Russian Rubble currency is BOUND to Gold

The Central Bank of Russia has officially announced that, as of March 28, 2022, the Russian Rubble currency is BOUND to Gold.

The rate is 5,000 Rubbles per gram of gold bullion.

Russia just wiped out about 30% of the value of the US Dollar, worldwide, when it comes to Gold Bullion.

Worse, because Russia will only sell its oil and gas in Rubbles, now fixed at 5,000 Rubbles per gram, anyone wishing to buy Oil or Gas will need to either pay in Rubbles or pay in Gold, and they won't get the US Dollar value for the gold they tender as payment!

People around the world will be literally THROWING their money at the Rubble and DUMPING Dollars and EUROS to do it.

*What Russia just did is the financial equivalent of detonating a nuclear bomb.*

Gift for birthday

"My brother texted me to find out your shirt size. " two weeks ago Mrs. Nato ..

"Oh my god. Gift for birthday? Don't. My size 38 ( xs - extra small ). It's not available anywhere on the market. Need to be searched and caught. If they bring a size small it will be loose like a jubba to me. Fitness doesn't make sense. ". My answer is that. ( My birthday - 18 th March ) And yet the gift has come. Size small. Put it on and put it on the hanger. I wore this today as it would not be good if I don't wear it". It is going to be a conspiracy of brother-in-law by seeing my fitness.

The business of air bubbles!

Small... big... a business needs to grow?

Profits should come. right?

Profit means? Income is more than expenses.

In one town, a person has set up a tiffin center in the name of Dosa. Sofa sets, smart TVs.. AC.. The settings are just too much. It would be like a haunted paradise. Those who went in can sit for as long as they want. Free Wi-Fi. Smart TV .. Matches will come live on big screen during cricket season.

Go to the settings of Indra building and think that tiffin should be done at least once. yes

And what is the rate?

Just a rupee. If you want to go inside, you have to pay a rupee. Can sit there for as long as you go. Idli dosa puri pizza burger puri .. You can eat anything like this ..

People are going wild. It's always a rush. Won't it be there then?

The same company has now set up ten centers in that town. Everything will be tickling.

What is this strange?

How is he giving dosa worth twenty - sixty rupees only? That's with lounge like facilities in the airport?

The company is losing fifty rupees per customer per day. In the beginning a loss of fifty thousand per day. Now there are ten centers. Daily loss is five lakhs. A loss of one and a half crore per month. 18 crores per annum.

The company is now preparing to launch such centers across the country. Total investment of ten lakh crores. If this happens, the company's loss will be thousands of crores per year.

What is this? Who is doing this kind of dirty business? Who will invest in this? Is that your doubt?

Venture capitalist .. . There are many of these around the world. Money is closing with these people. If you keep money like that, its value will decrease right? If anyone is doing business.. They will invest in it if they think that there will be good profits in the future. That's how you become part of it..

The dosa company I mentioned is a start up. There is nothing like a start up. The company that has just started. It is natural for new companies to come. Have to come.

But one thing. Its fundamentals should be sound. What is fundamental? Mental should not be mental as in the hypothetical example above. Fifty los per customer. As the number of customers increases, the loss increases. As the number of centers increases, the loss becomes more and more. But saying that "the future belongs to them.. in the days that come, the profits will be the profits" and now the losses are coming.. what if they are making investments?

The size of the balloon increases with the wind. Looks more appealing. But tap mani is going to explode someday. Is it not?

Now this is the trend. Just saying it again. Not all startups are like this. But this is the latest trend.

Starting businesses for free. Artificially increasing its value. Grabbing some venture capitalist in the world.. Growing up as a unicorn company. UniCorn is a billion dollar company. Selling shares in this way... getting out... this is a chain. Someone will benefit. Finally, thousands of people will lose. In this, new Bakaras will come.

..S hope.. Necessity.

But the greed? Makes a man drown.

New bakaras will come.

"Invest in teak trees . Your money will be five times in five years" . .. do you remember? Teak trees .. Rabbits .. Rice .. this went on for twenty years. Thousands of people have invested in it.

.. Back in those days .. Five thousand .. Fifty thousand .

Now sons and daughters came in place of fathers. This is the global era. Think big..that means think big.

Some kind of small business .. One lakh investment .. Have to work everyday ....... Not this much patience . There is no time. This is the speed era, a millionaire should be in a year. A company of millions of crores needs a leader. This is today's urban youth, especially the thinking of youth born in rich families.

That start up company is like this.. Stories in the internet saying that she has earned a billion dollars in three years.. There is growth. But will it stand? How long will it go on? Don't want these kind of things.

This new generation of businesses think that actually thinking about fundamentals is a mental thing. Just moving forward. Somewhere there is a success story .. One lakh failures .. Even then the youth doesn't care. Speed .. Speed .. Tata's for the night.. Birlas have to be gone. If it comes to that word, Tata's and Birla's Paithyam. Been in business for many years. Still at such a low level?

Today in Hyderabad. Tomorrow in New York office should be opened. Take your own flight before the end of the year.. One hundred and fifty countries.. Ten thousand offices.. Income is fifty zeros next to one.. This is how the thoughts of today's new generation of business persons go.

Again, not everyone is like this. This is a new trend. Balloon business. It will be amazing if you tie a big balloon and go up from the ground. But how long can the balloon stay in the air? If it explodes when it goes up well?

Nenu's said company is fictitious. You want to understand the subject better... .

Now take a look at this.

Uber .. If you hear the name, this is a big profit company Will you buy it? But did you know? Last year its loss was approximately one lakh crores. Yes, the losses are increasing. But something will happen.. It is expected that profits will come in the future. That's why investments keep coming. Business is expanding.

The pay team .. Zomato .. Examples like this. Ninety percent of new startups are air bubbles.

invest in yourself .. Work hard and do business .. Earn the profits .. This is the old generation .

invest less .. Keep the start up .. Blow the wind .. If the balloon is big, sell it to venture capitalist. This is today's bubble business.

The debt is high .. Income is low !

Old debt makes new debt to pay off. Taking loans and paying off old debts, with money, rotation lives like an emperor .. This is the opinion of many economists about the American economy.

America is five hundred dollars. It keeps its currency artificially overvalued. The whole world { means all countries } makes sure that it does business with its own currency. For the past several decades, it has been using its intelligence, leverage, and international dominance to do economic dominance in rotation.

Ships become ships..ships..ships become ships. The swelling does not last long. Artificial will not last long.

Has the effort to destroy the dominance of American dollar started?

Economists are saying yes.

Has China and Russia started trying to destroy American Dollar, Visa, Swift etc?

Is India also contributing to this? Are post-war developments in Ukraine intensifying efforts in this direction?

Does America have the weakest leadership right now?

Are many countries around the world going to abandon the dollar and trade directly with their own currencies or exchange rates?

Will the American economy collapse if these efforts are successful?

A very big topic. A very deep understanding is needed. Controversial as well.

It is not that something will happen at once but change has started.

. The world will never be the same.

Change is the only thing that is permanent

With COVID-19 cases gradually rising in China, a lockdown will be imposed in the city of Shanghai starting tomorrow.

News!

Ninety percent of the population in China has received two doses of the vaccine. If one is vaccinated, they shouldn't contract COVID-19—or even if they do, it shouldn't be a serious issue, right? So, why the talk of a lockdown?

Who will win in Russia-Ukraine war?

Already...

1. Millions of Ukrainian women who migrated to border countries like Poland have been forced into sex trade. The children have become orphans. They are making life dark by being trapped in the hands of human traffic gangs.

2. The men who stayed in Ukraine are dying. Getting hurt.

3. Destruction is going on in Ukraine for the unheard and unheard of arti. The cities are under the ground. Yadha status will not come back even after thousands of years.

3. Russia has lost thousands of soldiers. Financially ruined. Alone in the world. Putin is digging his own hole.

4. In countries like ours, the price of petro is high. Medicine prices have increased.

There are no winners in modern warfare. All are destroyed by everything.

This truth was understood by mankind in the first sense of the twentieth century. Today's generation is understanding, who does not read history, who does not absorb lessons from history.

vaccines

Children born in America are likely to get 45 vaccines by the time they turn 18.

A few of these are an option. The math is ahead of corona Now, if you put this on two slippers annually, where will the calculation go!

A major state in America has reached an official government decision.

The state’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Joseph Lapardo, held a press conference to announce this decision.

It was stated that acupuncture is causing various health issues in children; therefore, it is unnecessary for healthy children, and such procedures will no longer be permitted.

Meanwhile, a pharmaceutical company in America has developed an injectable medication for children aged six months to five years.

India is expected to follow suit within the next six months.

Manohar's Post

Manohar's Post

Many students have been arriving in the United Kingdom lately—often as couples. Very few are actually focused on completing their courses. Instead, they spend their time in part-time jobs, betting shops, or engaging in illicit activities. Parents often boast about their children moving to London, but some of these individuals exhibit appalling behavior. They barely manage to get by, living far from their universities—sometimes as far as two hundred miles away. Many students borrow large sums of money—some parents even mortgage their homes to fund this—yet the students end up unable to finish their studies. Many are living together in "live-in" relationships, sharing a single room. They seem to have completely forgotten the purpose for which they came, getting distracted by romantic entanglements. It is heartbreaking to think about their parents back home.

The reason I am sharing this is because of a recent incident: a young man, who was a customer at a Hyderabadi restaurant in East London, called over a girl working there part-time. Without any provocation, he stabbed her in the stomach with a knife and fled the scene. An ambulance and an air ambulance arrived promptly, rushing her to the hospital; current reports indicate she is in critical condition. The assailant has been arrested by the police. In my view, he deserves a 20-year prison sentence. I feel deeply for both sets of parents—it is a tragedy born from this obsession with moving across the seven seas. It is truly pitiful for the parents. I do not know if the two individuals knew each other beforehand; the police are currently investigating.

To all parents who have sent their children abroad: please check in on them. Are they actually studying? Where are they living, and with whom? Use video calls to stay connected and check on their well-being regularly. Ensure they are keeping up with their coursework and ask them directly if they are on track to complete their degrees. If necessary, call the university and verify. I am not referring to everyone who has come here, but a large majority are like that. Please share this with anyone you know who has children abroad. Honestly, in my opinion, it is better not to send young women to foreign countries at all.

Hope and praying for the girl to come out of the critical condition. I will provide an update on her status in another post.

The strangest of ironies:

Two years of experience confirm that children are not at risk from the coronavirus—a fact supported by articles published in journals like *The Lancet*.

As for vaccinated adults—not all, but some—they are experiencing various side effects. I have been sharing posts breaking down this information for the past two months.

Because of this, there is a risk that my Facebook account might get blocked. Meanwhile, some people—who are of no use to anyone—are busy throwing snide remarks at me.

Despite all these challenges, I persist—because it concerns people's health, and by extension, the future of our children. I keep posting, "No—vaccines for children are unnecessary." Yet, under those very posts, people ask me, "Should we vaccinate our children?" Every single day, a hundred people message me with this same question.

What on earth is going on? I don’t understand any of this.

I tell them, "Don't do it—if you trust my word, don't get them vaccinated." But they think, "Who is *he* to tell us what to do?" and go ahead and get it done anyway.

And then, after I’ve advised against it, they turn around and ask *me*, "Should we get them vaccinated?" What is this bizarre, nonsensical game?

Everything is a mess—but I have no shame about it. I was away for two days; did I come back to Facebook just to go through this all over again?

Is a life without problems truly a happy one?

Teenagers are easily influenced by their peers. If someone in a class or a friend group does something, the news spreads to everyone. Whether it’s a romantic relationship between a boy and a girl, or some students experimenting with alcohol or smoking, the information travels quickly—through word of mouth, WhatsApp, or other social media platforms.

They keep these matters hidden from their teachers and parents, pretending as if nothing is amiss. If anyone dares to inform a teacher or the parents of the students involved, they face severe backlash from the rest of the group—sometimes even escalating to physical violence.

About eight years ago, at an international school in Hyderabad, a girl brought a water bottle filled with vodka and drank it right inside the classroom during a short break. The other girls in the class were aware of this. As the alcohol took effect, she fell asleep in the classroom. When the teacher walked in and asked why the girl was sleeping, the other students covered for her, claiming, "Ma'am, she’s on her period and has a stomach ache; that’s why she’s sleeping." {How do I know about this incident? A girl from that class comes to my teacher for tuitions. She shared this with the teacher, asking her not to tell anyone—and that’s how I found out.

A rat died in the house. You need to find it, remove it, discard any contaminated food items, and clean the house. But what if you just ignore it? The house—and even the porch—will reek.

Thanks to the internet, children’s behavior is going astray in this post-COVID era. At an age when they should be pure and innocent, they are being led down the wrong path. Children are as innocent as gods—but can the same be said for the internet? Or even the smartphone itself?

You must recognize when a problem exists. Issues like teenage romances, negative friendships, alcohol consumption, or exposure to adult content—these things need to be discussed with them, keeping their age in mind. Such counseling must be handled with great care and gentleness.

You can only find a solution once you acknowledge the problem.

But what happens if you pretend there is no problem at all?

There is a criticism that by posting about such topics, I might be giving ideas to the children who follow my Facebook page—potentially leading them astray.

Good heavens! Consider the innocence here—it’s hard to tell if this stems from a lack of understanding. If a child is following my Facebook, it means they already have a smartphone in their hands. I have a Facebook account—but do they only see my posts? Don’t they see anything else online? Let’s assume it’s fine; in my posts, I explicitly discuss the consequences of these actions. Would reading about the consequences really lead someone to go astray?

