone might ask, "Don't *they* have flaws?" or "Have *they* all become commercial-minded?"
One should acknowledge goodness wherever it exists.
No one is entirely good, nor is anyone entirely bad.
Protecting Dharma, protecting the protector...
Let us share the good and the bad that we know.
If everyone is doing well, we will thrive too.
If the majority are failing, our own chances of prosperity diminish.
Parents, do not do these things in front of your children at all. @BharathiTV

SLATE – The School
See Gateway to Global Education
1. We have arranged chairs for the grandmothers to sit in the school since 2008
I saw the news that the Kerala government did this four years ago going viral!
We have been ringing aqua bells three times a day for 2 to 5 years to ensure that children drink enough water.
I saw the viral news that this is happening in Kerala schools for years.
3 explained to children in a sequence and kept them away from cell phones.
Now somewhere in a school, a teacher is going viral by putting a bandage on his head and scaring L-KG children like a drama.
You say one lakh.
A tree in the backyard is not useful for medicine.
From the hills far away.
American media has concluded that Kamalamma has won by defeating Trumpayya in the war of words.
Even in the actual war that is going to happen tomorrow also, better opportunities is the media's word!
"Tell me the two differences in policy between him and her" is a state of mind that anyone thinks about for a while.
Some of the biggest corporate companies that rule America.
It is the secret government that installs a puppet in a white house and plays the real game!
If Kamalamma wins, will there be any changes in visas, green cards, etc. for Indians?
We have to wait and see.
One thing is true .. If she wins, the writings of "Our Lotus" here will be strong for ten days ... If the results like EMSET are out, "one by one" we are used to the scams, so think we will correct it somehow.
Caste system in America !
Caste system is not completely like that. Still, there are no castes in our country. The media here gives build up by saying "social groups"?
1 Euro Americans. Dominant group. Numerical dominance.. Power.
2 . Jews: Financial reins.. Political power.. They are mostly in the shadow government!
3. Indian Americans: Coconut fruit people. Educated, financially mature. If Kamalamma wins, one step higher.
4 . African Americans: All the hardships and pleasures belong to this group. Large number in police- military- government jobs. There are rich people. There are also those who live in houses or on footpaths.
5 . Hispanic Americans.. Their lives are more difficult. Their influence is less.
6 . Native Americans.. That land belongs to them. Once upon a time they were all. They were chased, hunted and killed on horses.. The lands have been invaded.. This is history. Now they are only 2 of the US population. 3%. Total 574 tribes .. 150 languages . They are all getting close to extinction. "Our town is ours .. This guy is ours man .. Village is ours .. Don't know what is the master in the middle... Not sure if there are songs on their behalf.
Apart from these, there are Chinese Indians, and religious groups.
America has been described as a melting pot of races.
There is truth in this.
Inter caste marriages are common in second generation and third generation.
But now slowly these groups are trying to maintain their uniqueness.
Election politics are accompanying this.
Are your relatives in America? Then call them and ask " what America has a new caste system " . "
"
" Who is this .. Facebook confusing you with the shit posts ? They don't have any of that here. They say they are very professional.
The person who said that is over forty years old. He is well-earned and in a good position.
Ask the young men and women who are studying in the university or just finished their studies. " the species .. Racism .. Ask if there is" .
"There is micro aggression. Can't be seen from the top. It is said that they will discriminate gently.
Both are right. The old man does not know what is happening today.
Even if he knows, he will think that he is there.
A new generation is understanding a new America.
This is the generation gap .. This is called generation gap.
It is science to think that time will always go ahead.
It is wisdom to know that many times it goes back very quickly.
With yesterday's thoughts, if decisions are taken today, tomorrow will not be there!
19 year old girl from Mogalrajapuram, Vijayawada, unable to bear the pressure of NEET exam, left home with depression. { Details including her photo in News Reporters WhatsApp group } .
Some facts :
1 . According to the World Health Organization, one doctor per 1000 population is sufficient .
