Diagnostic Report!
Have you noticed?
In recent times, in a lot of incidents and issues, two contradictory narratives come out.
One category says, "This is the truth. The other side is lying and cheating."
Another group also says, "The other side is lying, deceiving and cheating."
Based on their political affiliation, caste, religion, region, or group identity, people basically believe one of these two versions to be true.
The actual truth lies somewhere in between. The actual lie may also be somewhere in between. But people choose the version that matches their existing beliefs.
One thing is certain: each side believes that its own version is the absolute truth.
And the other side is simply treated as a complete lie.
Now they will become furious.
They will consider everything coming from the other side to be wrong.
Those who already have a particular mindset will surround themselves with positive comments that reinforce their beliefs. They become even more convinced.
"The other side is shameless!"
These people cannot be changed by such arguments.
They cannot change others either.
Because change is not their agenda!
They are people who do not realise that their social-media fake wars are ultimately benefiting Zuckerberg and the platforms.
For ten or fifteen days, allegations will fly across social-media platforms. Arguments, abuses, fights and emotional outbursts will continue.
If only the media would establish what is true and what is false!
But what happens instead?
If the truth is presented quietly, what will people gain from it? Nothing. The issue needs to be heated up. Ravana's pain needs to be triggered. The comments need to explode.
One group will comment, "This is the truth!"
The other group will respond, "Hey, look at the evidence. That's a fraud. This is the truth!"
Every argument generates more comments. More comments increase page engagement. More engagement brings more revenue.
This is one of the mysteries of the digital-age media business.
Then, after fifteen days, another sensational issue arrives.
It may be a death, perhaps another controversy, or perhaps an abuse allegation.
The more vile and sensational it is, the better it performs.
It is treated almost like a fresh corpse discovered just in time for public consumption.
The first issue has not even been properly understood yet. People haven't even made sense of it.
But now digital media and social media have already picked up the next issue and are carrying it on their heads.
They exaggerate it further and further.
They ask you to comment.
All the digital addicts who are waiting for such content will return here.
Another emotional extravaganza begins!
There must be sentiment in the issue.
The anger must keep burning.
There must be tons of hatred towards the other caste, religion, region, or group.
There must be enough bloodshed and drama for people to spend their time on.
The issue should not be examined deeply.
The problem should not be solved.
It has to burn.
It has to keep burning.
Time pass is already happening.
People are already getting worked up.
This is a kind of mental illness - a digital-age mental disorder.
The solution:
Understand that this is also a digital-age business model.
Two sides are made to fight until the blood spills. The same strategy is used with social-media users.
That heat attracts attention, and attention generates revenue.
For the digital teams creating such content, this mental state becomes a constant source of engagement for social-media owners and a cash crop for media businesses.
To the digital addicts:
Hatred burns inside the body on a daily basis.
The emotional temperature keeps rising.
Everything slowly starts getting damaged.
Meanwhile, the cash crop continues to ripen at the feet of the platform owners.
The digital addict's journey towards the graveyard may take a few years.
Slowly, very slowly, people will realise that this is a trap.
People will eventually understand that attention is an economy.
Things will change.
Critical thinkers are the best defence against this trap.
Good morning!
HIGH & HIGH.. I joined the office of Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer { South Central Railway } long time ago on 22 September. On that occasion, we all met there yesterday. Now the boss of that office { FA&CAO } is my student Abhishek. { Light blue color shirt } Boss Vijayakumar in the past { Pinkish red car shirt }. Navijakumar speaking "Amarnath and I went to an interview once. I have been selected. Amarnath's luck is good that he was not selected" said. Friends have recorded that remaining part...
In the video Kotak Mahendra Vice President Koti Srinivasa Rao, SBI DGM Raghuram, CID SP Maddipati Srinivasa rao, LIC AGM Madhusudan Rao, Punjab National Bank AGM Naveen.. And there are many more friends !
Friends,
The PDF that says only 60% has very detailed information. It's useful not just for students but for everyone (of all ages). The most difficult concepts were explained in simple language. But there is so much to understand.
He said very clearly what needs to be said.
Peer pressure affects students in every way. (It contains both positive and negative aspects, but the negative impact is much more.) The positive impact is that peer pressure creates some rankers, and the same peer pressure also creates entrepreneurs and leaders.
Those who have a burning desire will turn every pressure, every insult, every rejection, and every love failure into stepping stones to success and will rise up in life. Whatever personality development class or lesson is given, it should be told to those who don't have the desire or vision mentioned above. Some people will mature a little as they grow older.
Due to peer pressure, there may be 90% negative impact and 10% positive impact.
The main trigger point in peer pressure is: "We have to do what everyone does."
This is not only in students. It is also present in elders. If we look at it from that perspective, it affects our culture in every way - work culture, family culture, job culture, and business culture.
But this material prepared by 60% can be described as a practical compass designed for students and responsible, thinking youth. The second unit, Digital Intelligence for Adults, also covers relevant areas such as startups.
This explains various problems faced by today's youth, especially students, in a scientific, easy-to-understand, and applicable way for everyday life.
Most importantly, it seems to teach the thought process needed to think calmly and make good decisions even when under pressure.
Even though I have not read this 102-page document completely, from my random reading I understood that it covers:
Understanding peer pressure
How the brain works during the teenage years
Making good decisions even under pressure
Insights into the digital world - still, it is a must-read in its entirety.