What kind of times are we living in, for heaven’s sake? If that’s the case, here’s a simple solution: just block my Facebook account! When something bad is happening, just be like Gandhi’s three monkeys—and the problem vanishes. Everything becomes perfectly happy!

As for me, I am guiding thousands of children onto the right path by offering them guidance tailored to their age. Look around—there is ‘dirty water’ everywhere; no matter how much we clean our own doorstep, that filth will keep flowing in. So, we just have to keep cleaning. It is an ongoing process.

The fame of Telugu students spreading across continents.

This is a wretched form of 'self-employment'—working from home or a hostel.

It’s the oldest profession in the world!

How does one survive?

Money needs to be made!

That requires a job or a business!

And that, in turn, requires knowledge and skills. (This context is worth reading about.)

But what about those who have prioritized their education?

In the past, drug addicts would turn others into drug suppliers just to make money.

Now, this is what 'self-employment' has become.

From their school days, they have smartphones—filled with pornography. Constant exposure leads to addiction, and their education is ruined. Teenage romances, sex, breakups...

How could such individuals ever land a job? Jobs are already scarce, and these people lack the intelligence or the patience to work hard and prepare for a career!

Yet, they need money—for mobile recharges, nights out at pubs, and so on. How long can their families keep supporting them?

'Self-employment' has become a trend even for people like this!

Tango, Bango, Mango—they sign up for these platforms! Virtual sex, sex chats, nude chats, live shows.

Once, there was only one 'Sunny Leone' known to the world—that was in the past.

Now, there are 'Sunny Leones' all over town. And it’s not just limited to girls; there’s a market—albeit a small one—for boys, too.

This is today’s society.

The sex trade, turned into a 'cottage industry.'

If the truth is on my side…!

Some Facebook friends sent me screenshots of a post by an individual in a sacred profession—someone I neither know in real life nor through social media—making sarcastic remarks about me. I also saw comments from others on that post. It’s truly mind-boggling.

It has been four weeks since that incident.

I generally avoid getting into arguments.

I only share things on Facebook when I believe they will benefit the public.

I gain absolutely nothing personally from this; in fact, it carries the highest level of risk. Speaking the truth against narratives promoted by governments and large-scale systems means facing significant backlash!

I issued an open challenge: "Let’s hold a public discussion about 'injections'—a subject shrouded in mystery. I will bring a thousand people with me; let’s examine why they developed their respective health issues." There was no response—though I knew there wouldn't be.

I have been accused of misleading people, as if I know nothing about science.

If the truth is on my side, I would stand up even to God Himself. That is simply my nature.

The truth will eventually be revealed through consistency.

Last night, a friend sent me screenshots of posts made on Facebook by two doctors.

These doctors stated that it has not been definitively proven that the injections for children are safe, and therefore, they advised against them.

I wonder what those who labeled me as someone "ignorant of science" for saying the same thing have to say now!

vaccination stopped

New theory; If it is over 45 minutes, there is no relation to vaccination.

Yes. Doesn't matter right. Why is it stopped district wide ?????

In the olden days, it is said that if someone performed intense penance, God would appear and ask, "

I am pleased with your devotion; what boon do you desire?" and then grant it.

We live in the era of smartphones—a time when emotions like envy, malice, jealousy, and hatred are overflowing. Instead of performing penance, people now spend their time singing the praises of politicians, constantly building up their images.

One individual, let’s call him "Mr. Envious," spent day and night on Twitter and Facebook, hyping up a particular politician. Competing with him, another person—let’s call him "Mr. Jealous"—spent all his time on WhatsApp, hailing the same politician as if he were a celestial being.

The politician, pleased with their services, decided to reward them.

He approached Mr. Jealous first and said, "Your 'build-up' was superb! Ask for whatever you want." Mr. Jealous, driven by his nature, replied, "Whatever you give me, you must give double to Mr. Envious!"

The politician then went to Mr. Envious and explained the situation.

Mr. Envious, unable to bear the thought of his rival getting twice as much, exclaimed, "Oh no! If I ask for the post of Corporation Chairman, he’ll get two! If I ask for an MLC seat, he’ll get two! I can’t let that happen—I’d rather see him suffer!" He then told the politician, "Take out one of my eyes!" True to his word, the politician removed one of Mr. Envious's eyes—and, following the "double" rule, removed both of Mr. Jealous's eyes. Then, Mr. Envious demanded, "Now, take off one of my legs!" Consequently, one leg was removed from Mr. Envious, and two legs were removed from Mr. Jealous—as if they were suffering from gangrene!

Finally, consumed by his inability to stand his rival getting anything, Mr. Envious said, "Take half my life!"

And so, he was left with only his final, fleeting breath. Jealousy Rao should die is thinking of jealousy. "That one question..." The leader got into the vehicle. "Why leader?... You have given so many blessings. This one can be given right?" he said.

" Hey .. Our games would have run only if there are people like me. If you are fighting with jealousy and hatred among yourselves, we can rob you at random. What is the benefit of us if you do? " Thurrum said.

Karimnagar. On the stage at Vani Niketan school. The time is 11 o'clock.

Take a close look at this scene. This isn't a staged photo.

Many of my friends on Facebook have often asked me: "When do you sleep? How long do you sleep? Do you even sleep at all?"

Sleep is just as essential for a human being as food, water, and oxygen.

Children should sleep for nine hours, and adults for seven.

The body repairs itself during sleep. If you don't get enough sleep, your face loses its vibrancy, wrinkles begin to form around your eyes, and—like a slow-acting poison—it can eventually lead to death.

I never sleep for less than seven hours a day.

I make sure to get six hours of sleep in my bed at home. Beyond that, I also sleep while traveling—in cars, on airplanes, or even in a seat whenever I have a spare moment.

As long as I have work to do, I don't feel sleepy. But the moment there is no work, I fall asleep instantly.

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, I used to travel abroad—to places like Europe, America, China, Japan, and New Zealand. In those countries, a bus journey from one town to another could easily take six hours. I'm the early morning lady in the hotel "now enough sleep .. "When raised, her words in various occasions" what about you ! They wake up early. If you board the bus and it starts, you will sleep as if you have switched. What the hell is that. They will be in full sleep. If you come to a place where you have to get down, you will lift it up as if you have switched it properly. Half an hour then half an hour of sleep. "If it is a six hour journey, you will sleep for six hours ".

These enemies are nowhere for us

That is my body adaptation. If there is work, there is work. Otherwise tribal sleep

First of all 10 . The class that was supposed to start on the 30th has been rescheduled for 11am.

Finally 12 by the time I got a mic in my hand. sunday. The sun is on the side. The parents who came should have already started hunger. The thought that Biryani is waiting at home. International media is spreading poison:

Several European countries have lifted COVID-19 restrictions and eased measures. The schemes of the "medical mafia" can only persist if people remain fearful; therefore, regardless of how much governments relax the rules, these groups will not back down. It is well known how the likes of Bill Gates have historically manipulated the media.

Currently, the international media is pressuring European governments, spewing venom. With the rise in Omicron cases, they have become active again, arguing that "relaxing the rules is a mindless act" and demanding that restrictions be reinstated immediately—even suggesting that lockdowns should be imposed if necessary. Their strategy is to brainwash and frighten the public, thereby increasing pressure on governments to capitulate. However, the people of Europe are intelligent; they have no patience for the "staged dramas" orchestrated by these entities. Consequently, governments are resisting the push to revert to previous restrictive measures.

It is a positive development that the Telugu media has largely ignored this narrative. While a few websites may have published such stories—or a small, single-column piece might have appeared on an obscure inner page—some individuals, driven by fear, have been circulating these items in WhatsApp groups. The situation would improve further if people simply stopped sharing such negative news.

My answer to a question!

Not all those who work in the pharma field are bad. Those who do it for the sake of living, those who do it honestly are more. Those who are in senior manager position in pharma field are giving me feedback. Varaprasad garu who has reached the highest peaks in the field of pharma is my close friend. The name I have given to some animals in human form who are playing with people's lives for their profits is Pharmacurs.

A very good question.

Good morning, Amarnath! I haven’t seen many of your videos lately. Some of my friends and I have been discussing something: it seems that among beggars—people who live in unhygienic conditions, or those who work as scavengers—the number of COVID-related deaths was extremely low. Yet, among those of us who followed all the protocols, the mortality rate was much higher. Why is that? Is it because they possess a stronger, naturally developed immune system? Or is it perhaps because they don’t live in a state of constant fear, nor are they surrounded by people who propagate fear? Have you uncovered any other interesting insights through your research? Could you explain briefly?

My answer is:

I conducted this analysis back in July 2020. At that time, a Circle Inspector in Hyderabad city mentioned that not a single person living on the footpaths within his station’s jurisdiction needed to be hospitalized. The reasons I identified for this are: they don’t watch television—that "fear-inducing box"—nor do they circulate the alarmist, fake news that spreads through social media, which keeps people in a constant state of terror. Furthermore, they spend time in the sun, engage in physical labor, and do not overeat. That’s it—it’s quite simple.

When will the fourth wave arrive in our country?

Cases are rising in England and several European countries, even though it has been less than two months! Why?

Shouldn't there be a gap of at least six months between one wave and the next? The Omicron wave hit England in December. Yet, cases are rising again before even two or three months have passed. Why?

The variant currently spreading in England is 'BA.2'—a sub-lineage of Omicron.

According to British media, BA.2 is now infecting those who managed to avoid the Omicron wave by staying at home. People who were infected with Omicron have developed immunity; however, medical experts there suggest that this new sub-lineage is still managing to infect people.

But what about the vaccines—the repeated doses that were administered? Shouldn't they be providing protection?

This information highlights the hypocrisy in the campaigns run by pharmaceutical interests in our country—facts that no one can deny.

These are not unofficial reports; they are official findings from a survey conducted by the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA).

1. 62 individuals were infected four times, contracting various variants of the coronavirus within a span of just 90 days.

2. 7,640 people had been infected three times (as of March, when the data was collected).

The British government agency noted that this is merely a sample study, implying that the actual figures for the entire country of England would be significantly higher.

Paul Hunter, a professor of medicine at the University of East Anglia in the UK—who is not an anonymous source—stated the following to the media:

1. "The effect of the vaccine is declining rapidly among those who stay at home, particularly elderly individuals receiving home care." In other words, the immunity gained from vaccination is weakening very quickly. These individuals should return to get vaccinated again. (Do you see? He has spoken officially. How can one claim the vaccine has failed? It is simply that staying at home leads to a weakening of immunity.) This essentially amounts to an admission that the 'stay-at-home' policy has been a failure. Read on to see what else he had to say.

2. In England, those currently contracting the new coronavirus variant are largely the same individuals who managed to avoid the Omicron wave two months ago. {This implies that the immunity gained from exposure to Omicron is still present. Does this also suggest that the immunity supposedly provided by vaccination has vanished like a soap bubble?}

3. What else did Paul Hunter say? Once a person has been infected with the coronavirus, the subsequent impact of the virus is significantly reduced. {I have been saying this for the past two years—practically shouting it from the rooftops! Look, if you get infected once, you develop antibodies—which might last for about six months—but you also gain T-cell protection that lasts for a lifetime, or at least 15 years. You might get infected by the coronavirus multiple times, but thanks to T-cell protection, it will only have a mild effect on your body, much like a common cold. How many times do I have to repeat this? My fingers are wearing out from typing these words!}

4. According to Paul Hunter, the virus is destined to become a part of our lives. It will likely return every six months, or perhaps every year or two. Even our great-grandchildren and future generations will continue to encounter COVID-19. {Back on April 5, 2020—just a week into the first lockdown—I posted a video stating that the idea of 'containing' the coronavirus was nonsense. It’s like lying shirtless on a beach in the Andaman Islands at night, trying to kill mosquitoes with your bare hands! Even if you were to build a solitary tower on the other side of the seven seas and live there all by yourself, you still wouldn't be able to escape the coronavirus. It will reach everyone—it is bound to keep reaching us.} Walking in the sunlight, taking occasional Vitamin B12 supplements (for vegetarians), ensuring a protein-rich diet, and staying well-hydrated—these practices can help you face COVID-19. If you do get infected, your body first provides protection through antibodies, followed by an even stronger defense from T-cells—effectively putting an end to the virus. The immunity gained from a natural infection is often more potent than that provided by vaccines; this is known as "primary immunity." I have been repeating these points over and over.

In short:

1. COVID-19 is not going away; it will continue to circulate—that is simply its nature.

2. Government surveys indicate that 90% of the population in our country was infected during the first two waves, which is how they acquired this immunity. This is why, when the third wave (Omicron) arrived, it was easily brushed aside. Omicron also infected over 90% of the population. Essentially, the vast majority of people in the country have been infected twice, building up this primary immunity.

3. Antibody levels may decline by July, at which point a variant like BA.2 might emerge—or those who previously avoided Omicron could potentially contract this new strain. However, for those who have already been infected, a single encounter with the virus is of little consequence; as long as your immunity remains strong—with T-cells doing their job—there is nothing to worry about. Even if you haven't been infected yet, a strong immune system is all you need.

4. The "pharma-sharks" won't back down—once they’ve tasted blood, will these cunning predators ever let go? They will continue to instill fear. Those who fall for their malicious propaganda will only end up in a sorry state. No one can save them. Until now, they claimed one dose every six months was enough. But now, since the vaccine’s effectiveness is waning rapidly, they are saying a dose will be required every two or three months. Those who believe this are headed for ruin.

You have two paths before you.

One—continuing to read or listen to reports about "the next wave," "impending lockdowns," "die if you don’t get the jab," "long COVID," and all sorts of grim, death-foreboding narratives...