2 . The number of doctors in our country is already too high. Every 834 people already has a doctor.
3. In 2014, there were 387 medical colleges, now there are 706.
That means the number of medical colleges has doubled .
And new medical colleges are being opened.
4 . No new doctors have entered the job market from the medical colleges that have started in the last five years {and still seeking education}.
If all these people come out, as told by the World Health Organization, for every thousand people, two or three doctors will become doctors.
5. Those who have already done MBBS in private medical college are not getting minimum salary of twenty thousand per month. 30 - 35 thousand for those who have studied MBBS in Government Medical College.
An average of three to four years waiting to get a seat in PG. Now there are 13 lakh Allopathy doctors.
If this number is doubled for another five years, what level will the demand for the doctor be? Think about it.
At least a chance to practice privately once. Now all the big hospitals are in the hands of big corporations. In the hands of foreign companies to say more.
6. Yesterday's word is that there will be good demand if PG is done. In the past, if there were 31 thousand seats in PG, now it has reached 70 thousand. That means more than double.
If all these people come out, the demand for PG doctors will also decrease.
7 . Doctor bot, surgeon bot, med drone, nurse bot are coming. In the next ten years, eighty percent of medical cases will be done by these artificial intelligence machines.
8 . True .. The profession of a doctor is sacred. Equal with God ..
True.. Great doctors will always be in demand.
True .. There will always be a demand for those who have attitudes and work hard for this profession.
But .. if twenty years ago there was a great demand-respect for MBBS seats, what if we put children in corporate inter shops without considering their abilities and aptitude and subject them to extreme pressure??
People have decided that it is not useful even if they join ordinary degrees like BA, B.Sc, and on top of that, there is a possibility of going into some profession. MBBS for six years { five and half } on the other side three years waiting for PG and on that PG is like this.. If a situation comes when you struggle for ten years to complete your medical education and do not have any work to do on that side and do not get minimum salary .. How will it be? Will they have the chance to stay in one field all these years and go to another field?
The parents... Don't take decisions on your children's future with the thoughts of your generation. Observe the direction of the world that is changing with the speed of air and make the right decision for tomorrow.

How to overcome weaknesses?
It could be anything—smartphone addiction, alcohol consumption, smoking, gambling, anger, irritability, or depression.
Overcome your weaknesses and get your life on the right track without spending a penny.
You are the master of your life.
First, you must realize—or accept the thought—that your addiction or weakness is not good and needs to be overcome.
For instance, if you think, "What is wrong with using a smartphone? How can it be considered 'excessive'? Isn't it a sign of modern civilization?" then no amount of effort by others will help.
Desire is all that matters.
Do you realize that you need to change?
Then do it like this.
Write down your weaknesses on a piece of paper.
1. I use my cell phone a lot (even when it isn't necessary).
2. I get angry unnecessarily; it is irritating.
3. I am extremely pessimistic.
4. I lack self-confidence.
Write down five or ten such points.
Identify the weaknesses within you—what exactly do you want to overcome? Write it down.
Now, take another sheet of paper.
For each point, write the exact opposite.
In other words, write down how you *want* to be.
Here is a very important point.
Do not write in the negative.
For example, suppose your weakness is excessive anger.
You are trying to reduce that anger.
Do not write, "I will reduce my anger."
"Anger" is a negative word; do not use it.
What is the opposite of anger?
Restraint. Or, if you prefer simpler terms, write:
"I will remain calm."
"I lack self-confidence." Write down that you possess self-confidence, or write "I will achieve what I want"—all your points should be framed positively like this.
There should be no negative words.
Have you written it down?
This is your mantra.
This is called Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
It works.
It works better than Colgate Sensitive.
It’s not about mystical charms or magic spells.
It is simple science.
Those who believe will see results in proportion to their belief.
Just two minutes a day is enough—for three months, or six months at most. A permanent change will definitely occur within you.
As soon as you wake up in the morning, go to the bathroom and take out the Neuro-Linguistic Programming sheet you wrote from under your pillow.