"We have to use technology; technology should not use us." This is excellent and absolutely correct.
About online betting and easy money, loan apps, doing bike stunts for thrill, unnecessary spending, substance experimentation, online challenges, bullying, cheating, and reckless driving (Page 15) - the important point made by the author is not that "Teenagers are irresponsible."
The presence of peers can change the decision-making situation.
"Knowing this gives you an advantage: you can recognise the pressure before it controls the decision."
This point is very well explained.
Driving fast vehicles, performing dangerous bike stunts, or taking part in other adventures can inspire some youth. The book scientifically explains why new experiences, excitement, and danger are sought at a young age. But it clearly shows that we should not risk our lives or the lives of others for that enthusiasm.
It is also well explained how our thoughts and emotions affect the brain and influence our decisions.
Mobile phones, social media, and reels affect our time and habits. This has been explained very well.
The document also discusses the dopamine effect caused by prolonged screen exposure and explains social media trends and their impact.
Two important points were mentioned on Page 4.
First, the example of jumping a traffic signal at night because there are no vehicles, and then continuing to do it every day. This clearly shows how one small habit can become a regular behavioural pattern.
The second example of the ₹1,20,000 phone is also superb. That is also true.
Brand and social-status pressure is not only for students or peer pressure. It exists across all categories and all age groups. We experience this pressure in many things in our lives.
This will help students understand how the information we see affects our thinking.
It is good to say that technological tools such as mobile phones, the internet, and AI should be used to enhance our thinking power and creativity rather than simply for time pass or getting instant answers.
Especially when using AI, the answers given by AI should be questioned and examined. We should think critically about whether those answers are actually correct or not. Practising Critical Thinking in this way is an excellent point.
Attraction, friendship, and love are natural things during adolescence.
But it is also true that in true love there should be respect, trust, mutual acceptance, and freedom.
This chapter is not only useful for school-going and college students; it is also very useful for adults.
It is well explained that jealousy, possessiveness, controlling behaviour, and constant doubting are not love.
That is why the discussion about love and attraction is important. I absolutely want to read this section carefully, as the document provides an in-depth analysis of the difference between these concepts.
But to understand the 6th chapter, "The Relationship Trap," a lot of time and maturity are required.
I need some more time to read and understand these difficult and delicate matters covered in this 102-page document.
Overall, it seems like this has been prepared by a social scientist, psychological analyst, personality-development expert, and, especially, someone who understands the minds of children and students.
We have reached this point for now.
Lastly, any painting, speech, article, or book will not be understood in the same way by everyone. That understanding depends on a person's maturity, knowledge, experience, and perspective.
Y'all read this and let me know your opinions.
Sir, whatever has been said here is certainly more creative, practical, and scientifically acceptable than the routine material we usually see.
No doubt, this will be a triple-apt once it is 100% complete.
In my opinion, this article would be a good guide for children and youth. In the same way, there is no doubt in saying that it can serve as a Karadeepika (guiding light) for parents.

Dear Parents,

Is it necessary to scold the mad man?
Cheating, bro!
Ramesh needs money urgently.
"If you pledge your gold, we will give you a gold loan." A private finance company (Non-Banking Finance Company) had put up an attractive advertisement.
Easy loan at a low interest rate.
Very little paperwork. The money will immediately come into your hands.
Ramesh pledged gold jewellery worth around ₹1.4 lakh and got a loan.
Full khushi!
He spent the money happily.
While taking the loan, Ramesh did not carefully read the terms and conditions of the private finance company.
By the end of the first year, the loan amount had become ₹1,12,000.
By the second year, it became ₹1,32,160.
By the third year, it reached ₹1,80,000.
Now, as per the applicable rules, his pledged gold could be auctioned.
The finance company sent him a notice. Ramesh did not have enough money to repay the amount. If he tried to get another loan, he would not qualify.
Meanwhile, the auction took place.
Ramesh's gold was now gone.
Some may argue, "How can the private finance company be blamed? Isn't it the responsibility of people like Ramesh to make their monthly payments?"
Literally, that is true.
But the biggest reason people get trapped is lack of financial awareness.
Come, let's understand this.
In banks such as State Bank of India and HDFC Bank, gold loans may typically carry interest rates in the approximate range of 8.5%-11% per year, depending on the product and borrower.
Private finance institutions may charge considerably more, sometimes in the range of 12%-24% or even higher depending on the lender and loan terms.
When they advertise the loan, they highlight the lower interest rate.
There is a catch here.
If you pay the interest regularly and repay the loan within the agreed period, the overall interest burden may remain lower.
Some lenders offer loans with a tenure of around 12 months.
Usually, only a portion of the pledged gold's eligible value is provided as a loan.
But here is where borrowers can get into trouble.
The repayment structure matters.
In many bank loan products, the borrower repays through monthly instalments, depending on the scheme.
Under a monthly instalment plan, the principal and interest are repaid according to the agreed repayment schedule.
Some private finance companies may instead offer a bullet repayment structure.
Under such a structure, the borrower may pay interest periodically and repay the principal at the end of the agreed tenure.
Remember one important point: if the loan was sanctioned for one year, the principal still has to be repaid at the end of that period according to the loan agreement.
Ramesh did not pay the interest regularly.
Once interest starts accumulating, the outstanding amount can increase substantially, depending on the terms of the agreement and applicable charges.
Our misfortune is that even some people who teach mathematics in schools do not properly understand compound interest. That is the consequence of rote-learning. What about ordinary people who have never been taught financial literacy?