Watching everything unfold-sharing posts on social media, living in constant fear, wearing masks, chanting the "stay home" mantra, and repeatedly getting injected-all while witnessing incidents like hair loss, menstrual irregularities in women, and heart attacks happening all around. Yet, you continue to watch, consuming deceptive "analyses" that attribute these issues to things like liquid diets, climate change, or exercise-letting yourself be completely misled-until one day, you simply drift into an eternal sleep, perhaps right there on your sofa or in your bathroom. Alternatively: A half-hour walk in the sunshine. For vegetarians, an occasional B12 supplement. Getting enough sleep, staying well-hydrated, prioritizing protein, limiting white rice, and loading up on leafy greens and vegetables. Those who avoid refined sugar tend to have healthier teeth. Living with a smile, finding reasons to laugh, staying far away from fear, spending quality time with children, and truly enjoying life... It is your life-your choice. Decide for yourself which path you want to take.

Zero academic year

Heartfelt birthday wishes to Amarnath Vasireddy,

head of Slate Schools, who provided selfless service to so many during this COVID-19 pandemic!! Many more happy returns of the day, Sir!!

Happy Birthday

An example to tell how my impact (influence) is on children.

Happy Birthday

You are a walking repository of knowledge.

You are the brand ambassador for the realm of laughter. You are the hope for those in distress. You are the courage for those who feel defeated. For children who lost their elders to the COVID-19 pandemic, you are a godsend. You are like the farmers who know no meaning of the word 'fatigue.' What more can be said? You are a divine embodiment of all these virtues combined. With a full heart... Hearty birthday greetings, Amarnath Vasireddy sir!

Six and a half lakh (650,000) cases per day in South Korea.

Intellectuals are using this to spread fear!

What were you saying two years ago?

"South Korea’s model for controlling COVID-19 is superb—an example for the entire world! Every country should follow this," you claimed. You kept blaring this, not even giving others a chance to think.

So, what happened now? Where did that "miraculous" model go? Why is that country unable to keep things under control using that same model? Explain this first, folks—before you go on about anything else.

Are you suggesting that they managed to delay the spread through containment measures, vaccinated everyone, and have now lifted those restrictions for economic reasons? Do you mean to say that this approach reduced the death toll? There are 500 deaths in South Korea right now—that’s hardly a small number! And didn't you yourselves say that every single life is precious?

A new variant in Israel? Another piece of alarming news.

Oh dear—that was the very first country in the world to administer four doses of the vaccine! What happened to those foul mouths of yours that warned, "If you don't get vaccinated, new variants will emerge"? Why did a new variant appear there, of all places?

As for preventing new variants—are those things on your shoulders brains, or just pots of mud? Consider the virus that caused the Spanish Flu hundreds of years ago—how many variants must it have produced over the last century? Didn't those cause any harm back then? Why all this fuss and this campaign now?

Yet, millions of people are being swayed by your propaganda, and countless others are ruining their own health.

Regularly—day in and day out—people are having their life’s journey cut short, whether on their sofas or in their bathrooms. Is this still not enough for you? Are your bags and godowns not full?

For many years, it has been my tradition to celebrate my birthday with the students of Slate.

2020 – Due to the coronavirus, the government closed schools three days before my birthday.

2021 – The situation remained the same.

2022 – School is in session, and the children are attending, but it happens to be a holiday for the festival of Holi. So, what now?

What does it truly mean to celebrate a birthday?

"Happy birthday to all... but how many actually know the purpose of their own birth?" the poet once asked.

Every action should have a meaning and a deeper purpose.

A birthday is not just about cutting a cake or distributing ice cream and treats to children. I used to ask them for a specific birthday gift: "You must read books—stay away from rote learning. Understand what you read, internalize it, analyze it, make that knowledge your own, and use it to find solutions to problems. Will you give me this as a birthday gift?"

Whether they went on to study at IITs, medical colleges, or National Law Universities—and whether they eventually settled in America, Australia, Delhi, or Bengaluru—my former students are living their lives while radiating human values.

That was the past... but what about now?

As a consequence of two years of online schooling, our children—much like many others—have become addicted to mobile phones. My goal is to help them break free from this. That is the birthday gift I desire.

Every crisis should be viewed as an opportunity.

If my birthday falls on a holiday like Holi, what does that mean for me? The birthday celebrations began on the 16th. I conducted a session for 3,000 students from grades seven, eight, and nine, vividly illustrating the harms caused by mobile phones. I asked, "Tell me, will you give up your mobile phones?" They responded in unison, "Yes, sir!" But it wasn't just their words—it was the expressions on their faces and their body language that truly mattered; a striking change was visible in all of them.

I trained the principals of the BATE (Basic Academic Training & Education) schools on how to conduct such sessions. They immediately put this into practice, delivering the lesson just as effectively as I had demonstrated. They successfully completed the task that evening.

The following day—yesterday, the 17th—I visited several branches, including those in Ameerpet, Himayat Nagar, Abids, Kharmanghat, and Bourampet. I also met with second-grade students who had returned from a field trip to the zoo. In total, I addressed 6,000 students from grades one through six. They had already heard from their principals, but I spoke to them once more—briefly, using the same body language. These little ones—like tiny kittens—showed an even more pronounced change.

I asked them, "Tell me, will you give up your mobile phones? If you do, that will be your gift to me—and only then will I cut the cake. Promise me!" I explained that while adults—like their parents—might need to use mobile phones, they shouldn't overuse them. I also touched upon how many women today spend their time watching daily soap operas on TV, and how fathers often stay glued to WhatsApp—if the children were to point this out to them, the parents would be absolutely stunned! The children burst into laughter; and when you laugh, your mind’s capacity for perception expands. This is a teaching technique—and not just for those at home. I tell the children in my apartment complex—the future generation of leaders—that they must walk the right path. And it goes beyond that; they should also lead others. (This is a specific technique: if you repeat something to others, it becomes deeply embedded in your own mind—it’s highly effective.)

Everyone said, "Yes, sir!" I cut the cake, and the children were given peanut brittle (*chikki*) and ice cream. But that wasn't my birthday gift. The knowledge I’ve shared with you—keep it close to your hearts. Better yet, share it with everyone! That is the gift you can give me.

On Wednesday, I held a class at the auditorium at 6:00 PM, followed by a gym session. Starting in Ameerpet, I traveled through Himayatnagar, Abids, the Zoo Park area, and Karmanghat—then another sixty kilometers along the Outer Ring Road (ORR) to Bowrampet. In total, I conducted eleven sessions! And I didn't stop there—I headed back to the gym in the evening. That night, I indulged in some Rayalaseema-style delicacies—a total break from my diet! I ate plenty of *pulihora* (tamarind rice), *chitti garelu* (mini lentil fritters), and *bellam pongal* (jaggery-sweetened rice).

Today is the actual day, but I’m keeping it simple—just resting at home.

I see all the birthday wishes you’ve been posting. The issue is, if I "like" everything—well, three years ago, Facebook’s artificial intelligence flagged my activity as spam because I was hitting the "like" button too frequently, and it blocked me from posting for two days! So, I can’t "like" your posts, and I can’t thank each of you individually. Please don’t take it the wrong way! Thank you all so much.

A special thanks...

To those "intellectuals" who secretly follow my Facebook, keep tabs on my posts, and—as a result—end up with a stomach full of acid, only to go around making snide, nasty jokes: a special thank you to you all. Drink some water, eat some fiber, and try to dial back those negative feelings, you "antacid-dependent intellectuals." Just live happily!

Sarvejana is happy!

Happy birthday sir

Happy birthday sir

What do you call this ?

celebrations-festivities

Celebrations Festivities

Abids, Ameerpet, Karmanghat, Himayatnagar, Bowrampet-students from classes one to ten (note: class five was missed in Abids; classes five and six were missed in Ameerpet) were included.

Did I give everyone a gift? We discussed the downsides of using mobile phones-from a scientific perspective. In return, I received a gift from them! They pledged, "We will not touch mobile phones." They also promised to help their parents reduce mobile phone usage and committed to educating others about the harms of using such devices. These are the true celebrations-festivities that arrived a day early!

VAGGEYAKARA

With the only VAGGEYAKARA STILL ALIVE ON THIS EARTH

Stealth or Stealth Omicron. Omicron is a subspecies of corona There will be millions of these coming in.

They are going to be gone. Ignore the scary news. Don't get stuck in the hands of pharmacists and make your house and body dirty with fear.

Four lakh cases in South Korea .. Fifty thousand in Japan .. Twenty thousand in New Zealand .. Full lockdown in China.

what Why?

All these countries have built corona in the past. With that being spread out there now. South Korea has vaccinated 80% of it. Booster dose for sixty percent too.

The cases don't stop.

This proves that the corona system is a failure. However, pharmacists show this and scare us here. Even if it turns out that what they have said is a complete lie... the pharmacist is the one who distorts the matter, hides the real matter and suppresses it.

In the first two waves, we got natural immunity for ninety percent. Because of this, even Omicron infection has not happened. Omicron is probably infected by ninety percent. Now whether it is Omicron or another new variant has come.. nothing is. Just like a cold... It's coming.. It will go away. This happened a hundred years ago. Then there were no pharmacists. There are no scary marketing campaigns.

Now hundreds of crores of business in the name of corona .. Will not be left out.

Your fear is their business

He who fears has no future. And no one can protect those who believe their poisonous propaganda. Without realizing the propaganda deception of pharmacists, it is a pity .. Sitting on the sofa .. And just like that .. How many unlucky people are leaving the world!

"Cell phone addiction {How to overcome cell phone addiction?} – I have been conducting classes on this topic. Some of my Facebook friends have asked, 'Tell us what you are saying in these sessions.'

I am not quite sure how to answer that. Two days ago, I shared a post titled 'Cell Phone Slavery.' Take a look at the comment left by Sridhar garu on that post. He is involved in educating children in Tirupati and also runs a coaching institute there. He attended the class I conducted in Tirupati, and he noted that the post serves as a summary of that session. That is, quite literally, the truth.

I do not hoard knowledge; knowledge is a form of wealth that grows when shared.

However, there is a crucial point here—one that many of you might not fully grasp: attending a class in person, watching it live, and simply reading a post about it are three very different experiences.

What exactly do I say about cell phones? Do I bring forth some obscure, hidden knowledge that no one else knows? Are these things truly unknown to everyone?

Sri Ramulu garu and Sudhakar Reddy garu also attended the session in Tirupati. Sri Ramulu garu is a retired principal of a degree college, while Sudhakar Reddy garu—a retired professor from SV University—currently serves as the administrator of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in Tirupati. Their perspective—and indeed, the consensus among everyone who attended that session—was that the class was highly effective. It prompted deep reflection and will undoubtedly lead to change.

It is about the points being discussed, the way they are presented, the modulation of one’s voice, and the fact that the speaker possesses a genuine understanding of the subject—coupled with a clear mind and deep dedication. This requires a great deal of effort. That is what we call 'impact.'

Professor Sudhakar Reddy garu was my teacher at the university. When the Tirupati class was about to..." At the beginning, someone sitting next to the stage approached me. It had been thirty years—I didn’t even remember him! He mentioned his own name. They handed me some books and left; I assumed they had departed from the hall. The next day, after reaching Hyderabad, I received a call from him. "I stayed for the entire three hours—right until the end. It was truly wonderful," he said. Here was a student who had brought joy to his teacher.

Consider a typical event—how difficult is it to invite a District Superintendent of Police (SP) as a guest, and for such an official to actually agree? Even if they do show up, people often arrive late, cut a ribbon, and leave immediately. Is that all there is to it?

Three years ago, an incident took place in Nellore. I was conducting a session there, and the local SP—who happened to be my former student—learned about it and expressed his wish to attend. I told him that anyone could attend as a student. He left his entire security detail outside and sat in the class for three hours alongside everyone else—with his cell phone switched off, too! That is the impact I have as a teacher.

I view my classes as a *yajna* (a sacred, dedicated undertaking); I do not tolerate any disturbances. There has never been anyone who remained unaffected by my sessions. Three months ago, at Vardhaman Engineering College on the outskirts of Hyderabad—would engineering students actually listen to moral teachings? Wouldn't they typically whistle, jeer, shout, and create total chaos? And yet, what happened? If I were to describe it myself, it might sound like I’m just blowing my own trumpet—but there were tears of joy in their eyes. As I said "bye" and stepped down from the stage, there were tears... Yesterday, at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan auditorium—with students from the ninth, eighth, and seventh grades, in separate batches—the impact was the same.

One last word: On several occasions, parents have brought their children to me for counseling—even when the children were at their absolute worst. A week later, they responded: "Sir, we told them the very points you mentioned—but they didn't listen to us! What kind of magic did you perform? It’s as if they’ve been put under a spell—they’ve completely changed!"

Magic? Spells? I don't know about any of that. My approach is straightforward—a lesson that speaks heart-to-heart. Perhaps you are focusing too much on the intellect; whether it’s a live session or a recorded video, information only reaches the brain. True transformation happens only when you reach the depths of the heart.

Just yesterday, I began sessions for students in grades one through six in Hyderabad, while our principals took charge of classes seven, eight, and nine. Today, I am working with students from grades six, five, four, and three again. By next week, I will cover every grade, all the way down to nursery.

Many of you believe it is impossible to break children’s addiction to mobile phones. My goal is to make the impossible, possible. It would be unseemly for me to sing my own praises, but there are fifteen thousand parents—you might even know one or two of them. Reach out to them toward the end of this month and ask what happened.

Purity of mind, dedication, hard work, perseverance, morality, and honesty—these are the principles I follow; these are the steps I’ve climbed. I have imparted these lessons to hundreds of thousands of people—even during the time of the coronavirus, which shook the entire world.

