If the whole world is afraid, Baladur will turn away.
Most people celebrate New Year's Day because of the belief that the first day of the year, whatever you do, will happen all year long.
Doing parties, going to temples.. In whose way they are like this.
What is celebrating the English year? Ani is an argument. But this is the calendar that we follow. When were you born? When will you pass the tenth class? That means, we can tell the years and dates of English calendar. It happened a long time ago in history. That's why festivals like Ugadi, no matter how much you are passionate about Telugu culture, you can't avoid January 1st. Why is that so? The rush is not this much for Tirupati Venkanna Darshan tonight.
Is partying all about drinking? Are you drinking all year round? Such questions cannot be answered.
Everyone in our country would have happily celebrated 2020 January 1st. But that year was corona smashed. Why is it? There will be no logic.
Now as for me, Slate Vijayawada, Slate Gannavaram anniversary program last night. After getting up early in the morning, we started from Vijayawada and returned home. Tuesday slate ameerpet anniversary. Anniversary means rock work .. Fun as big as the sky .. Enjoyment.. The weight of ... Responsibility .. Congratulatory messages sent by Vijawada-Gannavaram parents to our executives from yesterday .. They look like a tsunami. If it was a parent" Amarnath sir... He said, "He is a Godly Sambhuthu". Again in two days .. Tuesday .. Another mega event.
In this way, the body should be given rest. Or it gets angry. Lock down. Actually week ends .. rest after five days of workout. Now rest between two mega events. Head full of oil. In body rest mode..
Dinner will be done at eight tonight. Nine-year-old Bajjovada is the only thing. Tomorrow also just rest. No plan to go out at all.
Enjoy your new years day. Happy new year to all.
1. corona The pain has gone long ago. There is nothing new coming out now. There is nothing to cook.
2. The recovery of the economy that was hit has started. The chance of recession has decreased. Two or three states are in a bad state.
3. The curtain has been raised for elections. Notifications festival for employees. But in general, government jobs are like grapes that are not available anymore.
4. Pharmaceutical exploitation continues.
Overall, 2023 will be better compared to the last three years.

VIDEO: 200 vehicles collided in a row
A huge accident occurred in China's Zhengzhou city as the road was lost due to fog. More than 200 cars and other vehicles collided from behind on a bridge. Dozens of people were injured in this incident.
Things were different until now; the future will be different.
Critical thinking means that only those with common sense will survive.
Everyone calls this the Information Age; I call it the Misinformation Age.
Only the person who can distinguish between what is real, what is fake, and what is a hoax will be able to survive in this robotic age!
This is for those who understand. Read it again if you don't. Please read the news. Look at the photo. Think about it.
Yesterday velugu newspaper ... Today's Andhra Jyothi newspaper .. In other words, vaccines are not necessary, the major news published describing the dangers of vaccines. Thank you . Nice turn out !
An official has stated that taking a third dose causes harm.
Are the local 'grazing cows' listening to the claims that vaccines provide strength like a 'booster' drink? The truth is that-regardless of whether one takes the third dose or not-harm is inevitable. It is a welcome development that officials are finally acknowledging the truth.
This is a piece of news worth reading over and over again! Experts say a fourth dose isn't necessary, but look at what Bill is saying. He wants to exploit the fear surrounding COVID to have even small children injected with it. Do people finally understand why there is such an uproar, even when there is no actual crisis in the country? The goal is to instill fear; fear leads to another dose-and they want to administer it to children. Americans take the flu vaccine twice a year; they want the same approach here-even if not for everyone, they want about 100 million people in the country to get injected twice annually. That is the only way it becomes profitable for them. That is precisely why this sponsored fear-mongering campaign is underway.
First Corona case reported at Tirupati's Ruya Hospital - Breaking News.
Oh my God! What is our fate now? Has Corona reached Tirupati too? After staying away for two years, the first case has finally appeared! What is this? If you thought it was only in China-well, it has arrived in Tirupati for the first time. How will we survive now, God!
A small example of my efforts to find out the facts.
Did World Health Organization (WHO) take a U-turn regarding corona ? What is the truth in the video / message that is going viral?
Job guarantee course ! ( I am not saying sarcastically. Just saying the truth. ) Job will come with good salary (not too much) immediately after completion of the course. This is better than joining B.Tech in engineering college which has no facilities.
Too much pressure to make everyone fry. It's ok that schools are closed. No child should be harmed.
I made every parent call with teachers. "Amarnath sir is saying no to his suggestion. The final decision is yours. If you want, send consent letter (consent letter). Told you we will ". Even if you do this, you need five percent parents! Got them fried. Here is the report sent by a parent yesterday. Maybe this is the autoimmune disorder caused by vaccination. They will start treatment as Colon TB ! Oh my god !
Elon Musk will become the president of America in the new year. America will have a civil war and California and Texas states will become independent states. World Bank will collapse - Russian ex-president Dimitri Medhyaadev's words, My word: There is a Pal garu in Russia too!
In a movie, Ali once strapped balloons to his body and posed like a bodybuilder.
Do you remember?
A message is circulating on WhatsApp claiming that a certain Hindi actor's eight-pack is fake—that he is deceiving the public by wearing a molded plastic covering. I tried to find out whether this is true or not.
The actor has maintained his fitness for many years. It is evident that he has worked hard for this. It is impossible to act while wearing plastic; if that were the case, the photos would likely reveal it clearly upon closer inspection.
One thing is certain: if you want to go for an eight-pack photoshoot, you need to consume a low-carb diet for at least a month. You must also ensure that fat intake is kept low. During the final week, you might only be drinking tiny amounts of water.
My gym trainer, Imran, did exactly this three months ago. He achieved a six-pack. He said, "Sir, the last week was incredibly irritating. I would get angry if my children came close calling me 'Daddy.' I didn't understand why I felt such anger and irritability. That week was the unhealthiest period of my life. I couldn't sleep at night. It wasn't just that week, either—it took a full month for my sexual desire to return."
The pressure to look good is everywhere. You need to lose fat and stay fit. However, if you go to extremes for a photoshoot, you risk damaging your health. Above all, there is one more thing: once you achieve a six-pack or eight-pack, it doesn't last forever. Imran has lost his definition now. That doesn't mean he has a stomach ailment.
Let me explain it to you with the numbers. { There may be a one percent difference between one person and another. }
Having 15 percent body fat puts you in Olympic-level fitness shape. This is the level I’ve maintained for the past several months. I take a diet break once or twice a week—specifically, a break involving carbs. Just the other day, I posted photos of myself eating something like *Appam* at a restaurant.
This causes my body fat to rise to 16 percent by Monday, but it drops back to 14 percent by Friday. That’s how I maintain an average of 15 percent. My "four-pack" is clearly visible, though the bottom two abs aren't.
The reason is high water retention. And it *has* to be that way; the body needs high water content. Health suffers without it. If I were to be a bit stricter with my diet during the week—{ right now, I consume walnuts, pistachios, and almonds daily; I’d need to cut those out }—my body fat would drop to 12 percent. I’d also need to reduce water intake for a week. Then, the six-pack would be clearly visible.
If I took it a step further and continued for another week, my body fat would drop to 10 percent. That’s when you get an eight-pack.
If I went even further and continued for yet another week, my body fat would drop to 5 percent. At that point, I’d slip into a coma and then embark on the final journey to *Vaikuntha* (the afterlife).
You need to be aware of where you stand, how far to go, and how to balance things—whether in life or, ultimately, in your workouts.
"He will be flowing for some publicity.
Some innocent people call him Tana Marka. What does he know about actual vaccines? There is a method to it. This will be made under the supervision of many experts. This has checks - cross checks. Approval for the walk scene will come only if all these are done properly. Something doesn't come out as expected. Playing something without knowing all this "
These are the words of some local grazing cows.
Ok .. just a minute... let's just listen to them. All the procedures are strict. And now everyone is admitting that China's walk scene has failed.. Is this what they call it?
We cannot trust the Chinese government and their goods.. They say that right.
Ok .. let's admit this word too.
Then how did the World Health Organization give approval to China's vaccine scene? Is that all? How did the European Union give approval? Not just like that. How did the accredited Center for Diseases of America {That is the name given by him as the Center for Disease Control}? From Malaysia to Canada to America, how did the government allow these?
In our country, everyone got T-cell protection due to disease. The immunity that came in that way is protecting us. .. Monkey climbed on an elephant. "Did you see.. All the animals in the forest are afraid of me" it seems. Also, the protection that comes from infection is being colored by the pharmacists' brokers as the protection that comes from vaccine. The disease did not spread in China until yesterday. So they don't have T cells protection. The power of the vaccine scene has been revealed there. That's it, but China's walk scene failed .. Ours is a pass .. These are all words of encouragement.
The mutton shop trusts him .. An old proverb. The one who has expired time believes the words of vaccine brokers. Word of the day!
My word on November 21st last year!
⁉️Are there full permissions for Corona walk scenes?
❌ N O W . There is only an emergency approval.
!? It's okay if it's once in a while. Just because I don't have time. 3 years already? Why hasn't the full-scale approval yet.
❌ no one would ask. They just won't tell.
⁉️Does the company take responsibility if there are side reactions after wearing this walk scene?
❌ does not flow. That's the religions in emergency approval.
!? ️Pony. Will the government be responsible?
❌ does not flow. She told the court very clearly.
!? ️Why are some of the people who wear it getting side reactions?
❌When antibodies are too much, they are attacking body parts depending on their body philosophy. Hair fall if you attack on hair. Brain - Amnesia, Brain Stroke. Heart - Cardiac , Blood - Clots. Skin - getting darker, like this
!? Will the threat increase as the doses increase?
✔️ Yes. There are a lot of aunt bodies that have come up with this. New ones for now. If infected with this logo virus, another one. Don't play with anti bodies.
Two days of dread. They said it is nothing if you put a booster on that top.
Now see people in queue ... Seeing the atrocities that are happening, some Dr. Lay are openly saying no to Boosta. But some people don't care. A proverb says the one who hides the pogalamu. Heart attacks are inevitable during summer holidays
What is happening in China?
Some videos showing that the situation is not good. Some more videos as there is nothing like campaigning.
Which is true?
Both are true.

Just remember one thing. Professional YouTubers be saying a little too much for views. Not all of them. Too many of them. Actually videos of people like that are getting more views.
I heard that a snowstorm hit the US and temperatures dropped below minus ten degrees!
Apparently, a similar snowstorm is going to hit Hyderabad by tomorrow, and the temperature will plummet to minus 273 degrees. They say this will lead to a lockdown lasting at least three months. My neighbor is the one saying this. Do you think I should believe it?

Amarnath Sir – COVID
1. The COVID alarm has sounded again. Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan recently announced that 3.5 million (35 lakh) COVID cases are being reported weekly worldwide, making it an ongoing public health challenge. As someone who has been studying and raising awareness about COVID for the past two and a half years, what is your take on this?
2. Epidemiologists say that the whole world is going to see deaths in the millions due to COVID... Isn't that so?
3. According to American epidemiologist Eric Feigl-Ding, 60% of the millions of deaths expected in the next 90 days will occur in China. This fourth wave is more severe in China compared to other countries; as a medical anthropologist, what is your observation?
4. Even when the third wave arrived, you stated that there wouldn't be severe consequences in our country, and indeed, the death toll wasn't very high then. Now, with the BF.7 variant emerging—would you say the same thing? Why do you believe we aren't at risk?
5. Vaccines in China aren't very effective, and vaccination coverage is low. Conversely, it is being said that our risk regarding BF.7 is lower because 90% of the population in India is vaccinated. Do you agree with this?
6. There is an argument that vaccination has led to an increase in issues ranging from memory loss to heart attacks following COVID infections. What is your opinion on this?
7. RT-PCR testing has been made mandatory for travelers arriving from China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Thailand. Do you consider this measure necessary? 8. Do you support the mandatory use of masks?
9. What are your suggestions as a fitness expert to increase immunity naturally?