Even a seemingly small monthly interest can become a huge burden. If someone borrows ₹1 lakh at a very high rate and fails to make the required payments, the outstanding amount can grow rapidly.
Now let's come back to Ramesh.
He did not make the required payments, right?
That is why the originally advertised interest rate alone does not tell the whole story. The effective cost can become much higher because of accumulated interest, penalties, charges and the repayment structure.
By the second and third years, the outstanding amount had increased substantially.
Ramesh's gold was gone.
What should we do?
1. Don't live beyond your means.
Don't spend like a celebrity on weddings, birthdays and other functions. Spend according to the money you actually have. If you borrow money simply to maintain a luxurious lifestyle, life can become very difficult.
2. Save at least 20% of your income.
Think about ways to increase your income. Instead of spending all your time discussing politics, spend some time understanding economics and personal finance.
If US government bond yields rise, it can influence global financial conditions and eventually affect ordinary people's lives. If wars continue, their economic consequences can also reach us.
The world economy is interconnected.
If you increase your financial awareness, you can avoid many difficulties. With a little planning, negative situations can sometimes be turned into opportunities.
3. Taking a loan for a house or land is understandable when properly planned.
Someone commented on my previous post, "Tell me how to take a ₹5 crore loan."
There is no secret formula.
Banks may offer loans, but they follow eligibility criteria. When a bank evaluates a business-or in my case, a school-it looks at the balance sheet, cash flows, repayment capacity and available assets.
Assets may also have to be offered as security for the loan.
Banks do not simply give huge loans because someone asks for them.
If you fail to repay, the mortgaged property can ultimately be subject to recovery proceedings as permitted by law.
Without financial discipline, life can become like a flood.
The bigger the tree, the greater the damage if it falls during a storm.
There are many examples of successful and wealthy people who faced serious financial difficulties because of poor financial planning.
Amitabh Bachchan is one well-known example from the past. Sridevi, Savitri and others also experienced difficult financial circumstances at different stages of their lives.
Save systematically. Invest carefully.
We can reach the top of a hill only by climbing one step at a time.
4. If you are repeatedly taking personal loans, it is a warning sign that your financial planning needs attention.
If you want to buy a mobile phone, you don't have to buy it immediately by borrowing money. Wait until you have enough money.
And don't fall unnecessarily into the "Buy Now, Pay Later" trap using a credit card or other credit facility.
What is the need to take loans for parties and celebrations?
Don't.
If you absolutely need a loan, compare regulated lenders carefully and understand the repayment terms before signing.
Bank loans generally have structured monthly repayment options for many products.
Some private finance institutions may offer bullet repayment arrangements.
Understand the structure clearly before taking the loan.
Otherwise, that bullet can eventually hit your financial stability.
Okay, suppose circumstances have gone against you.
At least pay the interest on time if your agreement requires it, and make a clear plan to repay the principal within the agreed period.
Gold is Lakshmi. It is a symbol of wealth.
Don't pledge it unnecessarily.
If you are in a genuine financial crisis and have no other reasonable option, selling an asset may sometimes be safer than taking an expensive loan against it-but even that decision should be made carefully.
Don't sell valuable assets for trivial expenses.
The world is moving through a period of economic uncertainty.
The gold in your house is your wealth. Protect it.

Shit like this is going around social media ! Don't believe it !
Don't care !
These are to scare people and to increase the business of pharmacists!

Dear Luckiest Parents!
> Yes, you are the LUCKIEST, because you chose standards over distance.
> Today in Hyderabad, many parents look for a school which is just walkable for Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Grades 1 & 2. They compromise on quality for convenience.
> But you did not. And now you are reaping the benefits.
> *Age 3 to 7 is the most crucial window for a child's brain development.* This is when a child doesn't just learn, but actually _absorbs_ a language. At this age, the brain can easily learn up to 3 languages.
> In our school, even our Nursery children are confidently spelling and reading. Why? Because we don't follow rote-learning. We follow the most advanced, scientifically proven phonics & reading methodology.
> Distance is temporary, but foundation is permanent.
> Please see the reading skills of our tiny champs in the videos below.
> You will feel proud of your decision.
Left school at one hour yesterday!
Got home covered in blanket and went to bed!

Up and sitting on the sofa ! Sweaty for another thirty minutes!
A side of cold ! Fever ! The body is shaking ! Fell asleep on the sofa again !
This is how it is this morning! Slate on the way to Bourampet !
Fitness pays off !

1. "Gold price is going to collapse. Sell it".. For the last few months, one group of media has been doing the same thing.
Let's hope this is true..
Now a few gold companies.. "We will buy your gold in the pawnshop at today's market rates" heavy announcements.
What is this? If the price of gold is collapsing, why are these companies buying?
You may think these two are mutually opposites.
But both are the same.. There is no conflict between them.
There's a lot of planning in place.
Didn't you get it? Think about it.
Clue for you.. Paid news..
Once upon a time magazines used to be printed and sold.
Now sold out and being printed.
Magazines are the best. TV channels are horrible.
Now if there are big companies in social media, they are removing Gochi and making them famous.
2. Government bonds climbed 5% in America yesterday. This means that the world is now in economic crisis. Now people have to pay more interest if they have to take loans from banks. The value of bonds taken up to this will decrease. More spending for the government.