Sit down comfortably and read each point.
As you read, visualize it actually happening.
For example, imagine a student who hasn't been paying attention to their studies.
They write on paper: "I prepare daily with full attention to my studies. I will get into IIT. I will make my parents happy." When reading this, they visualize studying well every day, performing excellently in the IIT exam, seeing their name on the results list, and their parents feeling happy and proud.
Reading about five to ten points like this—and visualizing them happening—takes only two or three minutes to complete the entire NLP routine.
Put the paper back under the pillow and get on with your day. That’s it.
This leaves an indelible mark on your subconscious mind.
A few suggestions:
Ensure your program is moderate and practical.
If you have a habit of excessive drinking, don't just say "I will quit completely" (which might be hard); instead, aim for "I will limit my intake."
Also, ensure you use positive language when interacting with your children. Your words act as a form of neuro-linguistic programming for them. "Our boy is dull... blunt... he doesn't read well... there's no point in studying"—do not speak like this. Words carry a powerful, almost divine influence.
Elders used to say, "Speak auspicious words."
That influence is essentially neuro-linguistic programming.
Imagine a man climbing a tree. If a crowd gathers and keeps saying, "You'll fall, you'll fall"—even if they mean "be careful"—he actually *will* fall.
That is the power of neuro-linguistic programming.
This is nothing new. Think of the story of Shalya acting as the charioteer—he was negative at every step. He took on the role of the charioteer but kept saying things like, "What will happen to you? Defeat is certain." By constantly harping on negativity, he became the very cause of Karna's defeat.
Today, a vast number of parents unknowingly become like Shalya to their own children. If you say just once, "Oh, he simply doesn't like studying," it echoes a thousand times in their subconscious mind—much like a catchphrase.
When speaking to children, conduct yourself like Sri Krishna: "Do your work. You can do it; you have the capability. You will certainly achieve success." "Do the work without worrying about the outcome..." If you want more clarity on this, the legendary Ghantasala has spoken about it; you can find it on YouTube—listen to it a couple of times.
The strong will...
"If I can, they can."
Repeatedly program your mind.
Think of Mahesh Babu's famous line: "Once I commit, I won't even listen to myself."
That is essentially Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Along with this, there are some simple techniques:
1. Don't sit idle. Get some work done. Instead of watching trivial videos on TV or your smartphone, engage in indoor games—like *Vaikuntha Pali* (Snakes and Ladders), carroms, table tennis, or chess. Do household chores, cooking, or gardening—do *something*. Don't let your mind be unsettled by negative thoughts. There is an English proverb that says an empty... brain is devils workshop. Negative thoughts are the devil.
2. Avoid junk food to get rid of depression. Eat nuts and omega three foods.
3. Do work or exercise every day to make your body fit.
4. Take a hot bath before dinner.
5. Finish dinner by seven and a half.
6. Go to bed before ten.
7. Wake up early in the morning and read Vasireddy Amarnath's post.
Your life.. in your hands..
As said, there is no loss even if the last one is not done
"Brother! When will you come to our village?
You simply must! My mother's cooking is extraordinary. A prominent leader once visited our home—I told you it was a great time, and the food was delicious. I was even summoned to Hyderabad by helicopter. You have to bring that along when you visit this time. Dasara is going to be special. Everything is ready by eight in the morning. We spend the night chatting away on the *nulaka* (rope) cot. If you come, I’ll make even better arrangements. Don't miss it this time."
This is an incident that happened recently.
Their village is in Nalgonda.
How do you feel after hearing about this incident?
Let me tell you how I feel first.
There is so much affection in his invitation. He isn't just any ordinary leader; he is someone who operates at the district level. High-profile leaders are his associates. He possesses the kind of leadership that usually seeks personal gain. I am just a school administrator; I wouldn't be of any practical use to him. Yet, there is no calculation behind his invitation—only genuine warmth. The village... the rope cot... meeting up after spending six months constantly on the run in the city... ten or twenty people gathering in one place for a whole day, just talking... what more could one ask for?