Moonlight in the forest:
1. Everyone should stand in the sunlight for half an hour in the afternoon. Walking is even better than just standing.
2. Due to the very cold weather, no one should go outside until the sun rises in the morning or after dark at night.
3. Consume citrus fruits (like lemons and oranges) by squeezing their juice onto your food rather than drinking the juice separately.
4. Eat two to three raisins a day.
5. Eat chicken and eggs. (This advice is intended for the people of China.)
6. Eat dark green leafy vegetables.
7. Drink hot water; consume at least three liters per day.
8. Inhale steam if you feel cold. Gargle with hot salt water. If possible, prepare a fermented ginger and turmeric infusion and drink it daily as tea, but do not consume it in excess.
9. Do not be afraid; try to stay happy.
10. Sleep for at least seven hours a day. If you notice symptoms of COVID-19, get plenty of rest for two or three days.
Even if medicines are unavailable, these are the measures the Chinese people should take now. Please share this information with anyone you know who is in China.
Here is how the rulers have been stung—by the people's reaction to these conditions.
What is happening in China?
In the name of the "Zero-COVID" policy, people were confined to their homes for months.
These were rules the likes of which had never been seen or heard of before.
Those found guilty are sent to jail. But what happens if crimes are committed even inside—such as attacking fellow inmates? Such individuals are subjected to solitary confinement—total isolation. Prison officials claim that no matter how tough a prisoner is, this kind of punishment breaks them within a month. With no one to speak to from morning till night, they are driven to the brink of insanity.
This is exactly what was done in China for months.
In every apartment complex, tape barriers were put up to prevent anyone from stepping out; surveillance cameras were installed, and anyone spotted outside faced immediate imprisonment. People were held captive in their homes for months on end.
There was no knowing when food would arrive or what quality it would be. People were left famished, suffering from malnutrition for months, which severely compromised their immunity.
Humans are social beings. Without the ability to step out or interact with outsiders for months, people's mental health deteriorated drastically; some began behaving erratically. Atrocities were committed, creating a nightmarish, maddening situation.
The public could no longer tolerate the government's restrictions imposed under the "Zero-COVID" policy. With asymptomatic cases all around them, they staged protests, questioning the need for such stringent rules for a disease that—in their view—wasn't even manifesting symptoms.
Consequently, the government—and the rulers themselves—faced a severe backlash. Restrictions were lifted—including on night markets—as if to say, "Let people be free." People who had been confined at home for months poured onto the streets all at once.
There were even reports—though their veracity is questionable—that the government itself had released 80,000 Covid patients to help the public.
Whether out of a sadistic impulse or because months of confinement had driven them to the brink of insanity, some of these Covid patients deliberately spat on the streets. Even worse, some patients working in food delivery spat into the food they were delivering. A situation arose where ordering a food parcel meant there was a high probability it contained a Covid patient's saliva.
Consuming food contaminated with a Covid patient's saliva exposes the eater to a high viral load. This is exactly what happened in China. Since the government lifted its "Zero-Covid" policy in the first week of December, cases have been skyrocketing unchecked. While eighty percent of cases used to be asymptomatic, almost all are now symptomatic—meaning the illness is actively manifesting. Medicines are unavailable, and the situation is such that one cannot even find food for 3,000 rupees (in our currency) per meal.
Why are the Chinese succumbing to Omicron or its variant, BF.7?
Body aches—excruciating body aches. The pain is so unbearable that one woman even jumped from her apartment building to escape it. Why is this happening? People with Vitamin D deficiency are prone to severe body aches if infected with the coronavirus. Spending half an hour in the sun daily provides Vitamin D for free. However, the Chinese people have been confined to their homes for months. I lost half the Vitamin D in my body. It is freezing cold right now. China is a vast country; daytime temperatures in many major cities are not exceeding 10°C. Some people have a habit of visiting night markets during these cold nights, meaning they get no Vitamin D. Compounding this is the cold weather; immunity has waned due to a lack of proper nutrition over months. This is accompanied by extreme stress, dealing a severe blow to the immune system. Simultaneously, the risk of infection with a high viral load is heightened by practices like spitting.
Exactly what shouldn't be happening is happening.
Lockdowns are in place everywhere now; people aren't stepping out, and medicines are unavailable. People are suffering from colds, coughs, and, above all, severe body aches.
"You were stubborn. Will you object if we impose a lockdown?" the authorities ask.
China is facing an unprecedented crisis.
{The video I shared yesterday showed no crowds outside hospitals in Shanghai. Perhaps the situation regarding the coronavirus in Shanghai might improve slightly as it spreads. This post reflects the situation across many parts of China.}
The situation in China has spiraled out of control.
Hospitals are packed with people-that is the narrative being circulated, isn't it? Just take a look at this video.

Whether it is WhatsApp, Facebook, TV, or newspapers-wherever alarming news about the coronavirus appears, the reaction of Telugu people is the same:
"What does this person have to say about it?" The lesson learned from this two-year ordeal is... If you believe in the truth, even an unknown person will be trusted. If the truth is on your side, you gain the strength of thousands; you can take on any number of adversaries. The truth eventually comes to light. Therefore, if you place your faith in the truth, you need patience. Truth will prevail!
A damp squib?
They tried to scare people. They made fake messages go viral in a single day. They stoked fear repeatedly.
Are people fed up with the lies in the 'Papa Pulochcha' saga? Did you underestimate this toxic propaganda?
It's too early to say for sure, but more than half the people at the airport aren't wearing masks.
It will become clear in two days.
Was the pharmacists' alarm just a dud—a damp squib?
Have the BF.7 and XBB variants arrived in India?
What is coming into India? They have been in India for a long time. According to genomic sequencing conducted in November, 2.5% of cases belonged to the BA.5 lineage, while 66% were of the XBB type. They are Omicron sub-lineages. It has been a year since Omicron first appeared here; perhaps these variants originated here. The one capable of creating the entire cosmos out of a void is the 'Pharma-surudu' (Pharma-demon).
corona Rarely do we get honest analysis in the media. Thanks to Andhra Jyothi for providing this factual analysis!
Will schools be closed ?
The person who sponsored this program for two years, is now on the verge of bankruptcy. He can no longer sponsor. So no chance.
“Who knows! It is best to be cautious. Let’s wear masks.
Let’s not go out unless absolutely necessary” — this is what some people are thinking.
1. They have compromised their immunity by constantly wearing masks; now, the situation is such that they suffer even from a minor cold.
2. Who is truly essential? Society is like a chain. If certain sectors are hit (like the book fair, for instance), it will eventually affect us, at least indirectly.
Exorbitant costs incurred during the intermittent lockdowns... and the resulting drop in earnings. There is a certain naive incomprehension to this as well.
The worst part of it all is...
The one lesson to be learned from the rising cases in China is that a lockdown is by no means the cure for Corona.
Yet, in India, there is propaganda calling for lockdowns. It is not entirely their fault—it appeals to those drawn to negative news, those who doubt the truth while believing the fake. Poor souls... they will get caught in the web of the "Gates-grandfather" group, ultimately sacrificing their reputation.
What happens next?
They triggered panic attacks within just two days.
Until yesterday, people wouldn't get tested even if they had a cold or cough. Now, suddenly thinking, "Oh my God! Could this be a new Corona variant?" they rush to get tested. Neighboring governments will also ramp up testing significantly.
It appears the case count has risen because of this. People will say, "Did you see? We told you so!"—creating further panic by highlighting the rising numbers.
Meanwhile, pressure to get vaccinated will intensify at the grassroots level.
Those who have already received two doses will go for another one, unaware of the harm caused by the vaccination.
Sudden deaths will occur in April and May. Authorities will attribute them to factors like gym workouts or climate change.
Then December will arrive. Cases will rise in cold-climate countries where people have compromised their natural immunity. People will exclaim, "Oh no, cases are rising! Corona isn't gone yet." And then, another round begins.
"Grandpa Gates" and his team won't stop until they have sent everyone who lacks critical thinking and fails to grasp the reality to the grave.
Is Corona back again? What should you do? Make sure to listen. Share this. Tell everyone.
Facebook friends, please follow what Chirravuru Krishna Kishore garu has told.
"Corona hasn't gone away yet. People need to be careful," said an officer.
Where did Corona go? Did it tell you in a dream that it would leave? Can you say exactly when a pony leaves? Endemic-you don't even know the meaning of this word. Who educated you?
"First Omicron case in Konaseema" — yet another piece of fake news making the rounds.
"First" Omicron? Is Omicron something new? It emerged a year ago. Even back then, the "Pharma-surs" tried hard to hype it up, but it didn't take off. Eventually, they abandoned it because it wasn't profitable enough.
The woman from Konaseema district did not arrive from Dubai, as the fake news claims; she arrived from Sharjah. She did not land in Gannavaram; instead, she disembarked in Hyderabad and traveled by bus. She does not have COVID-19.
Shamelessly, these "Pharma-surs" are spreading fake news to scare the public. Reject this false propaganda.
" Beef - 7 - This is a new variant ..
China is the cause of deaths .. Now it has entered our country. Here also death will be a bittersweet! ” ... This is the words of pharmacists brokers since yesterday.
The fact is this variant was identified in our country in July this year itself. So it's been circulating for five months.
T-cells protection we have is a tail wagging one. Attempts are going on since yesterday to make such a cat look like a tiger by applying makeup.
Fight back the fake propaganda.
Is Corona back again? What should you do? Make sure to listen. Share this. Tell everyone.
Dharma Reddy was a close friend of mine during our university days.
Although he stayed in the B-Block hostel, he spent most of his time in our room.
We haven't met since leaving the university; everyone has been busy with their own lives.
It is deeply saddening. May his soul rest in peace. My heartfelt tributes.
May God grant strength to Dharma Reddy's family. I will meet him soon. A true friend is one who stands by you during difficult times.
A variant is born day by day.
Mutation is a natural feature of the virus.
Our immunity is not a movie villain for not being recognized if the hero had a French beard in movies;
We all have T cells protection. Crore mutation .. It is nothing even if one lakhs of people come.
Pharmacist dreams do not come true.
They know that too.
"Corona again!"
In the style of Suryakanthamma .. "What are you doing again, stupid. If it goes, it's to come back! Endemic is not going anywhere. As it will keep sinking again and again .. Sokina is nothing. Why is it not understanding this too ! Your pinda too. "
“A new variant is here. It’s elusive...
it can’t be caught... it won’t let go. Nothing but a death knell awaits.” How many times have you read such sadistic analyses over the past two years? What actually happened?
Then there is the matter of China. Epidemiologists—or rather, those who merely predicted death tolls—and those cunning jackals who set up cameras near crematoriums to make photos and videos go viral! They played this very game in India, driving many people to their deaths through sheer fear.
Is there no end to their sadism? The disease didn't spread much in China initially due to lockdowns; now, the virus is running rampant—mirroring the situation we faced two years ago. China has a large elderly population, and smoking is extremely prevalent there. Deaths are inevitable. However, the practice of hypnotizing people into believing they will die—and effectively killing them through that fear—is truly vile.
Japan, South Korea, France, Germany...
these are the coldest countries. From now on, COVID-19 cases will emerge and subside with every winter season. China imposed lockdowns to prevent infection, yet the outbreak has started there now! In our country, everyone was exposed to the virus, and T-cell immunity has developed. It will continue to affect us as well; the virus simply doesn't care. Pharmacists are trying to boost supplies; please don't mind.