Twenty five years ago the Soviet Union split into 15 countries. There has been a war between the two countries who have separated like that for months. Yugoslavia is divided into seven countries on the other side of Europe. That process is violent.
Czechoslovakia is peacefully divided into two countries.
Who is the next one?
England? Separation movements are serious. Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland leaders meet to sign Cardiff agreement. Let's see how far this goes.
America on the other side?
It is not that easy in terms of constitution.
3. The situation of some of those who are working in America while on job visa is pathetic. "We will not give you promotions" the company is saying loudly. CEO of a company. Lost the job. He would have gotten five million dollars. Now he is doing a job for lakh dollars.
The reason is... If you don't have a job, you have to go back to India.
Racism towards Indian employees is clear. Some people are leaving America.
Many people say "it's only two years now. They are thinking that if Trump steps down, it will be all good. It would be nice if all the problems would go away and they could live a comfortable life like always.
But to my understanding this is just the beginning.. In the coming days, more problems and crises are likely to come.
Trump is not a disease.
Just a symptom indicator.
It is enough if you understand this piece.
4. If the BRICS attempt was successful.. Mayala Fakiru's life is like holding the voice of a parrot. America will have more hay conditions.
5. Wars rage when the world has economic crisis. Wars cause economic crisis even more.
6. A word from seven years old. Vasireddy Kruthika, Berkeley University, California, made a Masters of Law in the {world's number one university in terms of legal education}. Then two replacements before her. One is doing a job in America. The other returned to India.
It is my favorite to come back to India. But I don't like rubbing my likes on her.
It took a month. It went to the houses of some people I know there. Spoken. "I don't like being in America," she said.
"What is it for you? You could say there is school."
What is the size of my company? Five crores of debt.. The responsibilities of a bunch.
Even the cats of those who have millions of properties here have gone to America and settled.
Senior IAS officers retired at the level of university vice chancellors also think of a secure future in America.
Makes me wonder when I think about it.
Loco is a different taste.. True.. It is wrong to think that my thoughts should be with everyone.
7. One thing should be said for sure. 1997-2020 - Software golden age. This is some kind of math.
Now is the era of artificial intelligence. The math on this one is different.
If you think about the golden age of software in hangover.. Difficulties will not be avoided if decisions are taken.
Don't you understand some parts of this post? Then read it one more time.
Happy Vinayaka Chavithi !

Is it possible to read the letters before writing?

A man who wakes up in the morning
with unbrushed teeth,
wearing nothing but a loincloth,
and doesn't even greet his wife with a simple
"Good morning!"
will nevertheless,
every single day,
punctually flood WhatsApp groups
with lectures on morality and good manners -
"Good Morning" wisdom from the world's greatest philosopher!
Nobody reads it!
And where is the question of anyone actually following it?
Some people go one step further and send these messages at 1:00 AM!
Whoever decided that the day begins at midnight deserves a special award for redefining time itself!
And then there are those who use pictures of Gods and Goddesses for their Good Morning greetings!
Sometimes I suspect even God is saying:
"Please don't involve me in this, Rao garu!"
Among people aged 40-70, this WhatsApp Good Morning obsession seems to have reached epidemic proportions!
Imagine if the WhatsApp Collector (the group admin) announced that every message would cost ₹10!
Everyone would leave the group immediately!

Words of a Facebook friend who is abroad!
Our Fear is Their Income!
An Information Tsunami in the Digital Word!
If you wanted to watch all the videos uploaded on social media in just one day, even an entire lifetime would not be enough.
Views bring money!
So, in this massive flood of information, how do you grab people's attention?
By frightening them.
Put a frightening thumbnail, and people will start watching.
We bear the fear for our lives.
They enjoy the sweetness of the revenue.
This is how the unscrupulous ones do business!
Of all the medical advice appearing on the internet, a large proportion is misleading.
Rather than calling it completely false, you could call much of it half-truths and quarter-truths.
Let me give you an example.
There is a YouTube channel.
They claimed, in the name of medical advice, that oral sex will definitely cause throat cancer and that it is responsible for more cancer cases than tobacco.
Since yesterday, five people have messaged me asking, "Sir, is this really true?"
In one sentence: It is not true in the way they are presenting it.
But that does not mean there is absolutely no truth behind the subject.
They take a small piece of information, stretch it in every possible direction, steal your time and increase their revenue.
There is a type of cancer associated with HPV infection.
That part is true.
But are cancers associated with oral HPV infection more common than tobacco-related cancers?
Yes - in some data from the United States.
Not in the same way in India.
Taking data from the United States and presenting it as though it represents India is misleading.
And it doesn't stop there.
The risk is much lower when a person has a single long-term sexual partner compared with having multiple partners.
If a long-term partner already carries HPV-16, transmission to the other partner through sexual contact, including oral sex, is possible.
That part is also true.
But does the presence of the virus automatically mean cancer?
No.
Do you know this?
Even a person who has had sexual relations only with their spouse can acquire HPV.
HPV infection is extremely common, and most sexually active people encounter some form of HPV during their lifetime.
In most people, the immune system clears the infection naturally, often within one to two years.
Only a small proportion of persistent high-risk HPV infections progress to cancer, and that usually takes many years.
Smoking and other factors can increase the risk of persistent HPV infection and cancer.
And it does not happen immediately.
It can take many years - often decades - for a persistent high-risk HPV infection to contribute to cancer development.
So what does all this mean?