"I will definitely come. Just let me know a day or two in advance, brother."
I tend to view everything from a positive perspective. Consuming alcohol... it isn't good; that is true. But this isn't about the habit of drinking and stumbling around all year long. It is a tradition—a custom. It is about a few people coming together with genuine affection and sharing conversation. That is the aspect I see in it.
Here is another incident. It happened many years ago. Meenakshi Malhotra was the first principal of our school. "Sir, on Diwali day, people from [naming certain North Indian communities] start the celebrations early in the morning. They also play cards. Don't you?" she asked. "I'm not quite in that league, Madam," I replied.
The thought I had back then was this: for people in these communities—given the constant stress of their year-round professions and businesses—Diwali is a time to return to their native villages, wherever they may be. For three days, they forget the outside world. While excessive drinking might ruin one's kidneys, playing cards doesn't lead to the loss of assets; it’s just a bit of fun—nothing more.
Enjoying life is an art.
This is what I illustrated in my morning post. Since the post was already quite long, I didn't provide a detailed explanation there. There is a difference between doing something as a festive tradition and doing it every day; I noted that while the elders practiced this, it is a different matter to make it a daily habit.
Speaking of which, here is another incident.
It happened just this morning.
He is a district-level officer—someone with the authority to sanction five lakh rupees with a single signature. For years, we had been talking about going for a Sunday walk together, but it never worked out. Well, it finally happened today—from 7 to 9 AM at the Kondapur Botanical Garden.
What did he hope to gain by waiting all this time to go for a walk with me—an officer of that stature? What was his expectation when he said, "Sir... you must come to my house for a meal"? Our lady makes chicken biryani wonderfully," he said.
If you don't understand, I think you don't know about the art of living.
Even if I put a paper in my posts, I searched... For one caste... Religion or region... There will be no negative comments. If you think that you are there, it means that you have not read the post properly. Vasireddy Amarnath does not have the opportunity to live by posting in favor or against someone with some caste and some other caste.
Survived as everyone's own .. I will survive .. Will be gone .
I believe in hard work... self-effort...
I am not a spoon for anyone.
Not afraid of anyone.
I will say whatever I want to say straightforwardly without hammer!
As an introvert.. I will not post indirectly.
Even if the whole world stands towards Avatar... " Sunshine is a vitamin D.. corona No more vaccines. Cervical cancer vaccine causes more damage. No cell phones for children. Say no to junk food" .. Tell me things like this .. And I will keep saying it.
It's about to go down!

The story of the "High-Dopamine" drinker!
If one has just a single peg...
Hey, if you drink during the day... God help you!
Why does a casual drinker turn into a 'Devadasu' (a tragic, heartbroken drunkard)?
Whether you realize it or not, there is a science—a Law of Nature—at play. It follows its own course.
In the early days, just one peg would make you feel like you were floating on air, touching the edges of heaven—an intoxicating, blissful sensation.
That euphoria... that is what we call happiness.
The brain releases dopamine the moment the alcohol hits the stomach; that’s what creates that happy feeling.
The initial fear, hesitation, and shyness vanish... replaced by the feeling: "Who cares? I am the King!"
The hormone endorphin is also released; this reduces bodily pain and relaxes the muscles.
GABA is released too, easing anxiety and instilling a feeling of invincibility—like "I am Baahubali."
Caught in the trap, my friend!
How does a drinker—trapped by the tiger-like craving for that dopamine high (artificial happiness)—transform into a tragic 'Devadasu'?
The first time, a single peg gave you that kick.
Dopamine, endorphin, and GABA are at work here.
But to get that same level of dopamine later on, you have to drink more.
Two pegs every three months.
A quarter-bottle a year.
A half-bottle every two years...
Eventually, even downing a full bottle won't give you that kick anymore.
"I have to get up early and drink in the morning... I'm going to drink until I pass out tonight..."