Regardless of what others may think, remember: you are the sovereign of your own realm. You are the king, the soldier, the minister, and the entire army. In the school of life, you are the slate and the chalk, the question and the answer. You must be everything—you must strive every single day, achieve what you set out to do, and—even in the face of humiliation—persevere. Ornaments .. A View doubts as favorable signs, uncertainties as messages, and scorn as a form of recognition. Take that step forward; seek out the path strewn with thorns. Even when exhaustion sets in, press on to reach the floral paradise you once envisioned in your dreams. In a world where everyone is lost in their own sphere—caught in sorrows that no one else cares about—you must journey with yourself. You are your own strength, your own support system; the game is yours, and the victory is yours.

Never back down!

desire is strong

When your desire is strong ..

You get all the powers to achieve the same ! Attempting what appears to many as impossible! De addicting children from smart phone. Initiating a great program today.

Technology is something we should embrace, but it must remain our tool—we must never become its servants.

Regarding mobile phones:

They should be used, but only when necessary. While modern life is difficult to navigate without them, they must be used with a clear, disciplined approach—strictly for essential purposes.

A personal note:

Talking on a mobile phone exposes one to high levels of radiation. If I were to handle all my professional matters via phone calls, I would end up spending my entire day—from morning till night—on the phone, which could potentially lead to serious health risks, such as cancer.

For years, I have followed a specific practice: I have instructed my school’s executive team to call me only in cases of absolute urgency. For the past decade, all school-related operations have been managed via WhatsApp—using either text or voice messages. If I am in the middle of a class or occupied with other tasks, a direct phone call would be disruptive. With a WhatsApp message, however, I can review and respond once I am free and the class has concluded. Furthermore, the radiation exposure from a WhatsApp voice message (not a WhatsApp voice call) is significantly lower than that of a direct phone call.

I also have a program installed on my phone that automatically disconnects any incoming call from a number I haven’t saved; the phone doesn’t even ring. Some people go to the trouble of tracking down my number, only to be met with this outcome. It seems some individuals feel that a conversation only truly "counts" if it happens over a direct voice call. During this COVID-19 period, I have communicated with thousands of people via Facebook Messenger. When someone sends me a text or voice message, I respond with a voice message of my own. I often use the time spent traveling—whether returning home after school or moving between different branches—to reply to messages on WhatsApp and Messenger. It’s a matter of time management; it helps me complete tasks efficiently, avoid interruptions while I’m working, and minimize exposure to excessive radiation.

I do not watch YouTube videos or other content on my mobile phone. If I need to watch something, I use the smart TV at home, which is connected to the internet; I also have a desktop computer. In fact, this message—and, for that matter, about 90% of the messages I post on Facebook—is sent from that desktop.

As for "Good morning" messages, daily greetings, or posts about the *Panchangam* (almanac) that often circulate in WhatsApp groups—I simply ignore them and do not respond. If there is a conversation in a group of friends, I might reply if I happen to be free. However, there are some people who create "broadcast groups" just to send out "Good morning" messages; I block such individuals on WhatsApp.

While it is true that some elders may need to use mobile phones—and sometimes it is unavoidable—please keep the following in mind:

1. Do not carry your mobile phone in your pocket. Keep it in a bag or leave it in your vehicle. For tasks requiring internet access, a laptop—or better yet, a desktop computer—is preferable to a mobile phone. A laptop should not be placed on your lap; instead, it should be used on a desk.

2. Do not keep your mobile phone on your bed. I keep my phone on mute from 7:00 PM until 7:00 AM. During the COVID-19 waves, I kept the messenger notifications enabled due to the potential for emergencies.

3. Communicating via WhatsApp messages is better than talking over a phone call. If you must make a call, use earphones.

4. Keeping a mobile phone in a shirt pocket is dangerous; it can affect your heartbeat. Carrying it in a trouser pocket can lead to a decrease in sperm count in men.

5. Mobile phones should not be used in a fast-moving vehicle, as radiation levels are higher in such conditions. I struggle to follow this rule myself, as I often use my phone in the car due to time constraints; otherwise, I stick to WhatsApp, Facebook, or Messenger.

Mobile phones and children:

A seven-year-old boy ran away from home after being beaten by his father and ended up at a railway platform. There, he fell into the company of other such children. By the age of seven, he was already consuming cheap liquor, followed by cannabis. When he couldn't afford cheap liquor, he would use nail polish to get intoxicated—a state in which he was also subjected to same-sex acts. By age 14, he had contracted AIDS, and his liver and kidneys were severely damaged. By 20, he was like a living corpse, and he passed away at the age of 27.

A 22-year-old university student consumed beer after being pressured by his friends. After that, he would occasionally have a drink, though it never became a habit—it only happened during parties with friends. He quit entirely at the age of 45 and has remained healthy.

Since alcohol is harmful to one’s health, why do bars display signs prohibiting entry to those under 21?

In individuals under the age of 25, the prefrontal cortex is not yet fully developed; consequently, they lack self-control. If they develop a habit, they struggle to restrain themselves, making it highly likely that the habit will escalate into an addiction.

In the incident mentioned above, you saw how a boy who consumed alcohol at the age of seven ended up taking another boy's life. If you visit a juvenile detention center, you will find many such cases.

Similarly, if a child is given a mobile phone at the age of three, they are likely to become addicted to it—a situation that even adults often struggle to manage. Furthermore, a child’s brain, eyes, neck, and spine are still in a delicate, developing stage; the impact of a mobile phone can be twenty times more harmful to them.

on children's brain.

Companies come to private schools. Huge offers are given.Fix your children's tabs or laptop. Here is the offer for you.. Here is the cash in advance.

This kind of offer came in 2014 itself. Discussed with our teachers whether children actually need tabs. Even if I decided not to. Brainfeed interviewed me about what is it that you are opposing tabs and laptops in the modern age. I'm not objecting. Even if it is not necessary, the management is against making parents goats and children scapegoats for their profit. The French government has made a law banning laptops, tabs and cellphones in schools for the two years since it happened. The number of ADHD children has risen by thirty percent in the last eight years in lawless America.

Don't be lazy. Necessity should be used.

Really kids need the net but it needs to be on a laptop or desktop. That laptop or desktop should be in the main hall not in the bedroom. Cats do not look at adult items, it should have a software lock { child lock }. If you don't like this, you don't need Net Axis at all.

I don't want any of these. No need to... This is the new generation .. If you think it is technology generation .. Cancers, adhd, teenage loves, and suicides are also a new generation trend.

Everything has a consequence. Your thought is your future. The compass to your family.

Unbelievable facts!

43 percent of children in America suffer from obesity. Even if one were to downplay the severity of obesity, there is a high prevalence of other serious health issues: 26% suffer from allergies, 13% from asthma, and 7% from migraines.

Furthermore, 13 percent of children have learning disabilities, and another 10 percent suffer from ADHD.

This means one in every two children in America is ill—a situation that necessitates frequent hospital visits.

One in four people suffers from a mental disorder.

ADHD stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Syndrome. It is a mental disorder—or, more precisely, a neurological disorder.

Ten million American children suffer from ADHD.

Symptoms include an inability to sit still, difficulty focusing, irritability, impatience, excessive talking, and acting impulsively. Children with this condition are less likely to progress beyond their school-level education.

Why is the number of children with ADHD so high in America?

Some argue that while such conditions aren't being tested for or diagnosed in other countries, they are being actively diagnosed in the USA—hence the higher numbers. However, there is no truth to this. Based on my 22 years of experience observing thousands of children, I can state that the prevalence is not nearly as high in India.

In America, the number of such children has increased by 30% over the last eight years. The number is rising in India as well.

Excessive use of cell phones destroys brain cells, and ADHD can be a consequence of this. Do not give cell phones to your children; if you do, they will become addicted to them. The risk of diseases like cancer and ADHD will be reduced.

Cell phone in the hands of children is a time bomb. There's no time. Take the cell phone from their hands before life becomes scarce.

Do you know the answer?

Is there a COVID wave? No.

Is it coming soon? World-renowned scientists say it is endemic.

Is COVID dangerous for those who are vaccinated?

Crores of people across the world have been vaccinated.

Then why the vaccine?

It is claimed that if one is vaccinated, the severity of the disease is reduced even if infected. Fair enough.

But haven't crores of children—who were not vaccinated—contracted COVID? Can you point to even one child among them who died due to COVID? Hasn't it been proven by various studies—including an article published in *The Lancet*—that children do not experience severe illness because they have fewer ACE2 receptors? Furthermore, hasn't a large portion of the population already acquired primary immunity through prior infection? And hasn't it been proven that immunity gained through actual infection is 20% more effective than immunity gained through vaccination?

Recently, there has been an increase in deaths due to heart attacks. It is being propagated that this is due to "Long COVID." Doesn't this imply that even if one is vaccinated, one cannot escape "Long COVID"—and that death could still occur?

Then why vaccinate children aged 12–14 now? For whose benefit?

Tell me if you know. If it were truly beneficial for children, I would be the first to recommend it. If schools are forcing it, then walk away. According to an affidavit submitted by the Central Government to the Mumbai High Court, vaccination is voluntary. No one should be forced.

Cell Phone Addiction:

From three-year-old children to seventy-year-old seniors, everyone has reached a state where they feel they cannot live without a cell phone. People are dedicating more time to entertainment or passing the time on their phones than they do to their primary responsibilities—such as studies for children, or jobs and businesses for adults—and even more time than they spend sleeping.

We are currently living through the "era of the smartphone epidemic" in human history. In the film *Jambalakidi Pamba*, released thirty years ago, there is a phase where people begin to behave as if they have lost their minds; a remarkably similar situation is visible today. Children stay up until 2:00 AM playing video games on their phones, failing to get proper sleep, and then end up dozing off in the classroom while their teacher is trying to conduct a lesson—these are just a few of the many bizarre behaviors we see.

Like an ox wandering into a field and devouring the crops:

People spend day and night engaged in idle chatter and political gossip on WhatsApp groups—asking questions like, "When will his party be destroyed?" "When will this person go to jail?" or "Who is going to win?" In the past, people might have thought about politics briefly while reading the morning newspaper, or discussed it during election seasons. While political awareness among the public is certainly necessary, should politics be like a cricket match that goes on 24 hours a day, 365 days a year? With constant commentary: "Who’s winning?" "It’s all over for them!" "Their reputation is ruined!" or "They really took them to the cleaners!" "He used abusive language"—videos with such trashy headlines draw people in, stirring up agitation. This agitation triggers the release of cortisol, a stress hormone. The "bonuses" that follow include sleep deprivation, hair loss, appetite issues (either a loss of appetite or excessive hunger), overeating, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attacks, and strokes. This is the state of the adults today.

If the cow grazes in the field, will the calf stay on the bank?

As for the women—TV serials depict endless conflicts between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law, filled with schemes, conspiracies, and even poisonings—dramas that seem to go on forever, outlasting even the *Kaliyuga* itself.

In urban areas, the situation is even worse. Web series and films feature same-sex romances between women, explicit sexual content, and more—content that is a thousand times more intense than mainstream cinema, bordering on pornography. This is further fueled by YouTube videos and WhatsApp groups.

This is what "adulthood" looks like today.

If the cow grazes in the field, will the calf graze on the bank? The very first object a child touches these days—perhaps as early as their naming ceremony—is a "Hell-phone." That is not a spelling error; I mean a phone that leads to *hell*. A smartphone—a device that shows you hell while you are still alive. The cell phone shatters childhood and destroys lives.

The cell phone sows discord and ruin in your life and the lives of your children. Will it cause problems?

If you think it might, then read this message to the very end. If, however, you believe that a cell phone is merely a symbol of modern civilization—a sign of progress—then you may stop reading here. Feel free to continue spending your time happily exchanging "Good Morning" and "Good Night" messages in WhatsApp groups, forwarding every message you receive within ten seconds. But remember this message when, one day, your head is shaved for cancer treatment. I apologize for saying this—but the truth is often harsh.

The situation is different for adults; children, however, are still in a stage of physical growth. Cell phones have an impact on them that is a thousand times more harmful.

In a child's brain, the part known as the "prefrontal cortex" is not yet fully developed. It typically reaches full development around the age of 25; in anyone younger, it is still in a developmental phase. Consequently, such individuals have less control over their emotions and a limited capacity for discernment. Once they become habituated to something, it is much harder for them to break free. They are prone to "impulsive behavior"—acting on whatever whim crosses their mind, without realizing the potential harm. Even when adults try to reason with them, once they are addicted, they often find themselves unable to escape that dependency.

What happens if children spend hours on end glued to their cell phones? What are the consequences of becoming addicted to a mobile phone?

1. Gamer’s Thumb It sustains damage. Up to a certain point, this can be corrected through physiotherapy. If the problem becomes severe, surgery may be required; in some cases, the thumb might even need to be removed.

2. Trigger Finger: This applies to the other four fingers of the hand, involving the same issues mentioned above regarding the thumb.

3. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: A condition that affects the entire palm/hand.

4. Tennis Elbow: The elbow sustains damage.

5. Neck: The neck muscles and the spinal column in that area can be damaged, leading to headaches and an inability to turn the neck properly. Even after surgery, one might sometimes be left with lifelong neck issues, living a life of extreme limitation—effectively like a "living corpse."

6. Shoulders and Head: The shoulders may appear to slump or shift forward, as does the head.

7. Eyes: The blue light emitted by cell phones carries high energy. It penetrates the pupil and damages the retina. As a result, retinal cells begin to die off gradually. The eyes and the brain are unique parts of the body; while the body can regenerate cells in other areas if some are destroyed, cells in the eyes and brain—once damaged—cannot be restored, regardless of how much money is spent. Problems can range from watery eyes, burning sensations, dryness, and an inability to focus, to partial or even total blindness.