The sensational version takes a complicated medical subject and turns it into:
"Oh my God! Did you have oral sex? Then that's it - you're definitely going to get cancer!"
That is their marketing intelligence.
Take a small piece of information, add fear, remove the context and turn it into a viral video.
So what should we do?
Don't blindly consume every piece of medical garbage that appears online in the name of medical advice.
Perhaps some doctors have seen their clinical practice decline these days.
They buy a camera, record half-truths and quarter-truths, and throw them at the public!
I haven't watched the particular video myself, but yesterday some friends commented:
"Sir, I saw a video in which a doctor said drinking warm water on an empty stomach is not good for the body. What do you say?"
So, what is true and what is false here?
Drinking room-temperature or comfortably warm water in the morning is generally fine for healthy people.
There is nothing magical about warm water, either. Ordinary water is perfectly adequate.
If you wake up in the morning, unless you urgently need to use the toilet, you can drink a glass or two of water according to your thirst and circumstances. A short walk afterwards may also help some people with their morning routine.
But the doctor said we should not drink hot water, right?
Isn't that true?
Oh come on! If a doctor said it, how can it possibly be untrue?
Perhaps the doctor's actual point was that you should not drink scalding-hot water.
And perhaps the doctor was also warning against forcing yourself to drink an excessive amount of water first thing in the morning.
Does my sarcasm sound obvious enough?
What else could it be?
For people with certain medical conditions, such as advanced kidney failure, excessive fluid intake may indeed need to be restricted according to their doctor's advice.
But taking that specific medical situation and turning it into:
"Oh no! Never drink warm water on an empty stomach!"
- is simply taking a statement out of context.
And when we say warm water, does anyone actually mean water that is boiling hot?
Stop making ridiculous videos and damaging your own credibility, gentlemen in white coats.
Learn from doctors who understand the importance of responsible communication.
Credibility matters.
This world is not ending today.
Your life is not ending today.
Tomorrow will come.
So think before you speak - especially when people trust you because you wear a white coat.

It has been two months since I joined the school.
Three years old !!
How are nursery children able to read?
A Miracle Remedy - Bitter Gourd Juice!
Benefits claimed from drinking bitter gourd juice around 7:00 in the morning on an empty stomach:
1. Bitter gourd contains compounds such as charantin, polypeptide-P (plant insulin) and vicine. These may help lower blood glucose levels. Regular consumption may help improve blood-sugar control in some people and can be beneficial for people with diabetes.
2. It is believed to support liver function and digestion. It may stimulate bile secretion and thereby support the digestive process. Some people also consume bitter gourd juice hoping to reduce acidity, gas and fatty-liver problems.
3. It may support metabolism and, when combined with a healthy diet and physical activity, can contribute to weight management.
4. Bitter gourd contains various nutrients and plant compounds that may support normal immune function.
5. It may have a favourable effect on cholesterol and overall metabolic health.
6. People who drink alcohol at night sometimes consume bitter gourd juice the next morning believing that it protects the liver. However, bitter gourd juice does not cancel out or reverse alcohol-related liver damage. After drinking alcohol, adequate hydration is important.
If someone has consumed alcohol the previous night, drinking water in the morning is a better first step. Drinking bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach may cause stomach irritation or loose stools in some people.
7. Bitter gourd may also support digestive and gut health when tolerated well.
Please don't curse me for saying this...
Suppose you read a post saying that bitter gourd juice is beneficial and immediately put one or two bitter gourds into a mixer and drink the juice.
You may end up spending the rest of the morning running to the bathroom every half hour!
For some people, it can cause severe diarrhoea and weakness.
People with low blood sugar, especially those taking diabetes medicines or insulin, need to be particularly careful. Bitter gourd may lower blood glucose and, in combination with diabetes medication, could potentially cause hypoglycaemia, dizziness or even loss of consciousness.
So, if you choose to consume it, don't overdo it.
Take a small bitter gourd.
Remove the seeds.
Then blend it with water and prepare a small quantity of juice.
There is no need to drink a full glass.
A small coffee-glass-sized serving is enough.
Some people may add a little lemon juice or another ingredient for taste, but adding honey or sugar defeats the purpose for people trying to control their blood glucose.
There is no need to consume bitter gourd juice every day. A moderate amount a few times a week is sufficient if it suits you.
People with low blood pressure, pregnant women, and people taking diabetes medication should not consume bitter gourd preparations without first discussing them with their doctor.
Some people may not tolerate bitter gourd well. Its naturally bitter compounds can irritate the digestive system and may cause abdominal discomfort or diarrhoea.
Therefore, consuming a small quantity and stopping if any adverse symptoms occur is important.
Most importantly, bitter gourd juice is not a substitute for prescribed diabetes medication, a balanced diet or medical treatment.
Natural does not automatically mean harmless.
Use it carefully and listen to your body.

And then... just like that...
The rehearsals for the song "Manasuna Mallela Maalalu Oogenoo" were going on.
When they reached the bit "Alalu Kolanulo Galagalamaninaa...", Bhanumathi began singing it in her own way, instead of following the tune given by the music director.
Rajeshwara Rao told her twice.
Madam didn't listen.
He picked up his harmonium and was ready to walk out of the film altogether.
That was a way of life he was known for...
Once, Rajeshwara Rao had committed to work on an NTR film.
He went to work one day and quit the very next day.
When asked why...