Why did you come Tanta! Boarding time is over, but there is no other side.
It was a residential school.
Tenth-grade students there were smoking marijuana. A seventh-grade student brought this matter to the principal's attention.
The group of students involved in this activity beat and abused that seventh-grade student, recorded a video of his distress, and circulated it to everyone.
Now, that group of students won't face any significant punishment.
If we were to post that video by mistake, we wouldn't get into trouble because they are minors.

Cannabis trading, police jobs, and legal studies—these are high-demand sectors.
Swathi's gem, Kamal Haasan!
The eyes and the brain—these are two very special parts of the human body.
If tissue is damaged in any other part of the body, regeneration occurs. However, if cells in the brain or eyes are damaged, there is no possibility of recovering them; the loss is permanent—lasting a lifetime.
It shouldn't simply be called "autism"; it should be termed "Autism Spectrum Disorder." It isn't a one-size-fits-all condition; there are various reasons, forms, and levels involved.
Due to factors such as hospital negligence during childbirth or a failure to seek medical care during the mother's pregnancy, if a baby's brain is deprived of sufficient oxygen during delivery, certain brain cells sustain damage. This condition is known as Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE); it is a unique type of injury.
Other forms of damage arise from genetic causes, the use of medications with severe side effects, or complications during pregnancy, affecting specific areas of the child's brain such as the amygdala, OFC, TPC, and the insula.
Millions of neurological connections are formed in a young child (especially between the ages of one and five). To strengthen these connections, one must talk to the child and encourage them to speak and interact with the outside world. If, instead, a child is given a mobile phone and becomes addicted to it, the brain's grey matter, white matter, and hippocampus can be affected by radiation. A lack of social interaction weakens neurological connections, causing these areas to deteriorate. This leads to the formation of "floods" (disruptions) between these connections—a phenomenon that is currently a major topic of discussion.
So many causes... so many ways the brain can be damaged.
To what extent has the damage occurred? The specific part of the brain affected is crucial; the child will face challenges corresponding to that area.
There is no greater deception than the claim of curing autism. It is not something that can be cured; brain cells cannot be replaced.
Have you seen the character played by Swathi Kamalhasan? That represents mild autism. Such individuals often show great perseverance and evident goodness. Children with mild autism tend to exhibit these traits. The condition usually becomes apparent around the age of two and can intensify over time. Concentration is often low, while impatience runs high. They may repeat the same actions over and over. Memory retention can be poor, though they do remember the people they are fond of and can perform tasks involving them quite well. Parents and teachers should avoid pressuring them or comparing them to others; instead, they need encouragement. This is the essence of behavioral therapy. Professional therapy sessions outside the home are extremely expensive. Only parents can handle them with the necessary patience. If they patiently help the child progress one step at a time, the child can eventually stand on their own feet in life—and these are the very children who often end up caring for their parents in their old age.
Severe autism is a different reality. These individuals cannot speak and are often unaware of the outside world; they require care akin to that of an infant throughout their lives. After tending to them like babies all day, parents—especially mothers—often lie down at night, utterly exhausted, and weep into their pillows, wondering, "It is fine as long as we are alive... but who will look after him or her once we are gone?" Perhaps unable to bear the sight of their mother's tears, these children sometimes pass away prematurely, leaving behind a lifetime of grief. One is left to wonder, "Oh God, what sin did we commit in a past life to deserve this?" ...and so, they are left to lament. Life is truly cruel.
Anjali... Anjali... Anjali... Radiant moonlight from the full moon...
Two leaders.
1. Twenty years old matter. He was MLA then! He enrolled his elder brother's daughters in our school. He insisted on coming to their house for Sunday lunch. Gone. Lunch! He served me by keeping aside his wife maids.
On the other hand, he (for a long time) became a minister. Hyderabad airport. The bus to board the plane. He is right beside me. "Are you okay?" when asked. He made a face like he didn't know. I am Vasireddy Amarnath brother. He said okay in a casual manner.
2 it's been three years since this happened. A wedding! A leader was introduced by that time he was MP.
The incident that happened just now. The wedding reception. VIP dining hall. He is in a big constitutional position now. Came with two MLAs. Everyone went and wished.
After all, I went "Are you okay sir" Anna. Vasireddy Amarnath garu. Are you okay? Amma, what is this, saying that you are getting smarter day by day, stood up affectionately and said "Amarnath garu see how smart you are" to everyone there.
Not all politicians are the same.
Reasons for Autism
1. Cross cousin marriages, uncle-niece marriages (marriage between blood relatives).
2. When the baby is pregnant, for some reason, the mother becomes seriously ill and has to take heavy medicines.
3. Childbirth before nine months pass (pre mature deliveries)
4 Maternal commitment to fertility at a late age
5 artificial abortions - mistakes in that process
All these together.
In recent times, the reason for the huge increase in the number of children with autism is cell phone!
Autism is certain if you use a cell phone for an hour at the age of two!
People under the age of 35 make up 63% of our country's population.
I mentioned '75' in the post earlier this morning; please note that this was incorrect. I recalled that it involved 'three parts' or 'two parts,' but while posting, I got a bit confused and wrote '75,' thinking of 'three parts of a quarter.' This error in the post does not change the overall point. That is the essence.
The world of tomorrow!
A message sent by a woman who works at our school. He lives in an apartment in Hyderabad. He has five friends. For all children aged 3-6. Cell phone addiction affects everyone. Some people shout at the tube light, while others gaze at the look in a virgin's eyes. Everyone is undergoing treatment with a speech therapist or a psychiatrist.
More than the educated person...
✔️People under the age of 35 constitute 75% of the country's population.
It is a known fact that the right to vote begins at age 18.
Votes from the 18–35 age group outnumber those from people over 35.
❌The habit of reading newspapers daily is almost non-existent among those under 35 (with the exception of those preparing for competitive exams). They do not watch TV news channels much either.
✔️In states like Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Bengal, and Bihar, Social Science remains a vibrant part of school and college education.
❌It has been twenty years since social studies died due to the blow of IIT-focused education in the two Telugu states; it has been reduced to merely studying for marks.
❌Teachers and lecturers for History, Geography, Civics, and Economics are rarely seen. Regarding social science, the majority of the youth are in a pathetic state where they lack even the most basic foundational knowledge.
Along with the generational shift... democracy has passed into the hands of the 18–35 age group—people who do not read magazines, lack knowledge of social studies, and often lack common sense. {Do not forget the role of the majority in a democracy.}
Social media serves as the only compass for this age group.
⁉️On one hand, there is absolute garbage on social media; on the other, mainstream media has sold out, leaving crucial news stories and analyses unrevealed!
❌If you look at the big picture, there is a prevalence of fake news on social media. Posts often lack credible sources, and there is no accountability. Regardless of the nature of the fake news, it goes viral in seconds. The gangs that churn out fake news are like cockroaches (they look out for their own interests—that’s a separate topic).
The idea that magazines influence election results is an old trend; in recent years, social media has played a crucial role. Political parties that recognized this and prepared accordingly are the ones now coming to power.
Sooner or later, every political party established its own social media teams. Naturally, these teams exist solely to sing the praises of their party leaders, with no regard for the facts.
✔️ From Raja Ram Mohan Roy to Ambedkar, many great figures wrote for the public and founded newspapers and journals, believing that awareness among the people was essential for the country to break free from British colonial rule and overcome socio-economic backwardness.
Actually, modern media got caught up in this dynamic; the commercialization of media has been evolving since the 1970s and is now in full swing.
In today's climate, where the youth pay little attention to mainstream media...
Social media that stands with the people has become a necessity.
Do such platforms exist now? They do, but...
❌ YouTube channels chasing views... Websites chasing clicks... All driven by the hunger for money.
❌ YouTube channels have become like a game of Snakes and Ladders. To get views, you need promotions and have to share your revenue. Above all, the focus is on sensationalism—like reporting "a donkey flew" as news. How does a crow flying become news?
❌ That is why we see clickbait titles like "You'll be shocked," "They'll be speechless," "Keep a crow in your house twice to get money," or "What is the favorite position of a washed-up director?"—absolute garbage videos. If you say Tarnaka palu "Hi" in the voice of the other side, million views. That's the world .. Even those who educate a little for a blow" corona If infected, they will die... "We have seen people keeping such videos.
Media.. Whether it is main media or social media .. Now full scale commercial merchandise { except honorary major exceptions } .
❌Not advertisements. The writings are the announcements. There are people who write / speak standing on the side of the people. But the blackheads are running out. Majority of paid writings. If a new drug arrives, the marketing hype is incredible—sensationalist, alarmist writing that scares people by screaming, "Oh my God, a deadly disease!"
"Invest in rabbits, tortoises, or neem trees and make crores" ... "Keep a machine that emits a specific frequency, and diseases like AIDS won't come near you"—when such campaigns run, did anyone ever step up to say, "Hey, this is fake"?
❌ Fear of losing revenue. Media driven by marketing interests turns a blind eye to the havoc cell phones wreak on the world of children, simply because they don't want to lose advertisements from cell phone companies.
✔️ Today, we desperately need a form of social media that prioritizes society over clicks and views—one that educates those under the age of 35.
There is a problem here: people in this age group often don't know how to read Telugu (not everyone, mind you—I am speaking about the majority). Even if they do know how to read, they lack the patience for it. They study in English-medium schools—though I wonder if they truly grasp the language. It is unfortunate that they often fail to comprehend a simple sentence (again, I repeat: I am referring to the majority; there are certainly those who read and write English beautifully).
!? ️ In what language should we communicate with them? A divine language?
Above all, this generation lacks the patience to read or watch anything lengthy. Everything must be explained within two minutes. And even then, do they understand it? This is a generation that clicks "agree" on loan app terms and conditions without reading them, only to face terrible consequences later.
We need a social media platform that can overcome these challenges and educate the under-35 demographic.
!? ️ Otherwise, an economic crisis looms.
Matters concerning social, educational, and political spheres will not be avoided.
From another perspective, predatory entities—such as Chinese loan apps, unscrupulous pharmacists, and politicians—are circling like vultures, ready to exploit gullible young people.
Our elders used to say that education sometimes causes people to lose their common sense.
Today, the situation demands that we rethink the old adage; it has reached a point where one might ironically consider the Chinese loan app user better off than the educated person.