8. Brain: A part of the brain called the hippocampus gets damaged. The grey matter is also affected. These effects are permanent.

It leads to a lack of concentration, impatience, irritability, anger, and a loss of self-esteem.

Feelings of inferiority, suicidal thoughts, violent behavior, an inability to sit still in one place for even five minutes, hyperactivity, and memory issues—these are some of the consequences. Such children often prefer solitude; they lock themselves in their rooms, pretending to study, while becoming frantic or behaving as if they have lost their minds when deprived of their mobile phones. They may cry or even threaten to end their lives.

Today, these symptoms are visible in 70 out of every 100 children—varying only in degree or intensity. If left to worsen, these children may end up with mental disabilities or develop ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).

Mobile phone radiation affects children's brains twenty times more severely than it affects adults, and it carries the risk of causing cancer.

Smartphones entered our lives only after 2010, and their usage surged further following the introduction of affordable data plans in 2016. The significant rise in cancer cases is already evident among those who began using mobile phones only in the last six years. Due to lockdowns and the shift to online education, children have now become addicted to these devices. Are we destined to see children—with their heads shaved for brain cancer treatment and undergoing radiation—living like the "living dead"?

Children's addiction to mobile phones exists in various stages; some are currently in the early stages. If teachers and parents make a concerted effort, these children can be steered toward a better path. However, some have reached a point where behavioral therapy is no longer effective, and they require medication—such as Flunil—under the supervision of a psychiatrist. Will they improve with medication? It is hard to say for certain, but side effects are almost inevitable. Such is the reality of childhood today.

Then there is cell phone addiction—a habit that breeds isolation. Depending on the age, other issues often follow: alcohol and tobacco consumption, teenage romances, premarital sexual relationships, bullying, ragging, violent behavior, exposure to pornography, and the use of cannabis or other drugs. Education is ruined, and life is completely destroyed.

This is not a new observation. Technology should be our servant, yet a large portion of today’s society has become enslaved by it. Observing the unfolding situation and wishing to raise public awareness, back in 2018, I commissioned a song titled "O Chinni Vidyarthi... Endukura Ee Buddhi?" (Oh Little Student... Why This Behavior?). My friend Vandemataram Srinivas sang it, and it has been viewed by over a hundred thousand people on YouTube—you can find it by searching for "O Chinni Vidyarthi" on the platform.

Children have fewer ACE2 receptors in their bodies; I have stated a thousand times that, because of this, they remain largely unaffected even if they contract COVID-19. This is not some poetic invention or a personal whim of mine; it is a finding based on research by international scientists, which has undergone peer review and been published in medical journals like *The Lancet*.

People asked, "What does Vasireddy Amarnath know? Is he even a doctor? He’s only arguing against closing schools to protect his own business! If something happens to a child, who will take responsibility?" But where are those "intellectuals" now—the ones who stoked fear by claiming a third wave of COVID-19 would specifically target children? Because of your toxic propaganda, online education firms and gaming companies have profited immensely. In every household, children have fallen prey to the epidemic of cell phone addiction.

A corrupt society has robbed children of two years of their childhood. Nature is now exacting its revenge. Having lost their childhood, these children are now behaving like adults—and are even engaging in vices that surpass those of adults.

Whose fault is it? Where are the forces—and what are they—that committed a grave, unforgivable sin by robbing children of their childhood and subjecting their parents to extreme, irrational fear? Where is this so-called "wave" that supposedly targets children? How many children actually died due to COVID-19? And if schools remained closed, how did millions of children end up contracting the virus? Come with me—I can show you thousands of children who have lost their way: addicted to mobile phones, turning to marijuana and pornography while still in the tenth grade, and even threatening or physically assaulting their teachers and parents. This is the result of your conspiracies and your toxic propaganda. You should die of shame for having been born a human being.

Everyone is acting as if nothing happened.

It is not enough to merely point out a problem; one must provide a solution.

I have developed a program to help children break free from mobile phone addiction, using a scientific method known as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I will use this to ensure that the students in my own school are free from this affliction by the end of March.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I provided assistance to everyone who reached out, regardless of who they were. I saved hundreds of thousands of people from the burden of hospital expenses, working day and night without charging a single rupee.

In the same spirit, I will now do my part to protect children from this current "epidemic." I do not want a single penny. I have always viewed politics as a turbulent, chaotic sea—I have no interest in official positions, ceremonial shawls, or gifts. I do this simply because I was born a human being. It’s just about a sense of satisfaction—nothing more.

However, there are a few points to consider:

1. Before telling children what to do, adults must lead by example. If children are expected to stay away from mobile phones, adults should do the same—or at the very least, exercise self-control. Are you ready for that?

2. It would be ineffective—and quite pointless—for me to create a video about avoiding mobile phones, only for you to show it to your children on a mobile phone; it simply won’t have any impact. Instead, we need direct, face-to-face counseling. Organize meetings in your respective cities or neighborhoods—I will be there (during April and May). I will cover my own travel, accommodation, and meal expenses. The session will last two hours. All you need to arrange is the venue, the presence of you and your children, a water bottle on stage, and a PowerPoint presentation setup. Once my session concludes, the children...

An innovative idea. An innovative program.

By the end of March, I will ensure that no student using a 'slate' (digital tablet/device) touches a mobile phone. I am concerned about mobile phone addiction.

I cannot share the details—though it is no secret to God. There is no magic involved; it is entirely scientific.

If you know any parents who are educating their children using such 'slates,' please check in during the first week of April to see if what I predicted has come to pass.

Back in March 2020, when there was nothing to fear regarding Corona, I made some people look like publicity-obsessed maniacs.

I am saying this in March 2022: our children will break free from mobile phone addiction—and that, too, within just two weeks. A program for this is already prepared.

Some might be thinking, "Oh, he’s started again!" To them, my message is: "Go rot in hell."

Gotta leave for the airport at 4 am. Up at three reading these papers.

An interesting news in Andhrajyothi paper. Russia alleges that America has set up virus manufacturing labs in Ukraine. "What is it that Russia made such an allegation? "I was surprised for a while. If you browse foreign magazines, Russian allegations and US allegations on it - Chaos in international media.

Getting ready for a side trip. No time to study on this topic completely. Okay, let us share Andhrajyothi's clipping. If necessary with our opinion, we will post later. What Russia said may be true. Or maybe it's part of the tactic of war my thoughts.

Off to the airport (driver will drive) A person has posted a comment getting angry at me for posting that. We just posted a newspaper clipping. International media is fussing about this. What is the loss caused by my post to the people? Why is he so angry? "He got me thinking about it. Arrived at the airport. Did you get out of the car without taking a mask. Mask is needed at security check. I asked three people to give me a mask. Finally a guy begged for a mask. That is the glory of Facebook comment.

The journey to Tirupati begins.

Today in Puttur: A 3-hour session for parents in the morning, followed by four hours of interviews in the afternoon. Tomorrow in Tirupati (at Bhimas Paradise, Renigunta Road): A parenting session at 10:30 AM. This program will be broadcast live by local television channels (in Tirupati and Nellore) and will also be streamed live on Facebook. In the afternoon, starting at 2:00 PM, there will be interviews at Slate, Tirupati. I have a flight to Hyderabad at 8:00 PM, and I will be back home by 11:00 PM.

Why is there a lockdown in China again?

It is impossible to escape a coronavirus that spreads so rapidly. Containment measures like lockdowns, "stay-at-home" orders, and physical distancing sound good in theory, but they are impossible to implement in practice. The virus will not let go until it has infected everyone. It should be countered through methods like exposure to sunlight (for Vitamin D) and by eliminating fear. This approach can significantly reduce the death toll. Once a large percentage of the population is infected, they develop protection through T-cells—this is known as natural immunity, or "herd immunity." This is the only way to overcome the coronavirus. … These are the words I spoke during a Facebook Live video on the night of April 5, 2020, at 9:00 PM.

Lockdowns, tests, and all these measures—what is actually happening? By the time the second wave hit India, 90% of the population had already been exposed. The containment strategy proved to be a complete failure. If 90% of the population has already been infected and has developed natural immunity, then why the need for a vaccine? The pharmaceutical industry has bewitched the government. People have been vaccinated.

With the Omicron variant, there are almost no deaths. The reason is that 90% of the population already possesses T-cell protection. The "mafia" (pharmaceutical lobby) has brainwashed people into believing that they survived solely because of the vaccine. If hundreds of thousands of people fall ill, they hide that fact and claim the cause is something else entirely.

China is a perfect example of the adage: "If you plot evil against others, you will end up suffering yourself." They are the root cause of the global devastation. They imposed strict controls and administered vaccines—but what happened? They are now experiencing exactly what we went through two years ago—especially in Hong Kong. To some extent, this is also true in New Zealand.

What has become clear is this:

Policies regarding the coronavirus are rubbish. The vaccine is a failure. This won't be an issue in India, because we have already acquired immunity to the disease.

The media naturally tries to instill fear; it’s all just deception. No matter how many new mutations emerge, nothing will happen to us. There will be no more lockdowns. The coronavirus isn't going away. The schemes of the 'medical mafia' and the 'media mafia' will never cease! If you fall for their lies, your life will be ruined.

The National Health Commission of China has sent a secret document to the government stating that a large number of people who received the Chinese COVID-19 vaccine are developing blood cancer.

No matter how much they try to manipulate the situation or resort to deceitful tactics, the truth cannot be hidden-it is like fire (it will inevitably come to light).

This is the result of allowing globalists to dominate

While Russian-Ukrainian war is ongoing, let's take a look at the composition of the Ukrainian government:

The core decision-making inner circle of Ukrainian President Zelensky is actually based on his circle of friends when he was an actor.

1. The Chief of Staff of the Presidential Palace, Andre Yemark, is a comedy producer;

2. The head of the Presidential Administration, Andre Bodin, is a lawyer in the entertainment industry;

3. The president's chief policy adviser, Sergey Sheffey, is a comedy writer;

4. Ivan Bakanov, deputy chairman of the Ukrainian Supreme Intelligence Service, is the boss of a comedy film company;

5. Senior adviser to the Ukrainian National Defense Committee, Sergei Sivoko, is also a comedian and is Zelensky's partner in acting.

If you just look at their resume, you can't tell whether it is a film and television company or a country's decision-making body.

Why has Ukraine completely ignored the geopolitical relations of major powers over the years? It seems that homeland security and national development have nothing to do with these politicians-because it really doesn't matter, they are basically not Ukrainians.

Because Ukraine recognizes dual nationality, 80% of senior government officials are American, and 90% of the wealth and people of the rich are in London or Switzerland.

During the 2008 Olympics, the pro-American Georgian President Saakashvili, who was ordered to attack by Putin, was defeated and overthrown and transformed himself into the governor of Odessa Oblast, Ukraine.

The female health minister of Ukraine is the most typical example. She was born in the United States. Before 2013, she was an American general doctor. She went to Ukraine in 2013, naturalized in Ukraine in 2015, and was promoted to Deputy Minister of Health in 2016. In 2019, Zelensky defied all opposition and was appointed health minister.

The three ministers appointed by Ukraine's parliament in November 2014 are all foreigners:

The Secretary of the Treasury is American;

The Minister of Health is Georgian;

The Minister of Economy is Lithuanian;

The former president of Georgia was the governor of Odessa;

The last president, Petro Poroshenko, was said to be a CIA informant.

As for the grassroots troops, many frontline commanders are American and have joined Ukraine in recent years.

In terms of quantitative statistics, the indicators are like this:

① 80% of senior officials hold U.S. citizenship (dual citizenship is legal).

② 90% of the wealth of the rich are in Europe and the United States.

③ Zelensky is neither Russian nor Polish, but Jewish, and he also has a mansion and huge assets in the United States.

Is there any hope for ordinary people in such a country?

When the war comes, will anyone think about this land from the point of view of the country and nation?

So what is the ultimate goal of so many people with American and Western European nationalities infiltrating Ukraine?

The Ukrainian government is a high-sounding government in the name of the Ukrainian state and the Ukrainian people. In fact, it is nothing more than a shadowy cabinet. Living in such a country is helpless and tragic, and it is really hard for more than 40 million Ukrainian people!

I thought the Russia-Ukraine war would end in three days, but it has already been going on for two weeks.

I’m not sure whether to call the Ukrainian president’s stance—his patriotism and perseverance—an act of courage or sheer stupidity. The conflict has dragged on for this long, with the US and European nations standing firmly behind Ukraine.

Media outlets across the globe stopped reporting the truth a long time ago; critics argue that every piece of news published is essentially "paid news." It has become clear to everyone that the media has been compromised—bought off, in part, by entities like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation—leading to the abandonment of the truth. Critics suggest that the US is effectively purchasing global media coverage, using it to push an anti-Russian narrative throughout this conflict.

When the COVID-19 pandemic first began, there was a massive, hyped-up narrative that South Korea had pioneered an "innovative" approach to containing the virus. In reality, there was nothing miraculous about it—they simply bought more testing kits, conducted more tests, and lined the pockets of global pharmaceutical companies. That was the whole story. Now, while COVID-19 cases have dropped significantly worldwide, South Korea is seeing 350,000 cases a day. What happened to their much-touted "innovative" strategies? Why are there so many cases? While it is true that the death toll remains low, consider New Zealand—it was widely publicized that their female leader had implemented strict measures to prevent the virus from spreading. Yet, they are now seeing 25,000 cases a day. While deaths may be low, the "medical mafia" is shamelessly pushing the narrative of "long COVID"—claiming that the virus can cause health issues, such as heart attacks, for years after the initial infection. Is there a threat to the people of South Korea and New Zealand?