N. T. Rama Rao himself called him.
Rajeshwara Rao reportedly said:
"Your younger brother is a great musician, isn't he? Please make him the music director instead."
And he walked away.
Such was the man...
A man of immense self-confidence - S. Rajeshwara Rao.
Knowing that he was packing his bags and leaving, B. N. Reddy personally pleaded with him and brought him back, so that the film could be completed.
And then...
When "Malleshwari" was screened at the preview...
As Bhanumathi watched that song on the screen, she reportedly became emotional and burst into tears.
She went to Rajeshwara Rao, respectfully touched his feet and sincerely apologised to him.
That was Bhanumathi's grace and culture.
Today is the birth anniversary of Bhanumathi Ramakrishna.
August memories ...

The Crisis Is an opportunity!
The Decline of Human Intelligence!
This is today's reality.
Didn't understand?
The number of people with poor thinking abilities is increasing. Human intelligence appears to be declining.
This is not an insult or a curse. Scientific studies have indicated a decline in intelligence-test performance in some populations after decades of earlier gains.
During much of the 20th century, intelligence-test scores increased significantly. Later, this trend began to slow down and, in some places, reverse.
There are several possible reasons for this, including changes in parenting, education and technology.
Calculators arrived... mental mathematics began to disappear.
GPS arrived... our sense of geography and ability to find our way around declined.
Google Search arrived... our dependence on memory decreased.
CAD/CAM arrived... traditional drafting skills declined.
All of these are one thing.
Now comes Artificial Intelligence.
Almost every student has access to a smartphone.
Machines are becoming more intelligent, while people are increasingly allowing their own thinking abilities to become weaker.
Machines that can think...
We should use them.
But what happens if we depend on them for everything, even when there is no need to think for ourselves?
Slowly, we may begin producing children who are less capable of independent thinking.
The ability to think, question, analyse and make decisions independently could gradually weaken in the coming generation.
Generative AI! Imagine asking it:
"Should I go to the toilet now or not?"
"How should I live with my spouse?"
"What does learning actually mean?"
"What is taste? How do I know what I like?"
"What is a mother's love? What does it feel like?"
"Should I be happy today or should I be sad?"
"My three-year-old son fell down... should I pick him up or not?"
We may end up with a generation that starts asking machines questions that human beings are naturally expected to think about and decide for themselves!
The fault is not with Generative AI.
The problem is with today's neglected generation.
There is often insufficient parental guidance. There is inadequate educational guidance in many schools. Everyone simply follows the crowd and assumes, "This is the trend, so everyone must do it."
That is why technology can take advantage of this generation that is growing up without adequate guidance.
A generation addicted to machines now has a thinking machine in its hands.
Artificial Intelligence can end up weakening Natural Intelligence if we allow it to think for us instead of thinking with it.
In the coming years, natural intelligence may become a premium commodity.
If my words sound exaggerated, save this message and read it again five years from now.
A generation with weaker independent-thinking abilities may be emerging.
This is today's crisis.
But it is also tomorrow's opportunity!
For parents, for people looking for employment and for those who want to build new businesses, this crisis could become a golden opportunity.
AI cannot do everything.
There are many areas where human beings will continue to be essential.
The need for people with strong natural intelligence, judgement and human skills may increase significantly in the future.
1. TRUST
Where should I invest my money?
Which school should I choose for my child?
What changes should I make in my company?
The need for people who can provide trustworthy advice and guidance in such matters will increase.
Companies and wealthy individuals may be willing to pay significant amounts to hire people whose judgement they trust.
2. CARE
When illness, difficulties or old age arrive, people need someone they can trust for guidance, advice and personal care.
Family doctors, nurses, therapists, caregivers, mentors and teachers will continue to provide services where human connection matters.
Especially in elderly care, the demand could increase dramatically.
A wealthy elderly person who feels, "This young man or woman looks after me like their own parent," may be willing to pay a premium for such personal care.
ELDERLY CARE could become one of the most valuable service sectors and business opportunities of the future.
3. CRAFT
Mass production is becoming increasingly inexpensive.
AI can create a thousand logos within seconds.
It can prepare hundreds of lesson plans.
But a cook who understands your personal taste...
A teacher who explains a lesson in a way that touches your mind...
A carpenter who creates designer furniture specifically for your home...
A tailor who stitches clothes according to your exact measurements...
These craft-based professions may become increasingly valuable.
They could become premium services.
Have you seen posters created by ChatGPT?
After a few months, they already start feeling repetitive, don't they?
That is the limitation of mass-generated content.
Human creativity has something different.
The day will come when people will desperately seek the human touch.
And that day may arrive sooner than we think.
4. PRESENCE
There are many situations where a human being needs to be physically present.
A live concert...
A mentor who can motivate students face-to-face...
A mediator who can help settle disputes in court-related or personal matters...
A person who can bring two companies, families or individuals together and successfully negotiate a deal...
These require human presence, judgement and emotional understanding.
TRUST. CARE. CRAFT. PRESENCE.
These four areas are likely to become premium categories.
Employment opportunities in these fields can grow substantially.
Companies may be willing to pay high salaries, professional fees or consultation charges for people who possess these abilities.
But to capture these opportunities, we need to prepare our children properly.
1. Do not give your child a smartphone until the age of 18.
2. If necessary, provide a desktop computer at home.
3. Teach children how to use technology wisely instead of allowing technology to use them.
4. Above all, teach them social intelligence, emotional intelligence, creativity, curiosity, continuous learning and the other 13 C Skills.