After looking for nonsense like this, they will throw suggestions and video links on people..
Sunday homework for Facebook friends... Think about this:
1. Chimpanzees, gorillas, gibbons, and orangutans—compare them to humans. In these apes, the lower jaw is larger and stronger, and the teeth are large. Their foreheads are thick but small. In humans, the lower chin is smaller, and the teeth are uniform. Humans have an upright forehead and a large, rounded skull. Why is this the case? What is the connection between these physical traits and the discovery of fire?
2. Humans are the only creatures capable of standing and walking upright on two legs. They are also the only ones with a thumb that can move in opposition to the other fingers. How does this relate to the ability to make tools?
3. A single birth usually results in one baby (twins are rare, and triplets extremely so), whereas many animals produce multiple offspring in a single birth. Why is this so? Don't just say "DNA"—that is exactly my question: Why is the DNA structured that way, and what is the evolutionary significance of this?
4. Fish do not receive maternal care, and a calf can stand up and run within an hour of birth. In contrast, a human infant remains completely dependent on its mother for at least a year. Why is this the case, and what has humanity gained from this?
5. You have seen "Brand Factory," "Idli Factory," and "Dosa Factory." Now, a German researcher has designed a "baby factory" called EctoLife. It is said that this machine can produce thousands of babies simultaneously, much like broiler chickens. Modern-minded folks who once marveled at new technology now claim that this—technology—is the future, dismissing the need for marriages or families as outdated practices. What if, in the future, a country like China were to produce a hundred thousand "broiler humans" in an EctoLife-style factory—engineered with robust physiques, towering heights for basketball, and long limbs—and unleash these athletes into the Olympic Games?
6. Imagine a scenario where a person is cursed—don't dismiss the concept of curses; just entertain the thought for the sake of the question. Humans possess five senses, right? If you had to sacrifice one, which would you choose? Which sense is the least important?
7. On one hand, factories producing "broiler humans" are emerging; on the other, hominid robots have arrived. These robots are poised to take on roles ranging from office stenographers and retail staff to home cooks, maids, and even romantic partners. They will appear before us as doctors, police officers, and soldiers. (Note: "Hominid" is the correct term here, rather than "humanoid.") What would happen if they were to become political leaders?
8. If you were to buy a hominid robot, what name would you give it? I would name mine "Gates" and have it massage my legs every day. After all, the gym isn't the only way to build a body!
Cases are rising in China; a news report highlighted the situation there.
There are two thousand cases in China today.
Then there are 150,000 cases in Japan and 50,000 in France. These two countries are in dire straits, and Pfizer is in trouble in America—along with AstraZeneca.
So, does that mean they are failures?
It is disgusting when one thief deals with another.
In reality, none of the Corona vaccines are failures; 'Grandpa' Gates had a different target for them. Thousands developed blood cancer due to the Chinese vaccine, and there have been many horrors associated with the Western vaccines.
Be that as it may, it has been six months since the third dose was administered in our country. Now, regarding vaccine-related deaths—there won't be any new side effects. However, if they get jabbed one more time, not even God can save them.
Even if he is a thousand liars...
“Good morning, sir.”
“Good morning...”
“Good morning, sir.”
“Good morning...”
I’ve said "good morning" like this at least two hundred times!
This is nothing new.
What *is* new is...
“Sir, do you know Karthik?”
“Yes... I know.”
“Sir, do you know...?”
“Yes, I know...”
A hundred times like this...
I had to lie every time.
Who are these people? These kids—asking, “Sir, do you know that girl/boy?”
They don't get a chance to discuss or ask about very personal matters in the classroom.
This is a field trip... the zoo... Amarnath Sir is the one they are addressing. They want to tell Amarnath Sir, “Sir, this is my sister/brother—they are in high school (or have finished tenth grade).”
There is no real chance for him to remember all their names.
If I say, “No, I don't know,” the children get disappointed.
That’s the reason for all the lies... “Yes, I know, I know.”
Then comes the response: “Yes, Sir, that’s my brother... my sister, Sir,” accompanied by smiles on their faces.

I asked questions about the lion in a post yesterday.
I have just seen someone commenting that it is irrational, 19 people liking that comment!
I just asked a few questions in this post. Think about it brother. If I say anything, it is to be irrational or rational!
One more thing. The digestive system will not change whenever a person changes his food. There is a process and order to it. Try to know what micro evolution means.
Based on this calculation, will our system be adjusted for pizzas, cokes and noodles?
Let it be if it is meant to be.
Micro-evolution will take millions of years to change the traits of a race. Find out how long it has been since the fire of man has been extinguished.
Food to be taken - if you come - without diabetes:
!? What is this fate?
"Did our grandparents eat by looking at the calculations saying Grams, Carbs? Those who eat their bellies and work hard. They are gossiping about "here this, don't eat this, eat this, for their own propaganda. "Oh, get out of the way..."
This is the frustrated outcry of some food lovers!
It reminds me of the proverb: "The anger wasn't because the mother-in-law hit her, but because the sister-in-law laughed."
It’s hard not to laugh... We live in a deceptive, commercial era where those who seek the truth and speak facts are viewed as villains!
!?️ Let's look at the calculations involved.
The foods we eat contain starchy components (carbohydrates). {Except for chicken, mutton, and fish.}
1. One calculation involves determining how many grams of carbs (starch) are present in 100 grams of a food item.
2. Another calculation concerns how quickly these carbs convert into glucose in our blood.
These two figures are crucial.
Nature—or God—planned it all. Or, to put it scientifically, our bodies adapted to the foods available in nature.
God's calculation first:
Humans appeared four million years ago. During the Paleolithic and Mesolithic ages, humans were hunter-gatherers, foraging and eating whatever was available nearby. Carnivorous diets contain no carbs; without carbs, the speed of conversion into blood glucose doesn't matter.
Proteins and fats were obtained through meat, while carbs, fiber, vitamins, and minerals came from tubers and fruits.
✔️ This constituted a balanced diet. It happened naturally—or rather, our bodies adapted to that specific diet because that is what we ate (a process known as micro-evolution).
⁉️ A lion doesn't eat grass; it eats only meat. If a human were to eat *only* meat... It doesn't get digested; it leads to nutrient deficiencies... So, where is the difference?
A lion kills an animal and consumes its entire body—bones, kidneys, stomach, and all. This ensures the lion receives all the nutrients present in the prey.
Man discovered fire during the ancient Stone Age. With the advent of cooking, people stopped eating certain body parts, resulting in a situation where they didn't get all the nutrients. Even back then, when humans lived in the wild, they understood this and consumed parts like the entrails and teeth.
✔️Meat and plant-based foods... 99% of the human race has eaten this way since the beginning. Our ancestors did it. Our bodies are biologically adapted to this (micro-evolution).
"What is this? What is he saying? Is he suggesting we go back to the forest, live among trees, hunt with stones, and wear leaves? Are you getting irritated?"
How can you manage if you get annoyed so easily? Please read with a little patience. You might feel like I'm forcing this point, but you do want to understand, right?
Shifting cultivation (Podu) in the Neolithic Age... followed by settled agriculture...
Man began cultivating crops. He reflected on how unfair it was to kill another animal for food... While not everyone did, some people became vegetarians as a result.
The Neolithic Age began roughly ten thousand years ago. From then until just fifty years ago, the crops our ancestors grew—and the nutritional balance they provided—were different.
God designed this equation... or Nature did...
✔️✔️ That equation is never wrong.
❌❌❌ That calculation was lost fifty years ago.
Just a small example:
The native *Jonna* (sorghum) plant... found on sidewalks and roadsides. Do you remember it? Oh my god.. They might have forgotten. When will he eat that plant Jonna Kandeli which was burnt or boiled on the roadside?.. Happily.. If you go to the cinema theater in style there .. The plant that is shining in yellow and is sweet .. Oh shit.... Even if Rameshwaram is gone, it seems like Shaneswaram is gone. What is the name of this plant .. Sweet corn .. A can of glass in hand .. And a plastic spoon in it.. Sitting happily in the seat after the movie starts and eating it.. Is this what style means? Is this what modern age living means?
Planting plant jonna .. NRI plant jonna .. That's what sweet corn is ..
❌Infections..tastes I will not go into those calculations. Who is it?
✔️I'm telling you the math....Science.
There is more peach in the jona of Desi wali plant. There is less peach in sweet corn. Sugar complex in the form of starch, the plant that accompanies it. That makes it slow to digest. Peach is essential for digestive health. Peaches are very low in American king's corn. Glucose will accumulate into sugar immediately after eating it.
This is the actual point.
This is called glycemic index. The second calculation above is how quickly or slowly the carbs in our food go into sugar and form glucose.
If pus is digested and converted into glucose, the pressure on the pancreas increases. Why? That is what produces insulin.
If the food we eat gets digested and turns into sugar or glucose.. The percentage of it increases in the blood. All the cells in our body need glucose. That's what gives energy.
❌It shouldn't be too much.. If too much blood will get clogged. BP .. Heart attack .. Brain stroke.. Kidney Failure ... Gangrene .
❌❌ should not be less.
Less is boring .. Coma if it's too little.
Calculation should not be missed.
Insulin is the only thing that can be taken care of like that. It is produced by the pancreas.
Plant jonna - sweet corn - just an example.
Lots of crops.. A lot of dishes.. This is the way it is.
❌eggplant is cooked .. Planted tomato is ripe. Why guava fruits .. And on and on ..
✔️Once upon a time a pearl of rice .. Now white rice with lightning that will shake your head as if washed with washing powder Nirma .. White rice ..
❌ Apart from these, breads.. pastas.. pizzas.. penkul chips.. pinda too..
Whose tastes are yours as told just now.
. But science maths should not be missed master!
American sweet corn begins .. Whiteness .. The pizzas .. French fries .. Potato chips .. Like this in all .. Carbs are high percentage .. The peach is less .. Gi too much of these .
That's why .. That's why .. At the age of thirteen, the liver is dying. Let's go then .. Every single time .. High carbs every day .. If you eat food with high GI .. The burden on it is to produce more insulin.. Can't do it and it's raising hands .
If you have pancreas in your hands .. What else is there .. One pill a day.. Insulin injection on the other side. Will the problem go away if you do like that?
Mom! Hope Hope.. Pizza .. Sweet.. Cola .. What is going to be lost?
Sugar first .. BP on the other side .. Kidney .. Pancreas ( pancreas ) .. Gangrene on the other side, that is why cutting legs .. Vaikuntha Yatra on the other side.
Who has done all this?
In the name of civilization, less carbs, more peaches, less GI ... By pushing aside the food that does not put pressure on the liver, eating the garbage food ... Whose sin is it that by increasing the stress along with it and turning diabetes into a cottage industry?
The solution of anyone's sin is in your hands ..
✔️Staying low carbs .. Having a low GI .. Eat food with a lot of peaches.
✔️✔️Diabetes is not a problem at all. That is a blessing. Is it a virtue that I have taken care of my health in ten years. Just scored a six pack. Save the chart below.
Annual day Rehearsals of Slate Abids.
How hard it is! How difficult!
The deer has grass all around it.
The elephant has leaves.
The fox gets the meat left behind after a lion makes a kill.
But the poor lion?!!!
It must rise, run, and leap. It must hunt, risking its very life. Only then does it get food; otherwise, it goes hungry.
A single day of fasting leads to weakness the next. If it breaks a leg or falls ill—if it cannot get up—there is no food. It loses its life.
Its life is a ceaseless struggle for food!
If we were to eat only meat, the lack of fiber in the diet would lead to indigestion problems.
A lion eats only meat.
It does not eat fruit.
Its diet lacks fiber.
It does not brush its teeth.
It does not use a toothpick.
I wonder how it manages its dental health?
Two weeks' remand for a drunkard:
No one in the court questioned why it is considered wrong for ordinary people to drink when politicians do the same.
No one in court questioned what was wrong with a common man when a politician assaulted the police.
No one in leadership has questioned what is wrong with people smoking marijuana when the government has failed to curb drugs.
Why?
Because it involves the leadership. We have to argue the point because this isn't just social media.
Yes...
You can tear into drunkards on Facebook, right? Will anyone stop you? Or is it considered wrong if women drink but right if men do? And when men drink, do my posts about it actually get noticed anywhere?
Does anyone object if you don't view the antics of political leaders on social media? In fact, ninety percent of what people discuss on social media is politics, isn't it?
As for me, politics is a vast, turbulent ocean; I won't dive into it.
There is no fear.
I am someone who held bombs in my hands back in my PG days.
I have survived things like Corona and brain strokes.
I won't spare anyone if they start criticizing. It’s just a matter of degree—what happens at the front versus the back; that’s the only difference. No one is a truly great man; they eventually fade away. There is no place for such people in today's politics. Teachers have the right to vote only in the Teacher MLC elections. We live in an unfortunate society where people accept ten thousand rupees per vote. Where do we even begin? What comes first—the chicken or the egg? The alcohol or the biryani?
And even if one were to start, would people accept it?
If that leader is criticized, those fans get upset; if we point out a mistake made by this leader, these fans turn away.
Then, am I supposed to fight against a void? It would be a waste of my time, and society would gain absolutely nothing from it.
One thing is certain. In a democracy, systems are shaped by the people; one reaps what one sows. I am educating people on various issues, transcending politics. If you visit my timeline and comment from a political perspective, I will block you—please do not take offense.
A daily energy intake of 2,300 calories for a man and 2,100 calories for a woman is sufficient.
Carbohydrates (flour-based foods) should not account for more than 50 percent of the body's required energy; this means 250 grams of carbohydrates per day is enough.
If you consume more calories than required, one gram of fat accumulates in the body for every eight excess calories. This means...
Morning: Masala Dosa (250), Coconut Chutney (100), Tea (45); Afternoon: Rice (500), Dal, Sambar, Pickle, Papad, Curd (400); Evening: A sweet and tea (500); Night: Rice (500), Curry, Rasam, Curd, Dal (400). A total of 2,700 calories enters the body. For a man, this represents an excess of 400 calories.
This converts into 50 grams of fat. Eating this way for twenty days leads to a weight gain of one kilogram.
I have provided an average estimate. One thing is certain: ninety-five out of a hundred adults consume more calories than necessary. Consequently, fat accumulates in the body—gram by gram daily and kilogram by kilogram monthly—turning them into "mountains of fat."
Regarding flour-based foods, the intake should be limited to 250 grams. However, most people consume at least 100 grams more than that. Flour is the substance that most easily converts into fat.
If this leads to excessive weight, you must expend more energy to burn it off. You need to limit your energy intake—meaning low-calorie foods and exercise. Let's look at the math: an ice cream has 210 calories, and a samosa has 270. Eating them is easy, but burning off those extra calories is another story. Burning 100 calories requires a thirty-minute walk; that means eating just one samosa requires walking for over an hour.
Consuming carbohydrates triggers the production of serotonin in the brain. While the body needs carbs, excessive intake leads to addiction—much like alcohol or marijuana. This is known as "carb craving." While marijuana causes immediate, severe harm, carb addiction acts like a slow poison. Millions of people are hooked on this. When someone advises cutting back on sweets or refined foods, people often get annoyed or defensive.
Even fruit rolls contain carbs—and often in significant amounts. They stick to your teeth and are essentially loaded with carbs, with almost zero protein, vitamins, or minerals. In contrast, whole fruits like guavas offer low carb content alongside vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and even protein. As for sweets, they are made almost entirely of dough or refined flour, with no nutritional value. They also contain sulfur, acting as a slow poison.
What can one say? Is it impossible to simply enjoy eating? Must we cut back on food? Must we reduce carbs? Are you thinking, "Now I have to go for a walk?"
What can we do? As the comedian Brahmanandam once said in a movie, "If our grandfathers hadn't done what they did, we wouldn't be in this predicament today." Those ancestors of ours—spanning ten million individuals over four million years—consumed a low-carb diet consisting of meat, tubers, and fruits. Moreover, they spent their days walking and running. Our bodies adapted to that lifestyle through micro-evolution. That is precisely why our systems crash when we lounge on the sofa, gorging on refined flour, sweets, and savory snacks.
Will our bodies eventually adapt if we keep living this way? Yes, they certainly will—but not for another five hundred thousand years. It takes at least that long for micro-evolution to show results. In the meantime, hundreds of generations will effectively serve as ATMs for pharmaceutical companies, enriching them while they themselves perish.
What happens if you consume marijuana or drugs?
It is sheer madness...
An on-duty police officer was kicked—and that too, in public!
And the aftermath?
The videos have gone viral. Dignity has been washed away in the Gostani River!
A case is registered under Sections 353 and 332 for assaulting an on-duty police officer. There is no bail. You end up sleeping in a jail cell next to the toilet, swatting away mosquitoes. You survive on meager prison rations twice a day.
If a blood test confirms marijuana consumption, a narcotics case follows.
Your life is effectively over. No passports or visas. No government jobs. No employment with major companies. You spend your days washing the clothes of fellow female inmates. One night of folly... and your life is ruined.
Real life isn't about YouTube videos.