You just can't stop.
This post isn't really about ordinary drunkards.
It’s about the modern-day 'high-chasers.'
Want to see?
Who are they?
Read on. A twenty-year-old youth died while trying to film a 'Reel' while kissing a cobra.
No matter how skilled one is at catching snakes, there is a proper method for it.
A twenty-year-old young man believed that making a 'Reel' while kissing a cobra would make him go viral.
But the only thing a cobra knows is how to bite.
NTR, Akkineni, Chiranjeevi, Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth, Savitri, Sridevi...
In the past, superstars were seen only on the silver screen.
Now, anyone holding a mobile phone feels like a superstar.
They are eager to instantly showcase their beauty and acting skills to the world.
To each their own obsession.
What harm is there in recording a video on a mobile phone and sharing it on social media?
That part is fine.
There is a condition called OCD. Nowadays, everyone is a victim of this disorder.
Repeatedly doing the same action over and over is known as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
Opening the mobile phone every three minutes to check it.
It is as if they have become the Prime Minister; if they don't look at the phone for a minute, it feels like some critical activity might come to a halt.
Even then, messages keep pouring into WhatsApp groups every minute.
They keep looking at it constantly.
Does it stop there?
It doesn't stop. They must watch 'Reels'... they must watch videos...
They feel compelled to watch at least two movies on their smart TV every week.
One gets a 'kick'—a rush of excitement—when watching a movie, video, or 'Reel' for the first time.
That is the dopamine kicking in.
You have read about how a casual drinker transforms into a 'Devadas' (an alcoholic addict), haven't you?
The same process applies here: the brain and dopamine.
As time passes, the urge grows to watch more 'Reels' and more videos. In the early days, you needed ice in your peg. Then came "on the rocks"... and by the time you turned into a "Devadas" figure, the kick was intense.
That's it right here...
In the reels... In the videos... Most wanted in the movies.
You don't get a kick from the ordinary. The more extreme it is, the bigger the kick. As time passes, the excess must escalate... you have to lose your senses... that is the fate of today's onlookers!
Movies are too much.
Wasn't *Pathala Bhairavi*—released before we were even born—an example of excess? Thota Ramudu? The Princess?
But... back then... a movie came out only during festivals or special occasions... it was a relief for those exhausted by their mechanical lives.
In some parts of India, including Telangana... on Dasara day in villages... they start drinking in the morning and continue till night. It happens once or twice a year. It's a custom. A practice some people have followed for years.
What if someone starts doing this daily after seeing it?
So what if they do?
Today, more youth are drinking—across regions and states.
What if every day becomes a Dasara celebration?
Kidneys and livers would give up the ghost.
That's it right here... Once upon a time, there was the festival's "Magic Bazaar"... Thota Ramudu... Samarasimha Reddy.
Even if we stopped a train with just a wave of the hand, people would have enjoyed it and moved on, dismissing it as the antics of a drunkard.
Now, it's the era of *KGF*!
A peg... a couple of pegs... a half... a full bottle... people are going crazy over this. This is the magic of dopamine.
Watching reels all day long.
You get a dopamine rush when you see this. But on the flip side, to get that same dopamine kick later on, you need to watch even more.
I'm getting bored just looking at this.
You need something rare.
Just to get that kick. That explains the cobra kisses and the *KGF* movies.
Every scene—so far removed from reality, such a creepy, repulsive spectacle—yet that is precisely where the thrill lies.
Nowadays, ninety-nine people are victims of "dopamine excess."
They just want a hit.Eh.. even reels... even movies are too much.. it has to be too much.
If dopamine increases, serotonin decreases.
High dopamine, low level seritonin.. Because of this..
1. Impulsive behavior.. Forget the discretion, do whatever you feel. Mothers who kill their own children.. Daughter smashed her father's head. Father raped his daughter.
2 mood swings.. One minute of happiness and life.. One more minute of irritation.. Anger is intolerance.
3 Sleeplessness.. Restless sleep.
4 extreme mental stress..