5. At Slate / Cognibot, we are implementing a special approach under the concepts of Samapoornatha, Trayodashi and Sangam, with books designed to develop human skills in every class and specially trained teachers working as mentors.
Our admission and counselling office will be open from October 16.
You are welcome to visit us, including on holidays and Sundays.
Come once.
Look at the books.
Understand our teaching methodology.
You do not have to take admission.
You do not have to buy the books.
Our Slate Family Ambassador will be ready to spend at least an hour with you and explain everything in detail.
It will not cost you even a rupee.
In fact, our hospitality is free!
Come to learn.
Come to understand which path can provide your child with a brighter future.
Let us share knowledge freely.
Finally, one more thing...
Please mention in the COMMENT section the name of a person who is already providing valuable advice and guidance through Facebook posts-and even more personally through Messenger-which you believe could become a premium human service in the coming years.

Today's schools can broadly be divided into three types.
1. Luxury Clubs:
High-fee schools where the children of wealthy families study!
They come with various tags such as International, IB, CBSE, and so on!
Big campus, prestigious brand name, lots of glamour and hype!
In Hyderabad, the fees at such schools can range from ₹5 lakhs to ₹15 lakhs a year. If a family has two children, the annual school fees for both can come to around ₹20 lakhs. That means roughly ₹2 lakhs a month!
How high must one's income be to afford ₹2 lakhs a month just for school fees?
Even if both husband and wife are highly placed software engineers, it can still be difficult!
A genetic problem!
Just imagine for a moment!
How will the children of people who act as middlemen, benamis, brokers, or criminals for powerful politicians, officials and influential lawyers grow up?
Among parents who pay lakhs in fees to educate their children in international schools, at least some may come from questionable backgrounds. Their children may inherit some of those tendencies. If parents themselves engage in unethical activities, they may not have the moral authority to teach their children about right and wrong.
Children growing up in such families can pass those attitudes on to other children at school.
After a certain stage, children learn a great deal from their peers.
With the arrival of smartphones, the situation in some of these schools has become even more complicated.
On top of this, many such schools are increasingly influenced by foreign equity investors. For some owners, as long as the business remains profitable, everything else becomes secondary.
Their thinking is simple: students must remain happy so that admissions continue. Don't question them if a student brings alcohol mixed in a water bottle and drinks it at school. If senior students hide drugs in the bags of younger children to get them past security checks, later retrieve them from the school itself, record their romantic activities on mobile phones and post them on Instagram, everything is allegedly ignored.
And then, as an extension of this culture, some engineering colleges and deemed universities try to attract students through events, including provocative performances on campus.
What happens to children who grow up in such an environment?
For easy money, some may eventually be willing to commit serious crimes.
There are already thousands of young people who become addicted to various substances at the age of 16 and reach a stage where even divine intervention would not easily bring them back. This could become a major social crisis.
Even when privileged youngsters drive high-speed bikes under the influence of substances and end up killing one or two people, society often continues sleeping peacefully.
2. The second type: Factories of Rote Learning.
This is the choice of lower-middle-class and middle-class parents.
From as early as Class 6, children are pushed into IIT-foundation-style coaching.
From 1997 to 2020, there was a huge boom in software jobs. The formula was simple: study by rote, complete engineering, go to the United States of America, take six months of Java, C or C++ training, and get a job.
That story is now over.
But millions of parents are still living with that hangover.
They have not yet understood that artificial intelligence is wiping out many entry-level jobs, that human skills will become increasingly important, and that a student's brain is not a hard disk that can simply be filled with information to produce marks.
Otherwise, tomorrow they may end up as people dependent on Universal Basic Income, while still dreaming of taking a shared auto-rickshaw to Mars!
3. The third type: Schools that provide holistic education.
Just as even cannibals might claim to be vegetarians, today almost every school talks about providing holistic education and life skills.
But how do you know whether it is genuinely good or not?
Visit the Slate / Cognibot campus once. Speak to our executive team. Take a look at our books and teaching methodology.
I am only asking you to visit us once.
I am not asking you to take admission.
Our fees may not be affordable for you. Or our school may be too far from your home.
But please visit once. See it. Talk to us. Understand what we are doing.
Then you may get an idea.
You may even try to bring similar changes to the school where your children are currently studying.
From October 16 onwards, including Sundays, our Slate / Cognibot Family Ambassador will be available every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Visit us whenever it is convenient for you. Talk to us. Learn more. And share this message with people you know.
This is not for me. It is for you and your children.
Finally, one more thing!
A 60-year-old man recently underwent open-heart surgery.
One day, his daughter's friend came home. He had known her since she was a child, but now she had gained considerable weight.
He was worried that saying it directly might hurt her feelings, so he gently said, "Dear, I have gained a lot of weight compared to the past. Because of that, I developed several health problems. Please be careful."
After she left, the girl complained to the man's daughter:
"Your dad is body-shaming me. Who gave him the right to decide how I should look? My life, my choice!"
Another incident involved an NRI family that came to Hyderabad during their vacation. Their son had gained a lot of weight.
"What happened to you? Why have you become like this?" his grandmother asked.
The boy stopped speaking to her for two years.
Body shaming! Value judgment! These are the words being repeated by the internet owls.
Human beings and their value judgments - burn them all, Mr. Niranjan!
But there is something called nature, isn't there?