It never happened before; now, they are being trained on what to do if a co-pilot is suddenly incapacitated like this.

Good morning!!
Just think of this..
Spread the goodness.
There are good deeds to be done. Share this with others; it can serve as motivation.
Call them vices or weaknesses—they must be conquered. Willpower is essential to triumph. "I will conquer, I will conquer"—keep telling yourself repeatedly that you will achieve it. Do this especially right after waking up and before going to sleep. If you say it daily for two months, a change will occur within you without you even realizing it. Indeed, it happens.
While failing to overcome weaknesses is one thing, openly discussing them on social media leads to their normalization. Observers might think, "Everyone is doing it, so what is wrong if I do it too?"
There is a saying that a single bad monkey can ruin the rain!
We place a flower pot at the front of the house, yet put the toilet at the far end—is that all there is to it?
Don't do the exact opposite!

*The Current Marriage System*
"The upper hand lies with the girl and her parents."
Required qualifications: B.Tech, Software job, and US residency.
The groom must own a house; his father must have a pensionable job.
No smoking or drinking habits; a good personality; from a respectable family.
Must be willing to support the girl's parents.
The Interview:
As soon as you call, the girl's mother speaks; the husband doesn't get a chance.
A company hires the young man with a high salary after testing his education and intelligence.
Yet,
The mother—who hasn't even passed 10th grade—asks, "Which university did your son study at?" (Implying, in her view, that the employer who hired him is an idiot).
She says, "Send your son's photo and details via WhatsApp, and we'll send our daughter's." If we send ours, they don't send theirs. Afterward,
We are the ones who have to call again. If you ask during the first week:
"We haven't seen the girl yet." Second week:
"The girl is running late;
we still haven't seen her."
Third week:
"She is busy with project work."
Fourth week:
On Saturday and Sunday: "She has a headache and is resting."
Fifth week:
"The girl's salary package is 10,000 higher than yours; she didn't agree," or "There's no need for you to call so many times; we will handle it"—and then they hang up, and if you call back later, they don't answer.
As for the girls:
Due to being pampered by parents, later disregarding their advice, and leading an excessively free lifestyle, the conversation with the groom during the private meeting goes like this:
"Do you have 'baggage' or 'luggage' at home?
Do you have wheelchairs at home?
Do you have dustbins at home?
Do you have *Rahu* and *Ketu* at home?"
—these questions are directed at the groom's parents. Then:
"Your parents cannot live with us.
You must not answer my phone.
I won't touch your phone!
I won't cook.
We'll just get food from a curry point!" "Or let's hire a cook...
We'll put my salary in the bank as savings,
and spend yours on expenses!"
Some even lay down conditions like, "We don't want children."
"If we really want them, we'll just adopt one..."
Otherwise, the marriage is off.
There are many cases where the wedding was called off
even after some conditions were agreed upon.
If, after marriage, things go sour and lead to divorce,
signing the divorce papers comes with a demand for lakhs in compensation.
By then, she has already drained the man's credit and debit cards to zero balance,
claiming she is afraid to live with him...
Even after the divorce, without showing
any change or remorse,
she acts like a new bride, insisting on the same conditions.
There is absolutely no willingness to adjust or any sense of regret.
And all of this is backed by her doting mother!
They might find another 'sucker' to marry her,
but can they actually make the marriage work?
If she arrives from her workplace or from abroad,
she goes straight from the airport to her mother's house with her suitcases.
She only shows up at her in-laws' place after 15 days,
or a week before she is due to leave again.
The real risk is this:
Men remain fertile well past the age of 90,
but for women, once menopause sets in, it's no longer possible.
Nowadays, menopause often arrives after the age of 35.
Parents, whether they realize it or not... They remain completely indifferent, as if nothing concerns them.
There is no doubt that there are parents who, having grown accustomed to their daughters' earnings, reject marriage proposals for them—or even ruin their daughters' marriages just to live a lavish life on that income. This is the anguish voiced by some of the young women themselves! (By the time they open their eyes to the reality, the damage is already done.)
So, these are the facts and reasons why our young men are remaining unmarried!
These are the stark truths shared by those who have experienced it firsthand!
What I have written here reflects the realities shared with anguish by parents and young women at a matrimony convention. It is certainly not intended to cast aspersions on young women in general; this applies only to those who exhibit such tendencies.
This post is dedicated to:
The "lucky" bachelors who have crossed the age of 30;
Men who married, suffered, and eventually divorced;
Parents who, out of greed, let their daughters' marriageable age slip by while endlessly searching for the "perfect" match;
Women who—while still waiting—compare packages and qualifications, clinging to photos from when they were 18, even as they dye their graying hair and their youthful charm fades;
The men involved;
And women who are caught in legal battles and have quit their jobs due to conflicts arising from their parents' selfish attitudes. Dedicated.
Youth, once gone, never returns.
The plight of men over the age of 35.
"Man, Woman, and Age" —
These three are the only things that truly matter.
It is not about salary or education,
but the anguish of an individual.
Everyone... please reflect on this.
Share this with those who hold such views—especially those outside our group; perhaps it will make them think a little.
May all people be happy.
This is a message intended to make parents reflect, shared by a Brahmin priest who runs a matrimonial service. He spoke the truth... there is nothing wrong with that, is there?
What goes in, comes out!
You remember, right? "Don't lie" written on school walls during childhood. They used to write quotes like "One shouldn't tell lies."
!? Have you ever thought about it?
Every person has a subconscious mind. What is heard repeatedly from childhood gets registered there. That becomes our thoughts, our actions—in short, our personality.
Why go back a thousand years? Let's look back at the childhood of just a few years ago.
✔️Niti Chandrika... Vemana's poems... Sumati's poems... Tenali Rama... Birbal stories and Burra Katha... Ramayana as Harikatha... Lava Kusa as a movie... Radio programs... Children's entertainment... Writings on school walls... Stories told by teachers... Grandma's tales... and so much more.
!? What went into the brain all day? Think about it.
And what about now?
❌Jokes about how to ruin a neighbor's marriage.
❌Web series showing how to kill a husband and enjoy life with a young neighbor.
❌Video games where killing is the game; porn depicting sex between teacher and student.
❌A director fading into obscurity while massaging the legs of a new heroine in a short skirt.
❌Love... Kiss... Sex... This is what is filling the brain twenty-four hours a day.
⁉️Isn't that so?
❌❌Acid attacks... Blade cuts... Suicides... Murders... If something is destined to happen, won't it happen?
They say "one must go with the flow of society"... after all, man is a social being. Teenagers tend to mimic whatever their friends do.
❌❌❌ Romance, kissing, pub-hopping—these were the trends of the past. Today, things have gone a step further: smoking weed.
This is exactly what is happening.
To top it all off, there is support from misguided intellectuals.
There is an argument that goes: "What’s the big deal? He’s just doing what every other director does. Others might hide it, but he does it openly."
Every human being carries a kilogram of excrement in their gut. Does that mean one should smear it on their hair like shampoo and walk around? Since nudity is something we are born with, does that mean one should step out onto the street without clothes?
Society... Decency matters.
❌ If a director offers a girl a movie role in exchange for sex, that is a serious transgression. But declaring, "I’m going to do it... I have the courage to speak openly about it," makes it ten times worse.
Jandyala garu referred to such people as *malapathrashtu* (morally depraved). Social media treats their actions as a joke, which leads to mental corruption.
This is the real danger: wrong actions are trending and being normalized as "right."
❌ We are surrounded by tons of negative elements, and that is constantly being fed into children's minds.
1. Preventing negativity from entering their minds...
2. Sustaining positivity...
This is the solution.
Do you find that difficult?
Is a good deed ever easy?
Where there's a will, there's a way.
Ask the parents about what happens in our schools. It’s the same story in every home and every school. Why does it have to be this way? Couldn't things be done much better?
As long as there are people who do not have common sense (critical thinking) like you, these weirdos will keep roaming in whatsapp thinking of giving reply .. Stopped by with a boogie!
The studies of those who enjoy porn will be ruined! Why is that? What can be done?
{ A question asked by a Facebook friend from London }
Imagination...
... That is what it means to imagine.
Those who watch porn imagine that what they are seeing is actually happening to them. This is the power of imagination. It is not possible for everyone; individuals with intellectual disabilities cannot do this. Their minds do not possess that level of imaginative capacity. The more intelligent a person is, the greater their imagination. In other words, only those with sharp minds can truly enjoy porn.
Diversion...
Meaning a shift in focus...
If one focuses on porn, their studies will go down the drain. While in the classroom, their attention won't be on the teacher's lesson. When holding a book, their thoughts will wander far and wide... drifting to all sorts of places...
The solution is: Sensual control...
"My focus should be on education now. I will study... I will build a strong future using knowledge and skills. Marriage comes later... One has to keep reminding oneself about 'sex'..."
...That means prioritizing bachelorhood first... It is very simple... very practical...
It is not just about an individual telling themselves this repeatedly; teachers and parents should say it too.
If you listen to the story of Satya Harishchandra, you might feel a bit of audacity to lie. That is the world. That is human nature. This is science; it is called Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
But now, it is the reverse...
Pornography at the age meant for studying... Sex... Live-in relationships... "Viewing sex merely as a physical necessity"—these are the teachings of 'sex gurus' on the internet.
Doesn't a human being have a heart/emotions?
When one falls in love, oxytocin is released; it is a sweet feeling. At an age when the prefrontal cortex hasn't fully developed, the mind lacks restraint; controlling one's impulses becomes impossible. Then comes love... a live-in relationship... followed by a breakup. It starts with the sweetness of oxytocin and ends with the poison of cortisol.
In short: study during the years meant for learning... then love... marriage... and sex. That is the proper way.
The head sits on the neck; the chest is below the neck.
We wake up early in the morning. First, the toilet... brushing teeth... bathing... breakfast.
That is the routine.
But what if you put your 'ass' on your neck? What if there is a 'hill gate' right there?
Imagine waking up, sitting on the toilet, and eating breakfast... and then defecating on the dining table. "If I say I'll do it...?"
Those with a head on their shoulders will understand.
A Silly Post!
Comments on previous posts, questions via messenger—and my answers.
First, some background:
About three months ago, I had pain in my upper jaw (specifically a molar). The dentist advised a root canal treatment. Due to my busy schedule, I kept postponing it. Finally, I went the day before yesterday—on Thursday. They administered two milliliters of local anesthetic—a drug that induces a state of intoxication. They spent half an hour drilling the tooth and removing the nerves.
The dentist is a parent from our school, and I hold him in high regard (he always greets me whenever I arrive at the gate). He said, "Sir, this is a test to check your liver health. If the effect of the anesthetic lasts for three hours, it means your liver is in good condition." That is exactly what happened; my liver condition proved to be excellent. Once the anesthetic wears off, pain sets in. They had advised me to take a painkiller, but perhaps I didn't.
The procedure was essentially a minor surgery, requiring a day of rest. However, I had a gym event scheduled for the evening.
The gym event was organized at the Daspalla Hotel. They had arranged a fitness challenge: twenty burpees, twenty jumping jacks, and ten shoulder touches—all within three minutes. While others hesitated, I stepped up and participated first. I didn't just do the routine once; I performed the entire set three times over, leaving everyone shocked. Inspired by my performance, others stepped forward to give it a try.
Meanwhile, Jackie had started a Zumba session nearby—dancing to music. Dancing isn't just for movie stars; it’s part of building fitness and a sign of being fit. Everyone who participated in that three-minute fitness test was so exhausted that they practically sat out for the rest of the month. "Do 'Jackie' on stage"—the instruction was simply to do it. The intoxication from earlier in the afternoon left me with side effects—a sensation like having a feverish chill and a toothache. Amidst this, I completed three rounds of a three-minute fitness routine; the intensity is equivalent to running for nearly an hour. Yet, I didn't back down—I kept going. Just for fun, I danced for about fifteen minutes, joined occasionally by a few others. That’s how it went.
It was a gym function—an official gym event—featuring a high-intensity fitness challenge. Would anyone with common sense arrange for drinks at such an event? The gym's dietary standards are strict; they didn't even serve sweets or ice cream at the function.
There was a comment that my pants were too tight and could harm my body. They were skinny-fit jeans; while they looked tight, the fabric was actually very soft and stretchy. If you saw the outfit, you’d understand—it was soft, elastic, and hugged the body.
If you wear tight clothing without the grace to move fluidly, your blood circulation can be impaired. That is true. But hey, don't you know the doctor who teaches health principles to the world?
To wrap up: yesterday was the rehearsal for the 'Slate Ameerpet' anniversary event. I was battling a feverish chill, the weather was overcast, and I felt physically drained. It was only two milliliters [of alcohol], yet the effect was still lingering in my system. I didn't take any antibiotics, painkillers, or even a simple Dolo tablet. I stood for five hours and finished the rehearsals. I returned home at 3 PM. I went to sleep then and woke up just now—at 4 AM (though I did wake up briefly at night to eat before going back to sleep). My body feels perfect now—fully fit.
Regarding what you mentioned earlier:
1. I didn't dance after drinking alcohol.
2. It wasn't really a dance; it was Zumba—for 15 minutes. The clip I posted was only 15 seconds long.
3. It is true that tight clothes can be harmful to the body, but a "skinny fit" doesn't cause harm. It wouldn't look right to achieve fitness and then wear loose, baggy clothes; that would make one look like a patient.
Thanks for your support.
At the prize giving ceremony held by Jim last night.. Just for fun !

Breaking news! Absolutely smashing news!
This is the gym where wrestlers, athletes, and movie stars work out. They perform over a hundred workouts throughout the day.
I had seen a board mentioning a "Fitness Challenge" the other day, but I didn't pay much attention to it. The other day, after I had finished my workout and was exhausted, a gym coach asked me to participate in the challenge. I said, "Oh God, I’m already done with my workout and I’m tired. You should have told me earlier." He replied, "It’s okay, Sir; we are conducting it all day. You can come back in the evening." Since I didn't have time later, I decided to take on the fitness challenge right then and there.
There were two events: Kettlebell swings and battle ropes. I managed 47 swings in one minute and 80 reps with the battle ropes.
And guess what? As soon as I walked into the gym today, I heard some amazing news: I was the winner in the kettlebell event—I took first place! If I had known about it beforehand, I probably would have won the battle ropes event too.
Fitness is the mantra!