5. Lack of concentration .. Lack of decision making ability ..
This is the world of mental patients today..
One or two in the house..
In some families, the whole family is family..
If you tell me, you won't listen..
"The way of the world has changed. Our world is crazy to think that they are trending now
This is something coincidence nah. There is a plan behind this. Robot era does not need such people who have become a burden to the earth by eating and sleeping .. Deep State people have a plan that the more burden is reduced, the better it is. Nonsense phone faces don't understand somehow. Can't even care if it's understood. There will be nothing to do even if you care. This is a historical tragedy.
The three patients .. Thirty lakhs .. Pharmacists are celebrating.

1. Telangana government has set up Education Commission to suggest the changes to be brought in the education system.
2 . International conference to be held in Hyderabad to discuss the use of artificial intelligence - good and bad. Coincidentally, the 310-page book "Synergy" that I wrote on exactly these two topics is now receiving praise from the parents of our school.

Heavy rains in Vijayawada for four days .
Many colonies in the water and in the mud.
Even if there is a heavy storm, the sun will come in two to three days.
The water will go away .
The mud can be cleaned .
But the situation in Vijayawada today is different .
According to the current weather indicators, it will rain every day in Vijayawada till next Tuesday.
These are not heavy rains.
But as the colonies are already filled with water and mud, even if it rains two to three times a day, the water level will not decrease. Mud is not dry . It is not possible to purify the surroundings of the house.
A situation conducive to the spread of infectious diseases .
When lakhs of people become homeless, how much do governments and voluntary organizations do?
Food and water will be provided somehow okay .. Necessities like bathing and chronological activities? How many relief camps are enough?
A great tragedy beyond words.
Why the flood ?
Millions of planets in the infinite universe. Earth is the only planet with enough water according to current information. Water is the source of life .
It has been four hundred crore years since the birth of the earth. The earth has lost one percent of its water in this whole time. That means the water on earth is stable in almost the same amount.
Why is there so much rain .. drought ?
In the oceans and rivers, water evaporates due to the sun's rays.
Clouds .. Rain .. Snow on high mountains ..
The snow melted, the rain poured into the river .. The river and the sea ..
Steam of water back from the sea ..
This is the water wheel .
If this water wheel goes in orderly manner .. Three rains in a month .. Too much distraction, there will be no distraction.
Once upon a time but rare.
What if you miss the destiny ?
Human population has increased. Forests have been cut down.
Today's cities are concrete forests.
We have invaded rivers, puddles, streams, curves and lakes.
An example for you to understand.
Greater Hyderabad area is 7200 square kilometers.
We think ten milliliters of rain has rained here one day. {Yesterday it rained more than this} . Total 7200 crore litres of water fell from the sky on Greater Hyderabad
A thousand years ago, more than half of this would have seeped into the ground. Now, the entire Greater Hyderabad is covered in buildings... tar and cement roads.. The rain that falls does not seep into the ground much. It all goes away as a flood. It drowns everything on the way. This is a flood.
The rains that are supposed to fall from time to time, will rain at once .. The rain water that has been poured into the earth is not going back .. This is the root of the problem.
The solution .
And more potholes .. In every house and every colony, there should be more potholes. Once upon a time, there were wells in areas like Rayalaseema. Things like that are so useful.
Ponds should come. In the days when science was not developed, the Kakatiya and Tulu kings recognized the need for ponds. Today, more ponds are needed to meet the increasing population. More hydras and amoebas are needed to free the encroached ponds. { In the year 1995, the last time in the coaching institute .. I did not meet you there. Let's congratulate each other now, both of us have busy schedules .. Congratulations to Ranganath } .
Cloud burst means cloud explosion.
A heavy downpour that falls in the sky in half an hour. This will cause lightning floods.
It seems that everything will become normal in the coming days.
In such situations, creating habitats in the mountainous areas, going to Shimla Manali Lati hill areas in rainy season is a loss of life.