If there is a person who believes, the medical mafia of the world will bark no matter how many times it is. Shame on you left everything. Shane Warne died of liquid diet. Let us ask in their language. Is there any news that he died on liquid diet? Was it published in Lancet? Did peer review happen? There is no. Then how can you say liquid diet? Shane Warne is a breath of air when it comes to that word. It can be said that he died due to breathing air right? Or the one who wakes up and brushes his teeth in the morning.. That is why he died or because he is the one who fulfills the history.... Don't say anything, I have a heart, so I got a heart attack. Every human being who has a heart should immediately go and get 2D eco test, ECG done. They are happy to celebrate. Delta seems to have fallen into drought after.

Where is the drought. Three lakh side reactions. Their situation is like sixty lakhs

Our driver Swamy. Got blood clots in the eye. Why should I say it specifically? That's why. Six months before he had an eye operation. Hundreds of people have already come there with the same problem. Had to have another eye surgery last week. This time the hospital is fighting from door to door. Everyone knows why this is happening. But they are managing.

Ok what's done is done .. corona If you think the riot is over.... Will the blood boiled Guntanakka be silent? New stain game in Hong Kong. This is the most dangerous variant so far. Is your donut also not something? Mafia people! Till now corona has managed not to come in Hong Kong. Isn't it a part of China? Now the B2 variant that is related to Omicron is expanding. In our country, Alpha on the other side and Delta has reached ninety percent. That's how antibodies got more T cells protection than they did. This is why Omicron is mildly effective. Hong Kong people don't have this kind of protection. Moreover, they would have taken China vaccine. With this, deaths are happening to the new variant of Omicron. Oh my god.. This shab variant is very dangerous guru. Medical media mafia has started campaigning under the leadership of Gates grandfather saying to close the world again.

History will not forgive. Definitely, you will experience this much.

Impactful speech Madhuri !

Why do children become addicted to cell phones—and, specifically, to things like video games?

1. At a stage where a child’s brain is not yet fully developed—what is the status of the prefrontal cortex? Why does this addiction occur, and why is it so difficult to break free from it? What can be done?

2. What is "dopamine addiction," and how is it linked to cell phone addiction? The video game industry is a hundred-billion-dollar enterprise, with children as its primary target. The goal is to keep the player coming back, again and again. Humans have an innate, almost primal drive for adventure, exploration, achieving goals, and asserting their own superiority—a trait seen in historical figures like Alexander the Great, Columbus, Vasco da Gama, and Edmund Hillary. How does the gaming industry exploit this very psychology to pull children and youth into an abyss?

3. How are the amygdala and hippocampus—key parts of the brain—affected by playing video games, and what are the consequences? When parents complain or weep, teachers scold, or grades drop—could these underlying brain changes be the reason children fall into a state of oblivious, self-destructive behavior? What can be done?

4. Children who play video games excessively often develop physical ailments such as "gamer’s thumb," trigger finger, tennis elbow, or carpal tunnel syndrome. What are these conditions, and how should they be addressed?

5. Issues such as an addiction to junk food, obesity, digestive problems, irregular eating habits, sleep deprivation (insomnia), impatience, frustration, and anger are common. Furthermore, children addicted to cell phones and video games may exhibit anxiety, depression, stress, a rebellious attitude, feelings of inferiority, identity crises, suicidal tendencies, a desire for isolation, withdrawal from family, confinement to their rooms for hours on end, and a refusal to attend school or even socialize with friends. Why does this happen? And why is there such an excessive production of cortisol in their bodies? What to do?

6. Why do issues like impaired vision, lower back pain, poor shoulder posture, forward-leaning head, and neck pain arise? What is the solution?

Years ago, a terrorist named Dhanu assassinated Rajiv Gandhi by wearing a suicide belt. How could she summon the courage to do such a thing, knowing it would cost her own life? It was the result of "brainwashing." How are the brainwashing techniques—often used in terrorist camps or by drug cartels—being employed by video game developers? How are our children being brainwashed? Just as it is incredibly difficult to rehabilitate someone addicted to narcotics like cannabis, charas, or LSD, why is it becoming equally challenging to help children who have become completely addicted to their mobile phones?

What are today’s parents and teachers doing? What is wrong with their approach? How much of it is actually correct? What are the outcomes? What should be done?

Breastfeeding Epidemic:

Cell phone. This is the real pandemic.

In the post-pandemic world, i.e. in the post-corona era, almost all children have fallen into the habit of cell phones. Some are addicted. And some people are a little lower level. That's the difference!

Most parents know their children are doing something on their cell phone. But have no idea what they are doing.

Hand slips even if you know it. If you don't touch the cell phone, anger, intolerance, rebellion tendency, "I will jump from the floor and die, I will run away from the house, are you parents? Are all parents like you? Emotional blackmailing says "This is the behavioral trend of children who are addicted to cell phones.

Playing 1 single player or multiplayer interactive video games. 2. Creating accounts on Instagram or other social media and posting photos and videos. Comments on that. Waiting for compliments. 3. In social media groups, they are very secret groups .. Chatting and posting .. In groups like this one posting that the teacher in the school, college is beautiful, that girl is having an affair with him, others follow it, posting supportive comments, bullying juniors in groups like this, what are they supposed to do in a matter Planning to escape after telling. 4. Chatting with strangers and sending them pics and videos of themselves. Once in a while this video chat is going on half naked full naked. Whatsapp groups are also becoming platforms for this. This is becoming a monument to professional black milers many times. 5. Watching adult rated videos on YouTube, web series, watching porn films. Teacher - Student sex is trending in these things. Child porn films are expanding into a dark net platform. Sex with children for yellow noses is becoming a platform for buying drugs and weapons. 6. With the influence of alcoholism, smoking, hookah, weed and drug use, teenage love, marital sex, affairs, breakups.. The world of today's children is becoming a crime by doing grudges, bullying, attacks.

Ten years ago, in big cities, some children would have had this situation. The cell phone went to the hands of the children saying that it is the virtue of online classes. They are two years away from school/college. Hostages in the house. This is the main reason they have descended into the abyss of the dark world of the internet.

Everyone in that class knows that their class is having a boy and girl affair. I know that Falana drinks vodka and drinks hookah. But no one is afraid. "It's all natural. They think that parents and teachers are doing raddhantham unnecessarily. They try hundreds of times to hide the matter. If necessary, they will give false evidence to the teacher or the parent. "No, you believe by saying that nothing is happening as you thought".

Why like this? What's going on? What are the solutions? In the second part..

"What is the cost per day for the food you take? — Question from a Facebook friend.

I'm not sure how much it costs. But one thing I can say for sure. In the work I do every day (if you pay a price for it) I have a thousand shares. (Not the thousandth part. One lakh share)

In other words, in the salary I give to my employees, if they beg me to donate ten days salary ... If they give me, I can eat like this till I die. (just one time. Third part of one month's salary).

But my problem is different that's a big weakness. Can't live without work.

So be aware of my food cost as well as my work. Imitate it as well.

As said, I did not inherit properties and floors. There are no godfathers. I have reached this position with hard work, perseverance and self-confidence for many years!

What I give to this community is fifty thousand per day.

I'll take five bucks.

posted photos of my breakfast and lunch

Here are pictures of what I had for dinner last night. I also posted photos of my breakfast and lunch from earlier today.

Some people might wonder where the carbohydrates are in this. Fruit rolls contain carbs, too—and they are good-quality carbohydrates, perfectly sufficient for my needs. I even managed 50–70 kg workouts at the gym today—where did that energy come from?

I’ve suggested following this regimen—until you see a noticeable reduction in belly fat—for at least a month. After that, you can gradually introduce items like brown rice, millets, sorghum (jowar), or pearl millet (bajra).

You can check out all my posts regarding this diet from the last three days.

For now, here are the photos of my dinner.

Since I’m working out, I require a higher protein intake; however, not everyone necessarily needs to consume this much chicken.

Messaging on Facebook is one thing, but perhaps the same content could be explained better through a video.

I started a YouTube channel called "Vasireddy Apex Classes" to share my thoughts on topics like education, health, and finance—subjects that I believe can be useful to everyone—and I’ve uploaded several highly beneficial videos there.

Perhaps people on YouTube prefer sensational content; even though I provide quality material, the view counts are modest. My goal isn't just to rack up views or earn money—it’s simply disheartening to see so few people engaging with what I have to share.

I haven’t posted a new video on that channel for nearly a year. Do take a look at the existing videos; if I find that they are truly useful to others, I will continue creating more. Please subscribe if you find the content valuable.

Some acquaintances of mine have also launched a YouTube channel called "Wonders of the World," tailored to the tastes of today’s youth. I serve as an advisor for this channel, while they handle the titles and overall presentation. Please check that out as well and let me know what you think.

You can find both links in the comments section below.

Are oats good?

Yes, they are a good food. However, they are imported from abroad, which costs the country foreign exchange.

Millets grown locally offer the same nutritional qualities and also support our farmers. Grains like *ragulu* (finger millet) and *jonnalu* (sorghum) are excellent choices (though those with diabetes should be cautious not to consume too much *ragulu*).

Soy is high in protein, but it is not necessarily good for health; it carries a risk of cancer and thyroid issues.

Sprouted seeds: If you consume them when the sprouts have grown to two or three inches in length, you will avoid issues with gas.

Daily drinking, tea / coffee free!

Diseases caused by it - Treatment for them, medicines are free.

Even if not everyone, some people smoke cigarettes and alcohol free. Medicines for the diseases that come with it are free.

Cannabis free. Drugs free.

Like Coke Pepsi, only one liter is ten and ten. Pizza burgers for a buck.

Idli dosa pongal telannam puri like car cheap.

Sprouted pesalu, sprouted kandulu, sprouted senegal, root buckwheat seeds, guava, vegetable, spinach, cucumbers (kheera) are very costly food. Is that all?

We all have a weakness. We try to justify what we are addicted to. Just ask a weed smoker. Banning marijuana is a lecture that it has existed since ancient times and has thousands of health benefits.

White rice, maida, sugar are some kind of addictions. They are not under sixty. Poisons destroying society for two to three generations.

Change is possible if there is determination. Healthy food is not costly. It can be delicious.

Humans have existed on this Earth for four million years.

Consider yourself, your father, your grandfather-if you trace your lineage back, you would have 12 million ancestors. Rice and wheat only appeared within the last 15,000 years; all those who came before survived without them. Moreover, the rice and wheat consumed back then were entirely different from what we have today. The "poison" known as white rice-along with refined wheat flour (maida) and sugar-only became part of our diet about sixty years ago. If you find it difficult to give up these harmful substances for even a month-or at least three months-how can that be? Is it truly harder than going about your daily life while carrying around a bloated, distended belly?

Questions asked by Facebook friends via Messenger regarding the diet post I shared, along with my answers:

1. Include chicken, mutton, fish, eggs, paneer, guavas, broccoli, mushrooms, and sprouted seeds, along with various vegetables and leafy greens. Also, consume a serving of walnuts, almonds, and pistachios once a day.

Eat these for all three meals (for a period of three months; after that, you may introduce small amounts of brown rice or millets—such as sorghum, pearl millet, or finger millet).

You can prepare the food however you like. You may use oil, but keep the salt content low. You can also use spices, but in moderation. Vegetables like cucumbers can be eaten raw; others can be stir-fried or made into a *sambar* (lentil-based vegetable stew)—it’s entirely up to your personal taste. For instance, you could have a vegetable juice in the morning, a stir-fry for lunch, and a *sambar* for dinner—the choice is yours. Just avoid items like rice and *chapati* (flatbread). That’s all.

Can you prepare a meal once and eat it for all three meals? Well, don’t you eat the same type of food (like rice) every single day? Doesn’t that get boring? Prepare your daily meals just as you normally would—the only difference is that rice and wheat are excluded. As for how to cook them, I won’t dictate that; it depends on your own taste.

"Eating this kind of food feels difficult"—this is one piece of feedback I’ve received. Consider conditions like high blood pressure, gangrene, heart attacks, and joint pain.

Can’t you prepare delicious meals without using rice, wheat, sugar, or refined flour (maida)? Think about it.

A second-grade boy...

the other day, he filed a complaint with the police, alleging that his teacher had beaten him.

The police and the media praised the boy for his courage.

Yesterday... he was found at a *kallu* (toddy) shop, with a bottle of *kallu* in his possession.

The time is not far off when teachers might as well leave the teaching profession to the media and the police, and look for a different line of work instead.

About the post named carb diet yesterday morning ..

1. This diet is not just for diabetics. Anyone who wants to be healthy can take it. Age doesn't matter.

2. This is not a keto diet. I told you to take Kayaguras (not just dumpa curry) every time. Vegetables like okra, beetle, sour, brinjal can lead to less amount of carbs in the body. These are complex carbohydrates. These are going to be enough. I am exercising with kilograms of weights every day. Those who can understand. Peaches are good for the body due to fruits. Acidity constipation problems will go away with this. I told you to stay hydrated.

2. This diet will reduce excess fat in the body. The weight is coming off. Need to cut down on the salt. BP will go down because of this. Slim becomes active. The brain is getting active.

3. Taking walnuts daily will increase good cholesterol and bad cholesterol will decrease. Clots in the blood reduce the chances of stroke and stroke. I told you to walk in the sun for at least thirty minutes a day. Vitamin D is what it brings. Cardio exercise can keep the heart and respiratory diseases healthy.