❌❌If you eat too much proteins, your kidneys will be damaged.
The fact:
✔️✔️A person should consume at least one gram of protein per kilogram of his body weight per day. Those who have 60 kg weight should take 60 grams of protein at least. Those who work out are the growing age children pregnant women breastfeeding mothers two grams !
Eighty people are suffering from protein deficiency per day.
(If you eat 15 chicken eggs, you will get 60 grams of protein. This math is just for the idea. Also chicken in pavuki / 1500 grams kandi pappu )
The main reason for kidneys to suffer is diabetes, BP, pills used for sugar.
❌ It is a fact that if the kidneys are already damaged then you should not take more protein.
✔️Drink at least half a liter of good water in the open stomach. Barley water is good too. This is the best protection for kidneys.
‼️ What is wrong if young children use cell phones just as adults do?
⁉️ If teenagers engage in the same activities—like playing video games or watching adult content—that adults do, how can it be considered wrong?
‼️ What is wrong if teenagers—especially girls—view sex merely as a physical need to be satisfied while standing on their own two feet, without forming emotional bonds?
These are topics that have recently been under discussion on social media.
For those who really want to know the answers to the above questions...
✔️ The prefrontal cortex is the front part of the brain. In individuals under the age of twenty-five, it is not fully developed; in teenagers, it is not even half-developed. Consequently, they lack the ability to regulate their emotions. Whether it is cell phones, videos, pornography, alcohol, or drugs, they become addicted to these things easily and rapidly. Once addicted, it is difficult to break free. This is a scientific fact. While there may be slight variations between individuals, the time it takes for them to develop an addiction is much shorter compared to adults, and overcoming that addiction is extremely difficult.
✔️ Two... Teenagers are easily influenced by their friends. There is a high probability that they will be led astray if they engage in negative behaviors.
✔️ Three... Consider a thirty-year-old man addicted to drugs; it took him five years to recover. Now, consider a 10th-grade student. Five years. Are those two periods of five years equivalent? Think about it. 14–20: These six years form the foundation of life. If one's studies are neglected during this time, life will be ruined. This is the most crucial stage of life; each year here is equivalent to ten years. Is this true? Or not?
✔️ Children's brains are extremely sensitive. If a three-year-old boy uses a cell phone for an hour a day, he will inevitably develop autism—becoming mentally disabled—within a year. If a thirteen-year-old uses a cell phone for two hours a day, it is certain they will develop psychological instability.
Academic performance plummets. Issues arise such as aggressive behavior, violent mania, reckless acts, self-harm (blade cutting), depression, suicide, brawls, theft, chain-snatching, and even murder.
There is a case where someone addicted to PUBG killed his own mother; another engaged in sexual relations with his sister. The consequences can escalate anywhere; anything can happen.
✔️ The impact of cell phone radiation on children's brains is ten times greater than on adults. If they use a cell phone for an hour a day, they are guaranteed to develop cancer by the time they enter their twenties.
When Vasireddy Amarnath spoke against vaccinations, some people mocked him, asking what he knew about the matter; yet, there are many others suffering from side effects.
Vaccine side effects affect only one in a hundred people. However, the smartphone affects every boy and girl who uses it—and it does so quickly and irreversibly. This is a certainty. Satire lovers! Like you!
Children in America are using it right .. This is for the geniuses of modernity .. An estimated 1 million children suffer from autism and ADHD in the US. My concern is not to become a whole America!
One Facebook friend sent a video link.
A mother protested at the school that a school principal asked her eighth-grade daughter to come to the garden if she wanted marks. Means attempt to rape small children.
It is important to know deeply about the origins of an event when it occurs.
What actually happened in this incident? Before trying to find out, another Facebook friend sent another video link. That girl was caught by copying in the exam. The director has flipped .. The video is that the mother demanded to apologize for making her children angry in front of everyone, and the school wants to apologize for what they did wrong. A teacher from that school said this.
If a school director did this to a child, it is very bad. Why is she blaming her daughter for being a mother? .. This is one perspective.
If the children copy in the exam, they have called the media to blame the media for making it hard for it.. How horrible is that? Does anyone dare to put children on the right path if they do this? If it is like this, will anyone come into the teacher's profession? Are schools running? This is a different angle!
What exactly happened? Spoke with reporters who reported this locally. What is the case actually? Case of rape that happened or attempted to happen on small children? Or is it the Yagi done by a mother who got ego hurt to compensate the school? I don't have clarity till I put this post.
This is a very sensitive subject. A thirteen year old girl .. One side of her mother .. School Director .. Those school teachers on the other side.. Plus the police are dealing with the case. So no public comments here to know their name etc. Don't even need video links. If you have any information, please put it in messenger.
How sensitive the social elements are.. This post is for not knowing.
New Delhi: Andrew Huff, an American scientist,
epidemiologist, and researcher who worked at the controversial Wuhan Institute of Virology in China, has revealed a grim truth. He stated that COVID-19 is a man-made virus that leaked from the Wuhan laboratory. These details are outlined in his latest book, *The Truth About Wuhan*. The British newspaper *The Sun* published a report citing the scientist, noting that he referenced an earlier *New York Post* article which claimed the COVID virus leaked from the state-run Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV). The report stated that, according to the scientist, experiments were conducted without adequate safety measures, resulting in the virus's leakage. Meanwhile, the *New York Post* reported that Andrew Huff is a former vice president of EcoHealth Alliance, a New York-based non-profit organization dedicated to studying infectious diseases. There has been widespread debate regarding the Wuhan lab as the root cause of the coronavirus outbreak; however, it is well known that both Chinese government officials and Wuhan lab staff have dismissed these allegations.
*Education system is losing its way*??????
*---Lady teachers resignations due to fear of child sexual harassment..!! _*
Yes, only in Bangalore...
We read news reports stating that when school students' bags were checked, items like condoms, cigarettes, correction fluids, alcohol, and contraceptives were found... Of course, if you check the next day, you might find packets of drugs... If you check their phones, the observers might even get beaten up... It’s true... *A school teacher resigned yesterday... That was at a private school... (The situation is worse in government schools)...*
For the past few weeks, there have been reports of female school teachers resigning... Fed up with sexual comments, mockery, obscene slogans, and lewd gestures from the children, they are quitting their jobs... *Reading what the teacher who resigned yesterday had to say leaves one shocked... "I teach Math at a popular private school in North Bangalore... For years, I took pride in being a teacher... Those days are gone... Nowadays, there is no fear or respect for the school or the teacher... I feel scared to go to a particular class... I am not blaming all the students... but the behavior of children from certain prominent families brings shame to the entire student community... Unable to bear the harassment from students day after day, I have decided to quit the teaching profession entirely."*
*Another teacher who speaks English* — here is what she says... *"There are no 'Good Morning' greetings when I enter the class... Some kids act up instantly... If I am teaching a poem or a lesson, comments are passed directly about me, right to my face..."* Various romantic comments from Iloveu teacher... Somethings I can't tell you, about my body, my lips, how I walk, my looks, my body color.. I am the subject for the real ones... I cried a couple of times in class.. Then I took the decision to resign.. Now it's a little more peaceful.. ''* If * teacher will frustrate the child if anything happens to him, then it is a big panchayati... Children's parents are scolding teachers in front of everyone... *that's the real problem...
Karnataka *Management Schools Association Secretary Sasikumar* What does he say..? *"Where else are you sir... Gurudevobhava, Gurubhyonama, all of them are chandas... There is a bad situation where teachers are shivering when they are students... Not even understanding what to do... This association has written a letter to the Child Rights Commission... "Sir, suggest a little bit what Mammal is asked to do"..! They have suggested that they simply counsel problematic children... Is it too easy to do..? If someone calls a child for counselling, he will light a cigarette and tell what it is, he might ask quickly... *
There's *another ghost* in here.. Its name is *media... Facts don't need it.. *Falana* we are trolling saying harassment to a child in school... If you are a female student and a male teacher by mistake, you will not be able to catch up with the media... Where is the problem..? Near relatives..? At the children's..? Our movies, our serials, our phones, our indecent videos, are they spoiling them fast? Yes, if it is like this near the schooling... Then what is the word in the classes..?! *
Ambali and Sankati—a lifetime's experience!
Ambali and Sankati were the daily staples in my village during my childhood.
Farmers, farm laborers, and artisans—everyone lived a hand-to-mouth existence; if they didn't toil, they didn't eat.
Ambali is made by boiling flours like sorghum (*jonna*), finger millet (*ragi*), or pearl millet (*sajja*). Once cooled, it was often served in a glass, sometimes mixed with garlic or cucumber. During times of scarcity, the usual rice-based meal would be replaced by a preparation containing a higher proportion of finger millet flour.
People used to speak of "Amasha" (Amavasya/New Moon day) as a special village occasion. It took me a long time to truly grasp what that meant. Offerings were made to ancestors who had passed away on the New Moon day; this offering consisted of rice cooked from raw grains. It happened only once or twice a month. Was there always a chance to eat rice? Only once a month! That is what it signified.
In those days, rice was a luxury.
My parents were school teachers—they received a monthly salary, after all. Yet, even they were not immune to the mindset of that era—the feeling that one had to consume rice whenever it was available, as if to stave off the scarcity associated with *Ambali*.
I was fed rice for all three meals: *Saddi Annam* (fermented leftover rice) in the morning, and fresh rice for both lunch and dinner.
My grandmother used to fuss over me, saying, "Look at you—you're as thin and stiff as a dried rope! You'd only build some muscle if you ate *Sankati* and *Ambali*." Unable to bear her constant nagging, I would occasionally eat a few morsels of *Sankati* or drink half a glass of *Ambali*, then—with childish innocence—check myself in the mirror an hour or two later to see if I had grown any muscles. In those days, there were two types of rice: raw rice and parboiled rice. Cooked raw rice used to be sticky and clumpy; I detested that kind of rice. "Raw rice" meant the paddy was milled directly without prior processing. Fine-grain varieties didn't stick, but the paddy varieties grown in our village back then were coarse—like the 'IR-8' variety.
I wasn't fond of eating raw rice. On days when raw rice was cooked—often accompanied by pumpkin fry and dal—I would skip the meal.
Instead, they used to prepare *Uppidi* rice (parboiled rice) for me; the grains don't stick together.
We have progressed since then. We moved on to varieties like Nellore Sona and Kurnool Sona Masoori; even though they are raw rice, they don't clump and the texture is excellent.
After moving to Hyderabad, I started visiting Punjabi dhabas. I began eating roti, naan, and phulka. I thought, "What health benefits do you get from eating rice? Northerners—especially Punjabis—are robust because they eat wheat." So, I started eating phulkas and naans, checking to see if I was building muscle.