If excessive fat accumulates in the body, the body does not simply accept it. Until it eventually destroys the body, it continues to create problems.
You may silence fellow human beings with digital slang.
But what will you do about nature?
There are also some mature young men and women who keep saying, "I don't want to get married. Who are you to tell me what to do?" and continue living that way.
A person who is lonely experiences stress.
Increased stress can lead to overeating.
Overeating can lead to obesity.
That can lead to fatty liver disease.
It can also contribute to autoimmune problems.
And if things progress further, mental health problems may follow.
People!
Let us challenge this so-called discrimination by nature, continent by continent.
Come, let us demand a new law of nature!
Let us demand that no matter how much a person eats, like a pig, or whatever kind of food they consume, their health should never suffer.
Let them have three drinks every day, followed by marijuana, and still remain perfectly healthy.
Even if they do not experience the relationships and responsibilities appropriate to their age, let them grow older and then stand before their aging parents saying, "I don't want marriage. Children are hell," while continuing to demand emotional support from those parents until they are 80 years old.
Come, let us all unite and challenge the laws of nature.
Let us demand a new justice!
Parents must provide proper upbringing.
Educational institutions must provide proper education and a healthy environment.
If children are not educated in the right environment and at the right place, they may eventually make life miserable for everyone around them.
So, be careful.
On Teachers' Day...
A teacher...
Krishnaashtami greetings to all on behalf of two Krishnas!

"Animals like elephants, lions and tortoises don't calculate how many carbs or how much protein they should eat. That is why the lion is the king of the jungle, the elephant is so strong, and the tortoise can live for 150 years. Yet you keep telling us what to eat and what not to eat." - A criticism.
The lion doesn't brush its teeth!
It doesn't take a proper bath either!
And when it falls sick, it doesn't go to a doctor!
Rabbits, dogs and pigs even eat their own droppings.
Elephant calves sometimes eat their mother's dung.
WhatsApp wisdom doesn't work when it comes to Amarnath.
When science is being explained, what kind of arguments are these!
What kind of jokes are these, Sami!
A simple change can help prevent nearly 25 serious diseases and health problems.
Stop eating polished white rice, or at least reduce it drastically.
Similarly, refined flour (maida) should ideally be avoided completely.
Both of these are simple carbohydrates.
Instead, choose complex carbohydrates - and even these should be consumed in moderation.
Sources of complex carbohydrates include:
Ragi, jowar, bajra, foxtail millet, little millet, kodo millet, barnyard millet, browntop millet and other traditional millets.
If you cannot eat these, choose brown rice or basmati rice.
Completely avoid palm oil, vanaspati (dalda) and similar hydrogenated fats. Refined oils are also not the best choice. Traditional cold-pressed oils such as groundnut, sesame and coconut oil can be considered instead.
Complex carbohydrates should still be eaten in limited quantities. For every portion of carbohydrates on your plate, try to have at least four times that amount from the following foods:
Nuts - walnuts, almonds, pistachios, peanuts and coconut.
Protein - chicken, fish, eggs and paneer.
Leafy greens and vegetables.
Fruits.
If you can follow this kind of diet and lifestyle, many of the following health problems can be reduced or potentially prevented:
1. Diabetes
2. High blood pressure
3. Obesity
4. High levels of bad cholesterol - unhealthy dietary patterns, particularly excess refined carbohydrates, can contribute to metabolic problems and an unfavorable lipid profile.
5. Fatty liver
6. Metabolic syndrome
7. Heart attack and cardiovascular disease
8. High uric acid levels
9. PCOS / PCOD
10. Fertility problems associated with PCOS
11. Low testosterone levels in men
12. Indigestion
13. Acidity, GERD and bloating
14. Piles (hemorrhoids)
15. Poor gut health
16. Fatigue, dizziness and excessive daytime sleepiness
17. Poor concentration and mental fatigue
18. Migraine and recurring headaches
19. Anxiety
20. Alzheimer's disease and cognitive decline
21. Tooth decay
22. Acne and various skin problems
23. Joint pain
24. Constant cravings and the feeling of wanting to eat repeatedly
25. Certain types of cancer
Some may ask, "Does this sound like a cure-all for every disease?"
If you ask, I can explain, one by one, how excessive consumption of polished white rice and refined flour may contribute to each of the 25 health problems mentioned above.
It is very simple.
Keep the carbohydrate portion on your plate relatively small. Fill the rest of your plate with protein, nuts, vegetables, leafy greens and fruits.
Aim for adequate hydration, around three litres of water a day for women and four litres for men depending on individual needs and medical conditions. Walk for about an hour a day and get seven to eight hours of sleep.
If we follow such healthy habits consistently, we may be able to reduce healthcare expenses significantly over the long term.
Imagine what could happen if an entire family adopted healthier eating habits and reduced its dependence on highly processed foods.
If you find this approach difficult, there is another path: keep eating and drinking ready-made foods, packaged snacks and sugary drinks. Continue with polished white rice and maida. Take medical insurance. Visit diagnostic centres regularly, hospitals frequently, and depend on handfuls of medicines every day.
Hospitals are being built and expanded on a massive scale, and plans are being made to establish cancer hospitals in more and more places. Perhaps this growing healthcare industry is confident that there will always be enough patients.
Which path will you choose?
Will you take the healthier path?
Or will you continue down the other path?
The choice is yours!
Those who have the time
and find it useful
may watch it!