In one word, since man was born on earth till now, 99% of the time he has taken only this kind of diet.

See the photo below. This 23-year-old boy who is conducting a fitness test to sports teachers is giving you valuable information for free while doing it himself, following it and experiencing the result.

Carry bags under eyes, egg expert uncles with a family pack. This guy doesn't care if it's a keto diet. Go away there.. He keeps going forward thinking that he will get down.

Low-Carb Diet:

That means food with less dough. This is useful for sugar control, for burning fat in the body and getting slim in a healthy way, for keeping BP under control.

Vegetarian : Paneer, Mushrooms, Guava (not guava), sprouted peas, Broccoli.. And vegetables (no need for potato like curry) greens, walnuts, almonds, pistachio

non-vegetarian Chicken, mutton, fish, chicken egg white yolk.

Should eat these three times. Brown rice once a week. Vegetables must be eaten every time along with non-vegetarian food.

Drink four liters of water every day. Walk in the sun for half an hour.

If you do this kind of diet for three months, you will get good results. Might have some brown rice on top of that.

For the first three months, the ingredients made of rice and wheat should not be touched. Sugar maida white poison. Don't touch them in life. Depending on the sugar level after three months of dieting, fruits can be taken in the evening. I was diagnosed with diabetes ten years ago, even if I eat four bananas, my reading will not cross 130.

Regarding the post I shared yesterday about generic drugs:

1. Generic drugs are available at regular pharmacies as well—it’s worth checking. {When should you visit a pharmacy? When should you take the medication?}

2. Some shops sell generic drugs at inflated prices; this essentially amounts to deception. Generally, generic drugs should be 75–80% cheaper than branded versions. If you are unsure about the price, you can verify it at 'Jan Aushadhi' (or similar generic medicine) stores, which are dedicated to selling generic drugs.

3. Some friends commented that 'Metformin'—which I mentioned in my post—is a brand name, not a generic one. Actually, 'Metformin' is a generic name. To give another example: 'Dolo 650' is a brand name, while 'Paracetamol' is the generic name.

As for my personal experience with Metformin: I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2011. I discovered it almost by chance after getting a blood sugar test done at a multiplex (Prasads Multiplex). I visited a hospital, and they prescribed Metformin—a medication that suppresses appetite. After taking it for six months, I became extremely thin—practically a skeleton.

I then researched how to manage diabetes and learned about the right diet. I stopped taking the medication, and my blood sugar has been under control for a long time now. I also slimmed down, though I still had a bit of a belly. Last July, following a suggestion from my gym trainer, I adopted a low-carb diet—consisting primarily of vegetables, eggs, chicken, and mutton for all three daily meals, along with a small portion of walnuts, almonds, and pistachios once a day. Have you seen the photos? I’ve become quite lean—I’ve even developed a six-pack! If you take Metformin, you’ll end up starving and feeling stuck. You have to be patient. If I had continued on that path, I might not even be here today. Now, I’ve gone from having a "six-pack" (in the wrong sense) to being slim, all thanks to this diet—and I’m full of energy! I have interviews scheduled from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM every single day, and my mind and body are sharper and more agile than ever.

As part of a low-carb diet, you should include a "carb break" once a week—a meal where you eat carbohydrates. Since it’s Saturday, I indulged—I had *gongura* rice, *pudina* (mint) rice, corn fritters, and *vada*—all ordered from restaurants. My taste buds cooperate with me all week long, so it’s only fair to treat them once in a while!

Tonight, I’m on a high-carb diet, which should logically cause my blood sugar levels to spike, right? I wondered the same thing, so I decided to check. If you test your levels an hour and a half after dinner—would you believe it, or do you think I’m lying?—the reading was 111. Even if I checked half an hour later, there wouldn’t be much of a difference. As for diabetes—I conquered that way back in 2011. If it hadn’t happened, I might have ended up like those people who go around aimlessly... but instead, I took control. The foundation—the real reason behind my current fitness and my six-pack—is the fact that I was diagnosed with diabetes eleven years ago. It’s not just a disease; it’s a challenge. An opportunity to set your health right—a warning from Nature saying, "Your diet and your lifestyle are not as they should be."

I recently watched a segment on the show *'Ali tho Saradaga'* (Fun with Ali), where an actress broke down in tears, sharing that her husband had passed away due to diabetes. It was truly heartbreaking.

What happens when you address diabetes the right way? Look at Vasireddy Amarnath—he is a living example. As I head out for interviews today, I’ll snap a photo and post it. People are actually asking, "How old is he? He’s so slim—he doesn't look like a patient at all!" In a word, he looks handsome—all thanks to a healthy lifestyle. I, too, am an example—consider this a bit of motivation.

Adulthood arrives twice in one's life. The first time, it happens naturally to everyone. The second time—as seen in the case of Vasireddy Amarnath—it comes through the right diet, regular exercise, and a disciplined way of life.

Who’s coming along with me?

Welcome to the 'Second Youth' club! There is just one condition: in this 'second innings,' you must dedicate some of your time and knowledge to society. If you don’t, you’ll just end up putting on weight!

Do generic medicines lack quality?

The term "generic medicine" is being heard quite often these days. But what exactly is a generic medicine? How can they be so much cheaper than "original" (brand-name) medicines? Do they actually possess quality?

Many people have a common bias: if something is expensive, it is assumed to be of high quality, whereas if it is cheap, it is dismissed as worthless. Does this logic apply to generic medicines as well?

How is a medicine—whether it’s a tablet, a syrup, or an injectable—actually produced? What exactly is a medicine?

How is it determined that a specific medicine is the right treatment for a particular disease? Pharmaceutical companies are the ones that manufacture medicines, which are essentially combinations of various chemical substances.

Developing a medicine requires extensive research, involving numerous scientists—a process that can sometimes span years. This is where the costs arise.

Expenses include scientists' salaries, laboratory operations, and more; the development of a single drug can sometimes cost hundreds of crores. Once a medicine is developed, it isn't immediately released into the market. It undergoes rigorous, multi-stage testing to evaluate its efficacy and potential side effects. Trials are conducted first on animals, such as monkeys, and subsequently on human volunteers. Testing a new, experimental drug on one's own body carries significant risk—there is even a possibility of death. Consequently, those who volunteer for such trials are compensated with substantial payments. From research and development to testing and final approval, the costs incurred at every stage are immense. If it is proven at all stages that a drug is effective, the drug control authority grants it approval and a patent.

What does a patent mean?

I often receive complaints from friends on Facebook: "Sir, people are posting your messages under their own names instead of yours. These friends feel it is unfair that after you have invested so much time—drawing upon your knowledge and experience, studying, and drafting these posts—others share them as their own, without even mentioning your name." Sir, I post these things to educate people on various issues, and it gives me a positive feeling. What is truly needed is for people to remain vigilant. Whether or not my name is attached, if the people circulating these posts are aware, I am happy to provide answers.

Posting about COVID-19, as well as educational and social issues, is a hobby of mine—not my profession. I do not earn a living from these posts; I do it in my spare time out of a sense of social responsibility. This activity fosters a positive feeling within me, which triggers the production of "happy hormones"—bringing me both joy and good health. What more could one ask for? As the elders say, "If you do good, good will come to you." Similarly, the warning "Do not cause harm, lest you suffer harm yourself" falls into the same category.

My personal approach is different, but the situation regarding pharmaceutical companies is a matter of systemic structure. After investing crores of rupees and spending years on clinical trials, what would happen if other companies simply copied and sold the same medicine?

If such copying were allowed, no company would come forward to develop new medicines. Research and development would cease, and scientific progress would come to a standstill. That is why there are patents.

A patent is an intellectual property right. It signifies that a specific company has developed a particular medicine and holds the exclusive right to it for a set period—for instance, the next ten years. This grants the company the sole right to produce it, prohibiting anyone else from copying it.

There are international agreements regarding this; a patent granted in one country must generally be recognized by others. This is facilitated by frameworks like the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), under which signatory nations agree to respect patent rights. Consider, for example, watches: a Swiss-made watch might cost as much as 3 million (30 lakh) rupees, while a near-identical replica—indistinguishable from the original—can be found in China for just three hundred rupees. China has become a hub for the large-scale production of such duplicates. Patent rights are a vast subject, which I may explore in a future post. In simple terms, a patent grants an individual or company exclusive control over the manufacturing of a product for a specified duration.

Once a company secures a patent, it brings the medicine to market. The pricing includes not only the direct production costs but also the expenses incurred during research and the regulatory approval process—a practice that is both natural and fair.

However, patent rights are time-bound—lasting, for example, five, seven, or ten years. During this period, only the patent holder (or their authorized partners) has the right to manufacture the product. Once the patent expires, however, any company is free to produce that medicine.

Medicines manufactured by other companies after a patent has expired—sold without the original brand name—are known as "generic" medicines. Branded medicines are expensive. Why? Because, as mentioned earlier, the costs incurred during their research and development are factored into their price. Generic medicines, however, are different. Let’s look at an example.

METFORMIN is branded.

Take, for example, the drug Glucophage. Both the branded version and its generic counterpart contain the exact same chemical ingredients—it is the same medicine, just under different names. Branded products are sold at a higher price, while generic versions are much more affordable.

After reading this, a question might naturally arise: while it is fair and ethical to charge a higher price as long as a patent is in effect, why would anyone continue to buy the expensive branded version once the patent expires and other companies introduce the same drug at, say, 20% of the original cost? Couldn't the original company simply lower its price? If you are thinking this way, it suggests you may not be aware of the naivety of the general public or the powerful influence of pharmaceutical marketing.

Some people might think, "Generic drugs? They’re so cheap—aren't they just for the 'working class' or those with less means? We belong to a 'higher class'—we need branded products." This is a mindset often cultivated by the marketing strategies of pharmaceutical companies. You get the idea, right?

Our governments are actively encouraging the use of generic drugs. Of course, the best approach is to avoid needing medication altogether—maintain a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet, stay well-hydrated, manage stress, get plenty of exercise, engage in positive activities, and foster the release of "happy hormones." Food is the best medicine. However, if you do fall ill and require medication, opt for generic versions. Save your money—if you have extra funds, put them toward a good cause.

When you have a prescription from your doctor, take it to a pharmacy that specializes in generic medicines. The pharmacist there will provide the appropriate medication. While the name on the prescription might differ from the name on the medicine provided, understand that this is merely a difference in the brand name—the chemical composition remains exactly the same.

Generic drugs are inexpensive, yet they offer the same quality. Buy generic medicines whenever necessary. Where can you find generic medicines in your area? Just ask Google! Search for "generic medical shops in Tirupati," "Warangal," or "Eluru"—simply replace these with the name of your own town. Google will provide a list for you in an instant. Need to know how to get to a specific shop? Type the shop's name into Google Maps, and it will guide you there. You can head to these places—no need to sing a song about it (though you’re welcome to try if you’d like! ). By the way, have you ever wondered how Google provides so many services for free? Well, nothing is truly free—it’s a business! Perhaps I’ll write more about that later.

The essence of this post is: generic medicines are safe, offer the same quality, and come at a significantly lower price. Be sure to choose generic medicines whenever you need them. Please share this post with others—whether on Facebook, in WhatsApp groups, or on a website. It doesn’t matter if my name is included or not; I’m happy either way. May everyone, everywhere, be happy and prosperous.

1. In a government residential school, teachers are at their wits' end, unsure of how to handle the behavior of students in grades 8 through 10. The students insist on taking turns to go home every week or fortnight, returning after spending two or three days there. Upon their return, they secretly bring mobile phones with them—devices loaded with content that they watch at night, evading the teachers' notice. This is what the school principal shared with me. "Tell me what to do; the tenth-grade examinations are fast approaching," she lamented. It is easy to infer that the content the students are secretly watching is pornographic.

2. In a government school in Anantapur district, it has become common for tenth-grade students to arrive at school under the influence of alcohol. Attacks on teachers have become a frequent occurrence. The destruction of school furniture and physical altercations among the students themselves happen all too often. Teachers are left in tears, witnessing this behavior; in some instances, they have even had to approach the police station.

In private schools in Hyderabad, it is not uncommon for children to engage in physical violence against one another. In one such incident, a student even lost his life.

4. Bengaluru city. There have been numerous incidents where children, during online classes, have taken screenshots of their female teachers and posted them online, accompanied by lewd descriptions of the teachers' body parts. Unable to endure such harassment, many female teachers have chosen to quit the teaching profession.

5. In Hyderabad, a boy in the tenth grade—whose family runs a medical shop—spends his time until 2:00 AM behind a locked door, engaged in activities on his mobile phone. When his parents question him, he becomes violent and assaults them. On one occasion, he pushed his father out of the room and bolted the door from the inside until 1:00 AM. He often cries and threatens to jump from a hilltop. A girl from his school, who is in the ninth grade, engages in video chats with him until 1:00 AM; his parents have no idea what kind of conversations take place during these chats.

6. In Gandhi Nagar, Hyderabad, a tenth-grade boy spends the entire night playing PUBG. He does not attend online classes, refuses to go to school, keeps his door locked, and intimidates everyone around him.

7. In LB Nagar, Hyderabad, a boy was caught by his teacher while watching pornography at school. He attacked the teacher who questioned him and fled the school premises. In another incident, two students were caught bringing vodka mixed in a water bottle to school.

8. A boy from a remote village in Nalgonda district. In that village, mobile network signals are poor. To attend online classes, a boy—along with two others—rented a room in the city. During this time, he developed a habit of drinking whiskey. Now that schools have reopened, he refuses to go to class unless he is given whiskey, threatening to commit suicide if his demand is not met.