The government introduced the scheme providing rice at ₹2 per kg. Thanks to this, the crisis in our village vanished, and *Ambali* (ragi porridge) disappeared from our diet.
My mother was a school teacher, so she had no time in the mornings. Back then, we didn't have idlis or dosas for breakfast; we used to eat *Saddi Annam* (fermented leftover rice) instead. That was when I started eating tiffin (breakfast items) daily—back when I was staying in the hostel.
From salted rice (*Saddannam*) to fine-grain rice, and then to breads—that marks my progression, my story of dietary evolution. Back in our village, it used to be *Sankati* (ragi balls) and *Ambali* (fermented ragi porridge); later, it shifted to fine rice, followed by the era of coffees and teas.
The subsequent generation felt that eating plain rice was uncool or embarrassing; for them, it was all about pizzas, burgers, Coke, and Pepsi.
That is the food pyramid—the evolution of civilization.
This trend began long ago, back in the time of the poet Srinatha. That generation equated civilization with eating rice—specifically, fine-grain rice. The younger generation equates civilization with pizzas and pasta. After all, if the cow grazes in the field, will the calf graze on the ridge?
When I was diagnosed with diabetes ten years ago, I conducted in-depth research. Yet, even then, I remained unaware of the extent of my own ignorance.
The taste is fine. As our ancestors said, one might indulge the palate once in a while—perhaps on *Amavasya* (new moon day)—satisfying that one specific sense among the body's many parts.
But if you eat solely for taste every day, your health will collapse. Rice is essentially just a source of starch (flour). Where will the body get the necessary protein, vitamins, and minerals if you eat nothing but rice? If you weigh sixty kilograms, you need at least sixty grams of protein daily. Otherwise, you feel listless and weak. A diet based purely on starchy foods leads to high blood sugar, high blood pressure—the whole "family pack" of ailments.
As for *Maida* (refined wheat flour), it is pure poison—a direct path to colon cancer.
It took me a lifetime to truly grasp the wisdom in my grandmother's words:
Food is not an indicator of civilization. Food is medicine.. Or a disease factor.
Three generations have done a huge loss to themselves in the name of civilization. This will never change!
Drunkard!
There is no gender distinction for this term; let's simply use "drunk person."
The behavior of a woman who is drunk is often extreme; women who consume alcohol tend to lose control completely.
- This is not merely an opinion;
it is science.
The reason is...
ADH is produced in the liver to break down the alcohol in a person's system.
Significantly less ADH is produced in women's livers (less than half the amount found in men). ADH is virtually absent from women's blood.
This allows alcohol to circulate freely through the bloodstream. It reaches the brain, affecting neurons and causing intoxication. Neurons can be affected in ways that lead to issues like micromagnosis, tingling sensations, and dementia.
A drunkard poses a threat to society, but a female drunkard can be even more dangerous.
Modern-day Education
Please show the second part of this video-specifically the final five minutes-to your children on a large screen (such as a laptop, desktop, or smart TV) for a full month. Just five minutes a day, for one month. It will transform their lives. This video needs to reach every Telugu household. I created it using a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) approach-without even using my voice-so that people wouldn't mistake it for a self-promotion effort involving my name or photograph. Please share it with everyone.
Drunk!
This isn't a matter of gender-but let's consider the state of being drunk. The behavior of a drunk person can be extreme; intoxicated women, in particular, can lose all control. - This is not merely an opinion. It is science. Here is why... ADH is produced in the liver to break down alcohol in the body. Women produce significantly less ADH in their livers (less than half the amount produced by men), and ADH is virtually absent from their bloodstream. As a result, the alcohol permeates the entire system-specifically entering brain cells and neurons-to induce intoxication. The disruption of neuronal function leads to dizziness, loss of balance, and memory impairment. A drunk person poses a threat to society, and the state of intoxication itself is highly dangerous.
Save us from misinformation—or just kill us!
Misinformation is misinformation. It acts like a virus—spreading faster than the actual virus and proving to be many times more dangerous.
There was a time when illiteracy was widespread and information was scarce. A lack of understanding caused harm in many ways. People believed the earth was flat; they feared that traveling to distant lands—specifically to the edge of the earth—would cause them to fall into an abyss. They refused to travel abroad, believing that crossing the ocean (often referred to as the "black waters") was a grave sin that would cause them to lose their caste status.
Times have changed. Literacy rates have risen, and awareness has improved.
We have been in the information age for some time now.
However, we have moved beyond that into the age of misinformation. We are now inundated with vast amounts of information—much of it false, distorted, or merely half-truths. Consequently, it often seems that educated people behave more foolishly than the illiterate. Many fall victim to this, and—during this Corona period—we teachers have been among the primary victims.
Literacy rates are higher in cities, which are also home to many high-income earners. Modern commercial interests have realized that this demographic can be easily targeted with misinformation; consequently, they have become the primary targets of today's misinformation campaigns.
Omicron! A new variant of the virus! Scientists in Africa were the first to identify it. Doctors noticed individuals exhibiting new symptoms starting November 15; when they sent samples to a testing center out of suspicion, it was confirmed to be a new variant of the virus. This implies that the virus began spreading at least twenty days ago. Doctors there report that those infected are not falling seriously ill; they exhibit only mild symptoms and do not require hospitalization. That is the actual situation. Indians living in Africa say they aren't overly concerned about it; that is the reality.
Now, let's consider the situation in India. Here, more than fifty percent of the population has already been infected by the Delta variant. Even if Omicron arrives in this context, will it spread? That remains a question. South African scientists suggest that the spread of Omicron might not be a bad thing; compared to Delta—which causes respiratory issues—Omicron has a milder impact on health. They believe the rapid spread of Omicron could displace Delta and potentially lead to a scenario where the coronavirus becomes endemic—a "happy ending" to the COVID story.
Schools in India, which had been closed for months, reopened some time ago. In small towns and villages, student attendance is quite good. However, in metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, attendance remains low. Have you considered the reason? A misinformation campaign! Would you disagree?
Parents in urban areas tend to have higher incomes, and online companies conduct the bulk of their business there. If schools were to reopen fully, these businesses would suffer. Consequently, they deliberately spread misinformation to keep parents fearful and anxious, ensuring that the apprehension does not subside. Fake news went viral on social media yesterday claiming that the Education Minister had announced a lockdown for schools in Telangana. Government representatives had to clarify in the evening that this information was false. Just think about it for a moment: who has the opportunity, the intent, or the need to take a screenshot of a news website, fabricate a story on it, and make it go viral? Is this the work of political opponents, or was it done deliberately by someone else? Even when fake news is circulated in the Minister's name, are the state's police and investigative systems incapable of identifying the forces behind it?
While the aforementioned story was completely fake, the other report involved distorted information. Read the news about the 45 people affected by the coronavirus at a social welfare school in Telangana carefully. It started when a student developed a fever; out of suspicion, the father had the child tested, and the result was positive. Subsequently, when other students were tested, some also tested positive. This means that while all 45 individuals were infected, only one student exhibited a fever, while the others showed no symptoms. That is the actual story—yet it was sensationalized and campaigned as a major outbreak.
On one hand, there is the hype surrounding Omicron; on the other, the news about the social welfare school; and then there is the fake news. Parents are naturally deeply concerned about their children's well-being. Until yesterday, at least half of the students were attending school, but that attendance is likely to drop further starting today.
For two years, children have been confined to their homes. They are facing issues like obesity and a decline in both physical and mental health. There are no games, no songs, no friends, and no casual conversations—only cell phones for company. At such a tender age, they are engaging in activities far beyond their years. Chatting, bad company, alcohol, drugs, pornography—this is the world of today's teenagers. Society, feigning sleep, neither sees nor hears it.
Do those who spread fake news and half-truths not have children of their own at home? Society is like a ship; if it springs a leak, all the passengers on board will drown. Are the paltry coins tossed at you by someone more important than the futures of your sons, daughters, or grandchildren?
When will the actual corona cases stop? Asking as a teacher. Asking on behalf of...I appeal to this shameless society—especially the intellectuals. They keep saying, "Cases are cases." When will this end? Next year? Or 2025? Can anyone guarantee that Corona will vanish completely?
Children are confined to online classes at home, taking advantage of their parents' indulgence and lack of understanding. Who is responsible for these extreme behavioral trends in children? Who has to deal with students who engage in sexual chats—even while at school—or bring alcohol in water bottles? Is it possible to get them back on track? After these 18 months—despite the best efforts of teachers, parents, and psychiatrists—if I were to hand over a 10th-grade student who is addicted to PUBG and refuses to even touch a book, could you turn him into a normal person? Whose sin is this? Whose child is it? Are you paying attention to what is happening in your own home?
We teachers are human too, aren't we? Are we immune to Corona? Does infection necessarily mean death? We get headaches from conducting online classes in front of a mobile phone all day; there is even a fear that this could lead to brain cancer. Yet, out of love for the children, we push past that. When the kids return to school, we look at their faces and hope we can put all that worry behind us.
We can overcome the core problem. Corona is a reality, and we are doing our best to curb it. But how do we deal with fake news? With distortions? How do we handle it when people deliberately create confusion using fake news and half-truths?
Is it a crime for us to view these students as our own children—to worry and feel distressed, thinking that if they remain confined at home, their lives will be ruined? Is it a crime on our part to set aside personal struggles—like debilitating headaches—and conduct online classes?
Is it our fault that we continue to come to school and teach, even amidst the deafening alarmist propaganda about the coronavirus—warnings that "if you catch it, you die" or fears surrounding new variants?
Just shut them down. Close the schools permanently. Declare that from now on, only online portals will exist and children will no longer attend school. We didn't enter this profession merely to survive; it was a passion—a love for children—that drove us. If we have committed a wrong, we are ready to do *gunjees* (deep knee bends) or slap our own cheeks in penance. Please, just give us some clarity. We can manage to survive on the humblest of means—even if it means eating wild greens—just like you would. Just leave us be. As teachers, we fold our hands in supplication and beg you; we would even touch your feet. Please, tell us something.
We cannot endure this living hell! Please, do something! This is my appeal to the government and the intelligentsia, on behalf of all teachers.
Good will grow when you spread.
Healthy body and mind - These are the gifts given by adults (parents, teachers) to children! These are the investment in their future.