9. A ninth-grade student in Vijayawada was caught bringing cigarettes to school.

10. Sixty percent of students have lost their academic footing. They have forgotten basic concepts, such as multiplication tables and fundamentals from lower grades. They have lost the inclination to study, show no focus on their academics, and do not listen to lessons in class.

11. Engaging in activities like watching pornography, participating in sex chats or nude video chats, consuming alcohol, smoking, and using drugs (such as cannabis) has become a habit for some. Attacks on teachers have also become commonplace.

Private schools, fearing damage to their reputation or a decline in admissions, act as if they are indifferent to these issues. Meanwhile, teachers in government schools are left at their wits' end, unsure of how to handle such incidents. Some teachers try to intervene—even going so far as to plead with the students—while others simply ignore these matters and focus on their own private business interests. When an incident occurs, the media covers it through a crime reporter on the crime news page and then simply moves on. The government and political parties remain indifferent; politicians are too busy trading insults. Parents, meanwhile, cherish their own children, assuming that such incidents happen only in some distant, obscure place—as if they have nothing to do with their own lives. It is only when a situation within their own homes spirals completely out of control that they scramble to seek help from someone like me, or from a psychiatrist.

Schools, teachers, parents, the media, and the government—all are "actively" involved, yet they operate under the delusion that "there is no real problem; things will just sort themselves out on their own." Their performance is so convincing, it surely deserves an Oscar.

If things continue this way, we might soon reach a point where classes have to be conducted under police protection—much like the scene in the film *Jambalakidi Pamba* where Babu Mohan, playing a police officer, oversees a classroom. Juvenile delinquents are being created. Furthermore, women from respectable families will no longer choose to enter the teaching profession.

Wake up! Stop the charade. Recognizing that a problem exists is the first step toward a solution.

1. Due to the shift to online classes during the pandemic, students have become accustomed to using mobile phones—exposing them to all the filth and toxicity lurking in the dark corners of the internet. Teachers must be trained on how to address and handle this situation.

2. Addictions to cell phones, junk food, and pornography have become the characteristic vices of children in the twenty-first century—specifically, children growing up in a post-computer society.

An ideological struggle must take place. Lessons of this nature should be incorporated into textbooks.

3. Every educational institution must have arrangements in place to provide counseling to children. Those who have strayed onto a path of crime must be dealt with strictly. Existing laws should be reviewed.

Only when there is public awareness will the media—and, consequently, the government—respond. Please share this message until it reaches the authorities. It should appear in every WhatsApp group. Public support and moral strength must compel the government to take action.

You can't meet me directly in life for marketing. A man who worked as Senior IAS, TTD EO is asking his elder brother's grandson for nursery seat (only for seat .. Not fee reduction) He called the other day.

Nine hundred staff members—including teachers, drivers, office assistants, and nannies—bringing the total to two thousand employees!

And that is just at 'Slate'. Beyond that, there are the schools under the 'Samishti Vidya' umbrella, with twenty thousand children and all their parents. This is my family.

I am not the type to sit in an air-conditioned room; I visit every classroom and personally oversee everything.

There are six secretaries, and whenever we post a job opening, we receive at least two thousand applications—requiring an entire team just to process them.

To put it humbly, these are my responsibilities; this is my workload.

During the difficult times of the COVID-19 pandemic, the lockdown gave me some extra time, and I made myself available to everyone.

Even now, you can reach out to me regarding matters like your career or health—I am always happy to set aside time for that!

I manage my time by using the intervals—such as when I’m traveling by car between branches, or during other breaks, and even early in the morning—to engage on Facebook.

For inquiries like "What is the salary for this job?", "When are the interviews?", "What are the working hours?", or "What are the school fees?", please call the numbers provided, and our staff will be happy to assist you.

Beauty queens and ordinary people, why fighting a foreign army with advanced military assets?

Salute to the patriotism of the people. . Great.

But anyone who knows military tactics would say it would seriously hurt those people. What if Russia breaks with tanks and bombs?

Usually not targeting civilians. But here civilians are also fighting the war. Can the common people who have never been armed with a gun withstand the bombs falling from the sky?

One is a great dictator. Another's patriotism is great. But strategy is needed. Ingenuity is required.

Don't turn it into a world war.

From Ukraine to the Philippines-why must Indian students travel to the far corners of the globe for medical education?

Why are the numbers of government hospitals and medical colleges in the country not increasing in proportion to the growing population? Why is medical education in India becoming so expensive? What forces are at play behind this? If students could pursue their medical education here at the same cost they incur abroad, how many crores in foreign exchange could be saved? Establishing a private medical college requires an investment of at least 500 crore rupees. Are these regulations truly designed with public health in mind, or is this the work of a 'mafia'? This is the discussion that needs to take place.

Death chatter!

Yesterday while walking in KBR park met an old friend. He worked as an editor of a magazine. Now they are in constitutional position.

Our discussion has turned towards creating terror in the name of corona. Some of the things he said then.

"This is not a trend that has started now. In 1979 Skylab was going to collapse. A magazine cooks a story every day.

Article of the day on Monday - Scientists have calculated that this will definitely fall on Nellore. That's it... Poor people of that village will be scared. { Poor Nellore leader Padmakar Daggumati wants to know what he did then. } What else life will end.. The hunts that night will break. Dinners to be enjoyed before dying... Chaos.

Wednesday: The article says that the latest prediction of scientists is that the abbey is not Nellore.. Nalgonda. Hurry up in Nalgonda.

Rajahmundry for two days .. Temple on the other side .. Ongole .. Warangal

This is how it created a village. Trying to write things like this in the form of a book " These are some words from a friend. { And many more political gossip }

The media sport that scares people in the name of death, it is said that it happened in Telugu at 43 years!

It is enough that there are rumors of Russia Ukraine death, but otherwise fourth wave, how many people will die in that, how many days will the lockdown be there .. They used to show how many dead bodies will be raised to the streets and houses with graphics.

Maybe there is no point in blaming the media! People believe in such news. They will make it viral. That's what they want.

Satya Nadella - Became CEO of a world famous company. Means ...

A lot of hard work, perseverance, discipline and all life skills will be plenty. Another name for success is Satya Nadella.

Income is in the billions. All these days he is unknown about his personal life.

Cerebral paralysis. Genetic disease that shows children hell on earth. Comes with the birth. Can't say this is the reason. There is no cure. It can be kept under control in a few ways.

A child born in the womb cannot walk properly. He can't eat. Need help even if you go to the toilet. ... Straight hell for a parent. Every single day .. Every hour of the day.

Parents think that it is enough if the child is alive. What if a 26 year old son dies blind after suffering from cerebral palsy all these days?

Stomach ache. Heart attack!

Is there a real God? Feels like it is. Hell for good people leaving those who steal the world and eat!?!? Punishment for what??

Don't know what Satya Nadella's wife will do. After the loss of a son.. Her heartache is beyond words. If she goes out as a profession, chances are that she will be forgotten.

God should give that couple a heart attack.

"The money is okay. Don't know how to spend it? Don't you know which is important and which is not so important?

Wisdom of discernment .. Someone cried saying critical thinking in English. If you get old and have money in hand, it is very necessary. No, my wish means that at last you are the one who will experience the result" . .. This was my thought when that post was posted! .

I have posted a story of a couple who built a house like Indra Bhavanam and left it to watchmen and admitted to hospitals. I wanted to tell what is the moral in this. Do you remember?

In psychology, there is something called the inkblot test. They will show a picture with a blur in it. They say tell me what do you see in it. What is in someone's heart, that is what they see. That is their personality. My post is also a personality test. Your answers have informed your mindset.

. All answers are positive. Those are your personality. Many people said that health is great fortune. Okama has given a very intelligent answer. After getting old, the way of thinking should be changed. This guy's answer made me laugh. He imagined what I didn't mention. That is his personality

In that test, we can't say that this is a moral. Everyone's way of thinking is theirs. They are the master of their way of thinking, karma, kriya.

The age of the couple is not mentioned in the story, but it can be understood that they are about sixty. Both children settled in America. They came to the house and left within a day.

How can you understand this? -" what could go wrong ? Is he in his birth place? There is no . Came to a place like Hyderabad by profession and settled. Even if it is not mentioned in the story, it will be understood that the house is in a city like Hyderabad. So how can it be wrong for sons {or daughters} to settle in America by their profession? Still, is it necessary to spend that much money to build a house after reaching the age of sixty? Son/daughter in America can be with you right? Pony should be independent, if you spend twenty thousand per day, the suite room will come with food in star hotel. With those five and half crores, they may live for another twenty years right? It is said in the story that there is only one day for house warming. One day will not come and go, if the jet log is included, it will take a week. Maybe then children may have exams. May not have got leave in the office. They may be saying don't build a house for their parents. And yet they have built it. But poor thing they came. Nowhere in the story did it say that children are not treating their parents properly.. This is one line thinking.

What is this .. Parents who raised their eyes by carrying them for nine months .. They wanted to be independent. They built a house with their own money. What could be wrong with this? Panniru poured into ashes while staying in hotel. Now that is an asset. Value increases but does not decrease, right? Can't the babies stay at least a week? What are the things that make you lose so much? Parents will not be there after another twenty years. Then with whom will you spend time? Will their children be with them when they grow old? What lesson will they teach their children? ".. This is another line of thinking

Whose line of thinking is theirs. This is the correct one.. Can't say this is what's wrong. My line of thinking right now.

Building a house in the sixties. Okay up to their choice. But is the money enough? Shouldn't there be some critical thinking? When an interior designer suggests a home gym, what is it really? Just for a bit of fun—like building a "donkey’s nest" (a useless, elaborate structure)—that might not even get used for a single day. If you go to a public gym, seeing others working out provides motivation; exercising all by yourself at home is nearly impossible. And how many people actually use their home theaters? All these extravagant, fancy additions—like a mechanical horse, a bungee setup, or a decorative palanquin—end up being a waste of thirty lakhs. In the end, you’re just left with a sore back and digestive issues from overeating. We really need to consider what we’re doing. Some interior designers and event managers are just playing these wealthy clients for fools, lining their own pockets at the clients' expense.

It’s not that my opinion is the only correct one; there’s always a counter-argument. Someone might say, "Well, he’s building this house at his age—what’s wrong with having some fun for when his grandchildren visit from America? It’s his own hard-earned money. A mechanical horse, a bungee setup, a palanquin—what’s the harm? Shouldn't there be some enjoyment in life?" That’s another way of looking at it.

Everyone has their own way of thinking, and those thoughts shape their lives and their futures—for better or for worse.

The moral of the story? People have different mindsets, and it’s natural to view things from one’s own perspective. This is where "empathy" comes in—the ability to put yourself in someone else’s shoes and understand their way of thinking.

Those who possess empathy tend to be happier in life. Whether it’s between a husband and wife, parents and children, a teacher and a student, a boss and an employee, a team leader and their team, or even among neighbors and relatives—empathy is essential. It’s even necessary on a global scale, like in the case of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Those who practice empathy find happiness.

Prashanth Kishor!

This name is familiar to everyone now! Many political parties have appointed Prashanth Kishor as their election strategist—some have already hired him, and others are in the process of doing so. Now, there is another strategist, Sunil, who has emerged in a similar role.

What is the benefit of their strategies to society? What is the cost? Is this good for democracy, or is it detrimental? That is a separate discussion—not the focus of this post.

How much does Prashanth Kishor earn? Likely hundreds of crores. What kind of job could possibly yield such earnings—along with immense fame, prestige, and influence? What kind of position grants one the opportunity to meet directly with Chief Ministers? In this case, it has reached a point where Chief Ministers themselves wait for someone like Prashanth Kishor.

Could anyone have imagined, ten years ago, that a profession like this would exist? Has any university in the world ever designed a course for this? No, right? So, how did Prashanth Kishor come up with such an idea?

This is what is called "lateral thinking"—looking at things from a different perspective.

Consider this: if you wanted to own a taxi business, you would need to take out a loan, buy cars, hire drivers, and set up an office. How many cars could you realistically own that way? Yet, massive car-rental companies like Uber and Ola emerged without owning a single vehicle or hiring a single driver—all based on a single idea, born from thinking differently.

Similarly, consider the restaurant industry: companies like Zomato and Swiggy have built global empires without owning a single building or hiring a single cook—all through one idea.

Think about something as simple as fried chicken. If you were to set up a small stall by the roadside and work hard all day, you might make a profit of five hundred rupees. But someone else thought differently—and created a global "chicken empire"—KFC. This is only the beginning. Robot era is coming.

Robots take away more than half of the current jobs. Jobs that we have not imagined till now.. That means jobs that have not been named yet.. Opportunities will come. They don't have a different course.

Uncle hotel owner did hotel management course in which university? Pulla Reddy garu? Owner of KFC? Which college taught Prashanth Kishore about elections? Which university studied by the owner of Uber?

Vasireddy Amarnath studied in which medical university and provided services to lakhs of people corona? How did the situation come where many doctors and hospitals publish their name with photo to his message? How did municipal commissioners and bank employees associations circulate his messages?

The new world is coming. It's not where you read it. How many marks did you get? It doesn't matter how much the rank is. Can you imagine in a brand new way? You have the skills of the future.. I mean... Do you have skills like Cognitive Flexibility, Lateral Thinking, Critical Thinking, Social Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Creativity? Is it not? That is the question.

It is not about getting marks by studying. That's a test for a person's memory. Having robots that can store and process a million times more information than you and artificial intelligence aside, to rule the world with memory power is like trying to win World War III with the Villambus.

What are the futuristic skills? How to teach them from childhood to today's generation? Creativity will be the key skill of the future. Creativity has to come by birth right? Is it possible to teach it?