To prevent cancer...
Consume foods rich in antioxidants-such as red apples, bananas, pomegranates, cow ghee, honey (note: genuine honey is hard to find; the market is full of sugar-based substitutes), Indian gooseberry (amla), grapes, beetroot, spinach, and lemon. These are the foods that help prevent the disease. Consume foods that provide Vitamin B17-such as almonds, carrots, cashews, sweet potatoes, and strawberries.
"Getting vaccinated is a social responsibility...
because if at least eighty percent of the population gets vaccinated, the coronavirus won't spread from person to person. Even if you aren't afraid of the virus yourself, you should get vaccinated for the sake of those around you. Only then can we drive away this pandemic"... This is the message we heard a few months ago, isn't it?
When I posted saying otherwise—arguing against the vaccine and claiming we had acquired T-cell immunity—some people mocked me. I remained silent, believing that time would provide the answer.
Here are today's corona cases:
Japan... Over 100,000 cases today... 82 percent of the population has received two or more doses.
France... Over 50,000 cases today... 79 percent of the population has received two or more doses.
South Korea... Over 50,000 cases today... 87 percent of the population has received two or more doses.
On the other hand, more than twenty countries in the African continent... Zero cases today... No deaths... Vaccines administered to only an average of six percent of the population.
You might ask why case numbers are low in India and African countries.
If we conducted widespread testing, the numbers here would also reach the hundreds of thousands.
Then why are there no deaths?
Once infected by the virus, the T-cells within our immune system "remember" it. If reinfected, they identify and destroy it immediately. This T-cell protection lasts a lifetime. In our country, many people have been infected with corona twice, and that is how they acquired T-cell immunity.
Does that mean one won't get infected again?
Why wouldn't one get infected? Everyone will inevitably get infected—on average, once a year—throughout their lives. Getting infected is simply the nature of the virus. T-cells kill it upon infection; that is the function of T-cells. As for those who believed the vaccine brokers—well, that is their misfortune!
One more thing! If anything were to happen, it would occur within six months of the dose... If six months have passed since your last dose, you are safe... Just forget about it.
{Regarding this being an old post—I have seen it. Did you read the satirical remarks directed at me by vaccine brokers back then? Poor souls... Where will they hide their faces now? Governments are acknowledging the reality, aren't they... all around the world.}

Annual day Rehearsals at Slate - Vijayawada.
It is deeply distressing to find condoms, alcohol in water bottles, and cigarettes in the schoolbags of children who should be focusing on their studies. Parents, please keep a close watch on your children. This video is about children's behavior.
Slate Ameerpet Annual day rehearsals
1. On one side, the entire media was sounding the death knell of COVID—playing the *maddela* and fiddle to that grim tune.
When I said, "Nope... if you act like this, nothing will happen," some people dismissed it as a publicity stunt born of madness.
(For those who followed the path I suggested, Corona tucked its tail and slunk away like a frightened cat. My eighty-year-old mother, my mother-in-law, and the families of two thousand 'Slate' employees—none of them even saw the inside of a hospital; they shrugged off Corona without ever wearing a mask. Meanwhile, countless others sat glued to their TVs, believed the narrative, and ended up as corpses!)
2. The vaccine scene... You just have to take it... Social responsibility means...
...When I explained the consequences of the vaccine...
...Some local intellectuals thought it was ignorance.
Now, governments are throwing up their hands. They are asking, "Was it wrong to administer a vaccine knowing there might be adverse reactions? Did we verify everything thoroughly?"
3. Now, the third act.
I am talking about how much children have gone astray during the lockdown. Just yesterday in Bengaluru, contraceptives and condoms were found in children's school bags.
The media paid no heed.
To some, what I say sounds like an exaggeration.
The truth reveals itself only with time.
Such is the nature of this *Kaliyuga* (the dark age) that the words of the person who speaks the truth first are dismissed as mere publicity stunts.
By the time everyone grasps the truth, tragedies like COVID deaths and health issues—including heart attacks linked to the vaccine—will have become inevitable.
A crow is already cawing, unaware of the reality. My apologies for that. Continue living happily in your illusions. (I will post the solution to the cell phone issue in a couple of days. I am currently implementing these measures at my school. I am busy with this task day and night. Please take a look at the images I’ve posted in the comments section below; you will realize how deeply I am delving into this and how much time I am dedicating to it.)
There are spelling errors. There is no time to correct them. I need to head to school. Please bear with it this time.
